Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Food was excellent and room was spacious.
The swimming pool is not children friendly with very less space they can utilize and gets crowded when more children are at the same time. my 2 kids almost drowned thinking it was not that deep as there is no slope but rather sharp edge and then goes deep water. Need to have more shaded parking as it is not reasonable to have only some shades while most of the parking is not and even with valet parking there was no shades available!!!

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026We really enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing and refreshing getaway. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. We had a great experience overall.
The swimming pool was quite small and often crowded, so the kids didn’t really enjoy it. We wish the pool area was bigger and more suitable for children.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Good breakfast, included a variety of food. Also, I forgot my backup portable disk in the safe in our room after I checked out, and upon discovering that, I called the hotel, and those gentlemen, Ahmen, Ma'mon, and Mahmood, were very helpful in following up with the home service who found it and had it returned to me through my relative who received it on my behalf. My great thanks to all the staff who helped me get my backup portable disk back. Job well done!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Resort has beech access, but not well developed. We stayed at their 2 bedroom apartment, that had 1 king bed room and 1 room with 2 twin bed for kids / adults. Cleanliness
9.6/10Multiple reviews praise the hotel as very clean and rooms described as 'clean' and 'comfortable'; overall strong cleanliness sentiment.
Service
9.9/10Numerous comments highlight friendly, helpful staff and specific staff members going above and beyond (helping return a lost portable disk); one isolated negative about ID/family-card policy but overall service sentiment is excellent.
Location
9.4/10Many guests commend the beach access, coastal location and good view; a few mentions of crowding or preference nuances but location is generally seen as a strong point.
Room Quality
8.5/10Rooms generally described as clean and comfortable but there are complaints about missing items (hair dryer), furniture needing renovation and one guest unhappy with a room located outside reception.
Amenities
8/10Amenities are mixed: beach access is good but the swimming pool is frequently described as small, crowded, lacking a dedicated kids' pool and parking is not shaded — lowers the amenities score.
Value for Money
9.2/10Guests explicitly mention good value for money and positive experiences relative to price; minor service/room-service food issues do not outweigh perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9/10Breakfast receives repeated praise for variety and quality; some comments note room-service cooking or beach food could improve but overall F&B is well regarded.
Overall Experience
10/10Overall sentiment is very positive with multiple guests calling their stay relaxing, refreshing and expressing intent to return; strong staff performance and cleanliness drive a top overall experience score.
