The food was disastrous. The service unprofessional (except reception). The room facilities were of poor quality, not worth a 4 star hotel.

Good selection at breakfast. Enjoyed using the pool, beach and tennis court. the court yard where the rooms were was very pretty.

Chose not to go half board so we could go out and enjoy some traditional restaurants, thought that the restaurant in the hotel was very expensive.

It was a lovely, quiet, private beach, adults only. Beautiful breakfast.

It's very remote. Not that it's a problem, but if you don't have a car, you end up eating in the hotel only, as there is nothing around. Lacking the vegetarian option in Grill restaurant. And grill restaurant looks very fancy and they serve you deep fried fries as a 'potatoes of the day ' . Like come on, we have fast food tracks for that.

Non troppo affollate le zone comuni. Colazione abbastanza variegata. Personale alla reception o addetti alle pulizie gentili, quelli al bar meno.

Prezzi troppo alti al bar.. Pulizia delle stanze da migliorare e maggiore attenzione al cambio asciugamani (se si portano via, bisogna anche sostituirli).

Ma compagne a oublié 2 robes dans la penderie et celles ci ont disparu . La réception de l hôtel nous accuse de mensonge .

I had a wonderful stay in Sardinia. The hotel is excellent, the location is beautiful, and everything was very comfortable and well organized. A special mention goes to the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was great from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and happily return.

An sich ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel in einer kleinen Bucht allerdings kein vernünftiger Strand, flaches Wasser und Steine. Teilweise ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und erheblicher Renovierung Rückstau. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr bemüht.

Kein vernünftiger Strand außerdem teilweise sehr abgenutzt Salzwasserpool mit ab Blättern der Farbe. Abflüsse der duschen verstopft. die Getränkepreise sind extrem hoch 12 Euro pro Glas dafür bekommt man dann hauptsächlich Eiswürfel und Mineralwasser wenn man zb aperol bestellt. Essen eher bescheiden und wenig Auswahl. Als Halbpension Gast darf man lediglich zwei Gerichte. Also Vorspeise, Hauptspeise aussuchen.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant, pool area and beach were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location is also great if you want to explore other great beaches which are nearby. All in all we had a very pleasant experience. Our flight home was in the evening and the staff were very kind by allowing us to take a shower in the spa before we left. They provided towels and everything for us.

The rooms could use a little renovation. The Ac made some noise, but the rooms had good insulation so we only needed to keep it on for a few minutes and the temperature remained cool during the whole night. The shower did not have good pressure, but it was still okay.

Elogio a tutto il personale, molto gentile ed empatico. La tranquillità e la pace che abbiamo vissuto un questi 5 giorni è stata eccezionale!!!

Da migliorare i primi piatti, li abbiamo trovati molte volte lisci e scotti, ma per il resto tutto buonissimo!

Tra gli aspetti positivi sicuramente gli ambienti, ampi e puliti, e la vicinanza alla spiaggia, davvero molto comoda. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente di ombrelloni e lettini a partire dalla seconda fila. Positiva anche la ristorazione, sia per la buona qualità dei piatti proposti a cena sia per la vasta scelta disponibile a colazione. Una nota positiva va inoltre alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità di alcuni membri del personale, che si sono dimostrati molto cortesi durante il soggiorno.

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti negativi, abbiamo riscontrato una scarsa organizzazione del servizio durante la cena. In tutte e cinque le sere in cui abbiamo cenato in struttura, i tempi di attesa sono stati molto lunghi e in più occasioni abbiamo avuto la sensazione che il nostro tavolo venisse semplicemente dimenticato. Era piuttosto evidente una difficoltà di coordinamento tra il personale di sala e la cucina, percepibile anche dal comportamento e dalla gestione del servizio da parte dei ragazzi in sala. Non siamo mai riusciti a terminare una cena in meno di un’ora e mezza. Abbiamo fatto presente il problema più di una volta durante il soggiorno, ma purtroppo nelle serate successive la situazione si è ripetuta senza alcun miglioramento. Inoltre, abbiamo avuto la spiacevole impressione che il servizio non fosse riservato allo stesso modo a tutti gli ospiti, quasi ci fossero clienti di “serie A” e clienti di “serie B”. Peccato, perché la qualità del cibo era buona, ma la mancanza di organizzazione e coordinamento ha reso l’esperienza della cena decisamente meno piacevole.

Ammetto che prima di partire avevo qualche dubbio avendo letto alcune recensioni particolarmente negative,ma la mia esperienza ha nuovamente provato che molti utenti non sono spesso capaci di stare al mondo e dicono cose che semplicemente non sono vere. Erano state segnalate camere sporche e terribili, noi le abbiamo trovate pulitissime e soprattutto molto profumate,sempre ben tenute e pulite ogni mattina. Il cibo e il ristorante ottimi, soprattutto la carne e il pesce,i commenti di chi definiva il cibo immangiabile non so davvero da dove venissero, seriamente. Parecchi hanno anche definito il mare "non balneabile" e di nuovo,vorrei sapere queste persone dove abbiano gli occhi perché non è assolutamente così. Certo,il fondale presenta degli scogli,ma assolutamente basta portarsi delle scarpette o banalmente entrare a destra del pontile dove il passaggio è ben sgombro per accedere senza problemi in un mare cristallino e caldissimo,ricco di pesci anche solo sotto al pontile. Lo staff dell'hotel è probabilmente il più gentile che abbia mai incontrato nei miei viaggi,davvero tutti sempre molto carini e disponibili,mai fatto mancare nulla e sempre con il sorriso. La struttura è veramente ben tenuta e soprattutto silenziosa,cercavo il relax totale e l'ho trovato, soprattutto grazie alla non presenza di bambini ma anche di molti stranieri che preferivano viaggiare nei dintorni piuttosto che fermarsi in spiaggia e in piscina,dando quindi sempre la possibilità di trovare posto ovunque si volesse. Posto davvero suggestivo,anche il prato tenuto benissimo e la costante brezza hanno reso il clima molto più godibile. Che dire,piccola gemma scoperta con piacere e credo proprio che tornerò anche l'anno prossimo,è stato davvero un soggiorno rigenerante. Ringrazio nuovamente tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e la gentilezza,davvero.

Se dovessi trovare delle criticità a tutti i costi segnalerei solo la presenza non costante dei bagnini,spesso giravano e non si trovavano alle postazioni quindi in caso di effettiva emergenza molto spesso sia la piscina che la spiaggia non sono sorvegliate. Nella settimana in cui sono stata ospite era decisamente palpabile una certa tensione tra i camerieri del ristorante,in particolare tra i ragazzi neoassunti che facevano indubbiamente più confusione rispetto ai loro colleghi senior (era ovvio che ci fossero molti screzi e antipatie fra loro) e che qualche volta hanno portato ad un servizio un po' lento,ma personalmente non ho mai avuto problemi a dover aspettare un po' di più,non scappa niente, sono sempre tornata in camera più che soddisfatta e di certo non è qualche battutina di un collega verso un altro a cambiare la mia opinione.

Gyönyörű, csendes környezet, kiváló a pihenésre. Rendezett, tiszta, kedves személyzet, sok lehetőség a kikapcsolódásra: tenisz pálya, wellness, vízibicikli stb. Aki kirandulasokat tervez, mindenképpen béreljen autót, azonban nem messze van a buszmegálló a szállástól, könnyen megközelíthetőek a környező városok.

Nem igazán volt olyan dolog ami nem tetszett, a személyzet barátságos volt és előzékeny. A szálloda menüje (ebéd/vacsora választéka) nem túl változatos. Egyetlen negatívum, ami igazából nem a szállás hibája, hogy nem igazán találhatóak üzletek/éttermek a közelben így ezzel előre számolni kell ha minden este nem szeretne a szálloda éttermében enni.

A szállás (nem szálloda) több épületből álló épületegyüttes, ami egy természetvédelmi területen belül van, saját partszakasszal. A szobák nem túl nagyok, de az ágy nagyon kényelmes, ellentétben a miniatűr zuhanyfülkével. A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz, de kielégítő; a kávé nagyon finom. A teltház ellenére nem volt tömeg sem a tengerparton, sem a medencénél. A medence is tengervízzel van feltöltve, ami minket meglepett.

A pincérek úgy-ahogy kedvesek, de elég ráérős tempóban dolgoznak. A víz horror áron van, így érdemes a kb. 860 m-re lévő kisboltba elmenni és ott beszerezni a 1,5 literes vizet (árban OK). A vacsora este 8-tól van, ami szerintünk nagyon későn van és ráadásul lassan megy a felszolgálás, a kiszolgálás, így kb. este fél 10-re végez az ember az étteremben. A kabócák rendkívül hangosak reggel 6-tól este 10-ig. :-) A kisebb medencét egyik nap lezárták, aztán úgy is maradt, amíg mi ott voltunk... A strand zuhanyzók közül csak 2 db működött, a másik kettő már akkor le volt zárva, mikor megérkeztünk és nem is foglalkoztak vele, hogy az is működjön...

Sehr ruhige Lage direkt an der Bucht Porto Conte. Wunderbares Natuschutzgebiet mit Wander- Bade- Tauchmöglichkeiten. Gut unterhaltene ältere Anlage in Pinienwald mit Charme. Badetuchservice, sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Der gut klimatisierte Speisesaal ist in die Jahre gekommen, optisch ok, aber akustisch leider sehr hallig. Eine Akukustikdämmung an Decken und Wänden wäre eine Wohltat für Gäste und Personal. Das Lautstärkeproblem wird durch laute sehr basslastige Einmannlivemusik leider noch grösser gemacht. Für uns unnötig und störend, Ruhe scheint aus der Mode gekommen. Es bleibt aber eine Fluchtmöglichkeit ins Grillrestaurant Civico 77. In einem "Zelt" werden zuvorkommend Grillspezialitäten serviert. Das Angebot ist aber sehr beschränkt (keine Antipasti, Primi Piatti), die Halbpension des Hotelrestaurants wird angerechnet. Schön ist es, nicht hinter Glas wie im Hauptgebäude, mit weniger lauter Lautsprechermusik hervorragend bedient zu werden.

La struttura è molto curata, regna la pace, ideale per rilassarsi. La colazione è ottima e servita in una sala con bellissima vista sul mare.

It was a little absurd that we have to pay for almost everything ( water for the room , water for dinner that was already paid... ) Dinner quality was really different every night some nights was absolutely delicious and some nights was uneatable!! The A/C in the room make very loud noise which was really hard to sleep. Cleaning crew didn't completely clean the room.

overall the serving staff and reception staff with whom I had contact with, were all very polite, professional and pleasant to their guests.

The restaurant holds the guests hostage to the hotels dining plans and times. There should be salad buffets, lighter dining options and bigger choices of fruit smoothies, especially at the pool (only 2 on the menu.

We stayed here for 11 nights. The hotel and grounds are very well presented and looked after, clean, tidy and very pleasant. The hotel leads straight onto the beach, which isn't a big beach at all so beds are a little packed in, but it's ok and relaxing. The sea itself was amazing however sea shoes recommended as its not sand. The breakfast is really good with a huge choice of food and tables looking out over the bay, just lovely. ''The Grill'' restaurant on the grounds of the hotel also very good and we ate there a few times. The Bar does lunch snacks and food which is also very good. The room was very clean and comfortable with table and chairs on the balcony to watch the amazing sunsets. Hotel is approximately 20mins drive to Alghero and recommend car hire if staying here as there isn't too much in the immediate vicinity.

The only negative I would say to this hotel is the bathroom in the hotel room. It looks quite dated and the shower is really small. I am quite a petite person, so would not like to see how a larger person managed in there. But this is the only negative to this hotel. Everything else was great.

Food arrangements were bad: 1) breakfast was essentially the same during the entire week; 2) bar was serving food with a very limited menu only between 12:30-14:30 and if you missed this window there was no food; 3) dinner was extremely limited if you have any dietary preferences or requirements at all and the portions were tiny. Dinner is served very late from 8pm so you get very hungry from 2pm. The location of the hotel is remote so if you don’t have a car there is nowhere to go or buy food

Friendliness of the staff, very welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Amazing views, all surrounding areas are so beautiful, super relaxing atmosphere, nice relaxing music at the pool. Super breakfast. I absolutely enjoyed dinner with the most amazing sunset view. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is set right on the beach and it is very picturesque, the water is really calm and shallow due it being sheltered. Breakfast was good, with a wide choice, and when we ate at the hotel the food was excellent.

I think the hotel would benefit from some light evening entertainment, it would keep the guests congregating around the terrace bar. Without entertainment, there was sort of nothing to do after dinner, and it's not really a good location for an after dinner walk.

Resort immerso all'interno della riserva naturale di Porto Conte. Location molto tranquilla, immersa nel verde. Ampio parcheggio privato. Personale professionale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Molto silenzio, nessun schiamazzo. Mare trasparente e pulito. Stanze di dimensioni normali, asciugamani sostituiti ogni mattina. Ottime colazioni sia dolce che salato. Alternativa al mare una piscina con acqua di mare. Ottimo il servizio dei bagnini della piscina e della spiaggia, fornitura gratuita degli asciugamani da mare.

Das Ansprechende Hotel hat eine gute Lage, etwas außerhalb, 5 Minuten nach Fertillia, dort hatte unsere Freundin einen Friseurtermin den uns die nette Eliza vereinbart hat. Alle Mitarbeiter vom Hotel waren immer sehr freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, eigentlich alles da, auch warme Speisen, Brot und Brötchen in verschiedenen Sorten, süßes Gebäck und Kuchen, Müsli, frisches Obst , gutes Teesortiment. Das Restaurant war aufgeteilt in Innen und Außenbereich. Es war alles gepflegt und sauber.

Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, spokojna, śniadania dobry wybór, fajny hotel wśród drzew, zadbane otoczenie. Miły personel.

Zbyt późno wieczorny posiłek.

Beautiful location fantastic pool amazing breakfast wonderful staff rooms made up so promptly and well ……could not fault this amazing hotel !

The bus into Alghero was very unreliable but hardly the hotels fault so really not a negative for the hotel !!

Excelente el complejo en su ubicación, las instalaciones y la atención. Pasamos una muy linda estadía.
