Reviewed Jul 20, 2026從博多車站博多口出站直走過馬路就到了,非常近,大廳的地方可以讓你整天隨時進去休息都可以,還有簡易的飲料可以飲用. 早餐菜色大概是一般飯店有的都有,隨然不是很豪華,但足夠一天開始的動力.房間安排:我們2大2小剛好被安排到整層樓最大的空間,使用起來很舒適.
語言上還是一種隔閡,我們是友善的台灣人,雖然不至於口氣差,但還是有點....

朝食時の女性スタッフが白い四角い取り皿を、食べ残しを落とすのに朝食時会場に備え付けゴミ箱に皿ごと中に入れバンバンと叩いて？となりました。洗うのは分かりますが、それを使うお客様の事を考え最低限の常識を指導した方が良い.ユニットバスが前の人の髪の毛が散乱していて、使用するのが気持ち悪かった。 10階の眺望はテラスがあり道路とか下が見えない こんなもんかなぁです。

窓の下の壁を塗り直してたのは分かったのですが、素人の仕事の様な塗り方でした。滞在するのに特に影響は無いのですが・・・。 一番感じたのはトイレのウォシュレットがかなり古めかしい形で今時っみたいな使用方法でした。 その辺りは最新のボタン式の調整機能に変えて欲しいです。

枕カバーにカビ？がついていた。 朝食会場は狭いので8時前だと座れないのと、バイキング形式ですが配置の問題なのか結構並ぶので時間のロスがかなりあります。

Reviewed May 3, 2026Great location across the road from Hakata station and lots of shopping and food. The 7 eleven was 2 doors down. Easy access to the JR line. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Coffee and cold drinks and seating area available all day free of charge. Would highly recommend Comfort Hotel

Reviewed May 1, 2026Everything about Comfort Hotel is Super. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable.. Breakfast is yummy with good spread. Free Flow of tea and coffee from 2pm to 12 am is a Bonus. Use of cafe throughout the day makes my stay enjoyable. Excellent location - opposite Hakata Station and Bus Terminal and Shopping Malls.Superb value !!! Definitely will return again.
I cant find anything to complain about.
