just the room rate keep increasing, i have been staying in the same hotel- mulitple times..

Unfortunately, this was my last stay at this hotel, despite being a returning guest who has stayed here around three times and usually books this hotel every year. This time, the experience was very disappointing compared to my previous stays. The view from the room was of a building under construction, with dirt, noise, and an unpleasant view outside. On top of that, I had an issue with water leaking from the air conditioner twice. The first time happened in the middle of the night, and I had to wake up from my sleep and wait for the staff to come, fix the issue, and clean up the water. The same problem happened again in the morning while I was sleeping, and once again I had to wake up and wait for the staff to deal with it. I requested to move to another room because of the water leakage and the poor view, but I was not given a proper solution. I was told that this was because I had paid a lower rate. I found this very disappointing, especially since I have stayed at this hotel three times before, and every previous stay had a much better room and view. To be fair, the room itself was clean. My complaints are mainly about the air-conditioning issue, the view, the outside noise, and the level of service. I also noticed a significant difference in the staff compared to previous years. One of the most disappointing situations happened today when a receptionist called me and spoke to me in a very raised and aggressive tone, asking why I had not left the room yet. I still had my belongings and luggage and was waiting for the staff to come and help me with them. When I explained that I had already contacted the reception the previous night, she responded, “Why didn’t you tell me?” I completely understand that there is a specific check-out time, but there is no reason to speak to a guest in that manner. Overall, the level of service is clearly not what it used to be.

The Kee is a 5 star resort, right next to Bangla Road, but very quiet, It has all the 5 star touches, 2 minute walk to bars and night clubs, 2 minute walk to Patong Beach, I had breakfast included and it was excellent every day, I also has room service one night and it was 5 star. Pool excellent, room cleaned spotless every day also very comfortable. They arrange taxi to airport and the right price. Pool bar and other bars all very reasonable prices for drinks, Roof top bar has the best view of sunset over the beach every night.

I was a single traveler but booked as 2 people stay, They do charge a "guest fee" if you invite a "friend" back for the night. This is displayed in the super fine print of your booking and not easy to see. So for a single traveler could get expensive if you invite a friend back every night.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as a group of family and friends, occupying a total of 5 rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel was a major disappointment, especially considering its price and the standard we expected for a hotel in this category in Phuket during the same season. The rooms were not clean and felt far from comfortable or luxurious. There was a noticeable musty smell, hair left behind by previous guests, and dirty mirrors. The rooms were quite small, very simply designed, and the curtains were not blackout, which made the rooms bright early in the morning. In fact, immediately upon arrival, after inspecting the rooms, we were so disappointed that we asked to leave the hotel and offered to pay for just one night. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide any refund for the remaining nights, so we had no choice but to stay. The common areas and the pool were also poorly maintained. The pool is extremely small and, in our opinion, not really enjoyable. Overall, the property felt like it needed much better maintenance and attention to detail. Breakfast was average. The coffee was good and the pastries were excellent, but the selection was limited, and some items, such as the cereal, did not feel fresh. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The location is central and convenient, and the rooftop bar is cute and has a nice atmosphere. This was the fourth hotel of our current trip, and we have stayed in around ten hotels in Thailand so far. Unfortunately, this is one hotel we would not return to and cannot recommend. Given the price and the standard of comparable hotels in Phuket, we expected considerably more.

The hotel was clean and a great central location.

The air conditioning sucked in our room. Had it at its lowest setting and it never got below 80 degrees.

Very comfortable stay from check in to check out. Pool and the pool bar was great, not a dull moment there. Special thanks to Chicken our pool bartender, his level of service is beyond expectations and with a smile on his face at all times. Location is probably the best one can find in Patong, on Bangla and yet far enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. Will certainly stay at Kee again on our next trip.

Great location & facilities with a very open & tropical vibe

Nothing much - not a fan of sliding walls on bathroom & external sink but it was still nice. My room didn’t have a great view so I would definitely ask for room overlooking the pool!

Closeness to bangra street, breakfast was great, staff was great, dipping pool waa fun but not really a place for real swimming. Not sure what the ear plugs are for but thankfully there are no noise issues where i am.

Water heater temperature is as crazy as a wife can be, it just goes from too hot to warm by itself. My rain shower isn't working properly as well. Wished the room had been carpetted but not a huge bummer.

We had a great stay at The Kee Resort & Spa in Patong. The location is ideal — close enough to Bangla Road to easily walk there, but tucked just far enough away in an alley that you don’t feel like you’re right in the middle of the nightlife. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were great. The swim-up pool was perfect for relaxing, with a good selection of drinks available from the pool bar. It’s also a really family-friendly pool, but equally enjoyable if you’re travelling without children and just want to chill. There are restaurants at ground level, as well as a rooftop restaurant/bar with beautiful views — especially around sunset when you can see the beach. Our Deluxe King room was generously sized and came with a bathtub and balcony, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, a great option if you want to be close to the action in Patong without being completely surrounded by it. The combination of location, rooms, pool, friendly staff and rooftop sunset views made for a really enjoyable stay.

There was so many surcharges, if I wanted to bring a guest it was 1000 baht after 6pm, but free prior to 6pm? Then a late checkout the prices were ridiculously high, my flight was 10.30pm and I would have liked to stay a bit later but way too high prices. Good hotel but cost of room service and alcohol and surcharges were not good.

I also had to ask people to clean my room whenever I wanted it cleaned, and then still I’d come back and it wasn’t done.

מלון יפה ונקי, צמוד לבנגלה (לאוהבי חיי הלילה), צוות שירותי, חייכני. החדרים חדשים ונקיים מאד, החדר עם היציאה לבריכה מושלם!

Not first time to stay there and everything was good

It was a bizarre incident, as if they were looking for any excuse to make me pay. They claimed I had smoked and that the mark in the toilet was from a cigarette burner, not from smoking or a burn, and that the mark was smaller than a grain of rice. Despite this, they insisted I pay 10,000 Thai baht, claiming they would replace the entire sink, which is untrue. The situation in Thailand has become deplorable due to these scams.

It was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff are great and they are always friendly. The location was very good, close to the banngla st.

The lifts were being worked on from the first day and we were on the third floor. The water was off for two hours to work on the pipes and then we had a burst water pipe in our room and were unable to access or room then once fixed the shower alternated between hot and cold water. this was a very frustrating experience

Great location, fantastic atmosphere and value for money. The resort was clean, the amenities fabulous and the staff were excellent and very friendly.

We stayed at Kee Resort for 2 weeks for my brother’s wedding. It was phenomenal. The pool, food, facilities and cleanliness were all fantastic. However the most stand-out, memorable thing for us was the staff. Every single member of staff were friendly, helpful, professional, attentive to detail, incredibly kind and made us feel at home straight away. We had our 2 children with us who they welcomed and cared for whenever they saw them, with breakfast time becoming a highlight for our boys getting met with smiles and games with their new friends. In addition to a wonderful stay, the wedding was the best wedding we have ever been to. The decorations, the view, the atmosphere, the food, drinks, overall vibes and friendliness from the staff all contributed to a seamless, beautiful day. Every guest has commented how it was the best day, and greatly appreciated all the effort and above and beyond attitude of the resort. Lastly, my husband and I booked the “under the stars” dining experience and were totally blown away. The sunset view, romantic, private candlelit space with starry lights above us. The food was the best food we’ve eaten on our trip, unique and beautifully presented, with complimentary dishes and treats that added to the wonder and joy of the night. Once again, the staff’s attention to detail, pride in their service and quality of food blew us away. We are so thankful for everyone at the Kee resort for making our stay what it was. It is a place filled with beautiful, kind people who run a wonderful and relaxing place to stay.

It’s fairly close to the beach and Patong area - stones throw away . Make sure you take a room which doesn’t line up with the night district as it can tend to get loud and stay on till wee hours . Good view from the roof top - which has a bar and restaurant - didn’t try either so not sure on the food and service but the view is worth a w visit for sundowners . Good big pool . A working area so if you have to do some work calls / meetings it’s perfect . Rooms decent size - we changed our room due to some cooling issue so the bathroom in the new room was slight bigger but with a standard room the bathroom can tend to be a little tight in comparison to the other places we stayed in

Not a deal breaker but a laundry room in the hotel of this size would have been welcomed .

The reception area, dining area and pool area were all very open and felt spacious.

Initially we had a room with quite a lot of up/down stairs on the left of the building which also seemed dated. We paid extra to upgrade and were very pleased with the upgraded room.

Egy éjszakát voltam ezért gondolom olyan szobát adtak ami az alap alatt van. Szörnyű volt a padló mintha az utcán lettem volna a fürdőszoba sem úgy nézett ki mint a képeken. Legfőképpen a kézmosó rész és a zuhanyzó is kicsi volt. Nekem nem tetszett a szoba de egyébként nem is látok a választható szobák közül hasonlót. Mintha egy használaton kívüli szobát kaptam volna 😂

Location was great That is it ! Most of the staff were not at all friendly. On arrival we got the feeling that we were a bother ! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH YOUR POSSESSIONS…….. never had anything happen in all the years I have been travelling both my travel companion and myself had things taken……
