We had trouble locating it. The signage is not clear when approaching from the road. The sat nav directed us to a building site! Next time will be fine. Otherwise the location is excellent for visiting Epernay

This is a basic hotel and therefore, the value for money and fact the hotel was safe and offered comfortable parking certainly makes it attractive for travellers on short stays
Room was very tight and carpeting and bathrooms could do with an upgrade or touch-up. Also, no air-condition, which could be a problem for some on really hot days

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Ejeren, englænder, var så serviceminded. Gav en masse tips til ture, seværdigheder og restauranter. Alt han anbefalede var som han sagde. Perfekt. Eneste minus var de QoVoltis ladere som der er på hotellet. Kunne ikke få den i gang selv om vi havde hentet appen hjemmefra. Heldigvis var der lynladere fra Allego tæt på, og dem brugte vi flere gange. Hotellet ligger tæt på Avenue de Champagne. Perfekt til smagsture, så man ikke skal køre hjem 👍👍 Hotellet har en fin lille størrelse, og der er ikke larm fra andre gæster. Morgenmaden er fransk. Man bliver mæt, men ikke en kulinarisk oplevelse 😂😂
At laderne havde virket. Nogen fik dem i gang. Andre gjorde ikke. Prøvede med flere forskellige RFID kort som burde kunne starte de fleste ladere

Room in poor decoration. Carpets stained badly at side of bed and by the bathroom. Mould around shower. No extractor fan in bathroom. No air conditioning( a fan was provided) No tea/ coffee in room. Only spent two nights here but it is very basic

The bed was very hard as were the pillows. It would have been helpful to have a small safe in the room for passports and car keys.

The walls between the rooms are not very thick and the noise travels very easily, so it can when you have screaming children next door like us, you have to complain to the management, who in fairness handled it very professionally, but it is a big weakness.

Super aardig ontvangst en de gastheer en gastvrouw zijn altijd bereid je te helpen en staan bijna letterlijk 24/7 voor je klaar. En overheerlijke champgne Rosé op terras hier k7nnen nog veel hotels een voorbeeld aan nemen.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Epernay was our first stop on the way to a holiday in Italy and every aspect of the Hotel Kyriad exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - a minute from the Avenue De Champagne. The hotel has a large and secure car park; comfortable rooms and an excellent host - not only describing the areas to visit but also providing samples of champagne later in the bar. Breakfast to following morning was also plentiful and varied - a great start to the day. Highly recommended and we will hopefully return

We waren er net een heel heet weekend. Jammer dat er geen airco was. Maar dit wisten we bij het boeken. Iedere kamer had een ventilator wat heel aangenaam was..

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The Kyriad in Epernay is at the end of the avenue de Champagne, which is perfect as we walked down the avenue, popping in to some of the champagne houses to have a drink on our way to dinner. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and clean. If you want luxury, go somewhere else and pay 10x as much but, for a budget hotel, this place is very good. This is our 3rd stay here and we will definitely stay again. The breakfast is a very good self-service buffet. Plenty to eat and plenty of tea and coffee and juice. For the locaion and the comfortable, clean rooms, you cannot beat this place. I would definitely recommend.
For the price, there is nothing to dislike. You will not beat this place for comfort and price in Epernay.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Et hyggelig, lite hotell med perfekt beliggenhet nær Avenue de Champagne. Personalet var vennlige og imøtekommende. God tilgang til parkeringsplasser, og også flere plasser med ladere. God frokost til en fornuftig pris. Vi likte særlig godt at rommet hadde dør ut til en liten hageflekk bak hotellet, og at hunden var velkommen mot et ikke for høyt pristillegg.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026We had a friendly welcome, and an upstairs room as we had requested. The linen and towels were great, and the shower lovely. The gardens of the hotel are beautifully kept. The free onsite, gated parking was a bonus as we travel by motorcycle. A lovely 10 minutes walk to town, through the street of champagne companies.
Just be aware there is no kettle in the rooms. Everything was great. Thank you.

Very basic and horrible smell of damp mixed with sewage smell. We could hear everything from the room next door.
