The bed was very comfortable, and the food was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The spa area could be more welcoming. Access to the spa cabin is only available around the time of your massage, and there isn’t really a comfortable space to sit, relax, and enjoy the spa before or afterwards. The lobby feels a little dated and isn’t particularly convenient when navigating with strollers. It would also be helpful to have some food options available between breakfast and 12:00, when the pool food service opens. This can be especially challenging when staying with young children.

הלוקיישן חלומי. נוף יפייפה לכנרת ולמטעים שמסביב. המקום מאוד יפה, מטופח, ונעים.

התפריט בבר די דל וגם יקר (למי שלא לוקח ארוחת ערב זאת לא באמת אופציה). המשחקייה דלה במשחקים.

היה טעות בהזמנה שלנו קיבלנו חדר לא נכון וישר תיקנו את זה ובלי ויכוח ובצורה נעימה לקחנו בירתה משפחתית היא הייתה גדולה ונעימה

אין פעיליות לילדים וגם למבוגרים מלון מבודד חדר משחקים מאוד מיושן אוכל לא טרי אין תמורה כלל למחיר

המתנה בחדר אוכל

הנוף מושלם- בסופו של דבר לא נשארנו ! עזבנו בשל תחזוקה לא הכי הכי. ריהוט מאוד בלה, עייף, לא לזה ציפינו, אבל ראוי לציון שהפקיד מייד הביע רצון טוב והם הסכימו לביטול ללא עלות. המסדרונות והחדרים חייבים שיפוץ גדול. בשאר המלון לא היינו#: מייד חזרנו - הביתה- עם אכזבה .

הכל דורש שיפוץ והחלפה. ריהוט מאוד ישן ובלוי- ריצופ הפרקט אלימינציה ושבור. הקש על הקירות. העיצוב של החדר קר ונדוש.מרפסת סתמית.

המיקום של המלון אופי המקום והחדר

יחס של הצוות לא חזרו אליי בנוגע לספא ולמרות ששלחתי כמה ימים לפני הודעה. בסופו של דבר לא הצלחנו להשיג מקום בספא מיקום החדר וזאת למרות שאמרו שבמיקום שקט, היינו במרכז הרעש של כל הילדים

הנוף מטורף, השקט של רמת הגולן, והאוכל בערב ובבוקר היה מעולה

המיקום על צלע ההר נהדר ומביא איתו נוף מהמם של הכנרת. החדר עצמו מרווח והמתקנים בו מצוינים.

הטלוויזיה קצת מיושנת לצפייתי, היה לי מוזר שבתמורה לכל כך הרבה כסף אין Smart TV. חוץ מזה, למרות שהחדרים הטובים ביותר הם עדיין עולים הון ביחס לתמורה שמקבלים, במיוחד ללילה אחד.

המקום מטופח ומושקע עד הפרטים הקטנים. הבריכה ממש כיפית וצביקה המציל מקצועי ושירותי מאוד.

ההמתנה לחדר אוכל לא הגיונית. חדר האוכל לא יכול להכיל כמות גדולה של אנשים בו-זמנית. אין רישום מראש או תיזמון כלשהו לכניסה לחדר אוכל, מה שגורם להמתנה ארוכה ועם ילדים זה עוד יותר קשה.

מלבד מה שלא אהבנו - הכל היה מושלם

חדר כושר טעון שיפור. מכשירים לא עבדו והיצע דל מאד

Loved everything except the breakfast was a little crazy

The only thing that can use improvement is the breakfast. It was the week of Pesach so crowded, items needed refilled, and would like to see yogurt, fruit and nuts

Excellent peaceful location; nice pool area; food was top class- breakfast in evening meal; lovely room, bathroom, etc in our cabin

Unfortunately there was a corporate event on the afternoon of our 'quiet time' by the pool- this included noise, music and water activities for the company/ clients.

Evening Receptionist , I called requesting two bottles of water , so bad services, water didn't come for an hour , Called again she said the room service cost 12 NIS Really you do not bring the water thinking what ?????? is this the level of the staff a luxury resort has ??? Then after I called many times they sent the water . so disappointing . Am travel agent and visited to experience the hotel to use for our groups from USA . But seems not . Thank you and good luck.

lovely facility, nice swimming pool, fine rooms with very useful balcony. clean and friendly. food was abundant and very tasty with lots of variety. great place to spend a relaxing vacation.

met all of our expectations and then some.

the setting is beautiful, the food was very good and our kids enjoyed the pool and kids room. The lifeguard was great with our kids. The hotel has a nice ambiance.

There is absolutely no service at all- not even a smile. We found it shocking at dinner to not even get a smile or anyone ask if we wanted to order drinks. The rooms are cramped and shabby. the toilets at the pool were not cleaned enough. Our hotel room wasn’t properly clean. The lunch options at the pool were limited. it’s very expensive for what it offers.

The floors a slippery and pillows a little stiff but otherwise the room very comfortable. Breakfast was good but if your wanting any kind of meat for breakfast that’s not happening. Check in staff was very friendly, nice to see smiling faces. Checkout was the same. Smiling face makes you continue to have a nice day😁. Enjoyed the checkout time as well. Could still relax after breakfast.

Stayed for few days midweek whilst visiting family in Israel. Beautiful location and lovely place to stay. Great base for touring the Kinneret area and Golan Heights. Best to go midweek because place changed dramatically on Thursday as people piled for Shabbat weekend. Hotel is lovely, but you may have to ask for things like soap and shower gel, which they didn’t provide in rooms. Housekeeping not yet quite up to European standards. Nothing to do in hotel, but it was winter season and I’m sure would be even more lovely during summer months. Great time to visit nature reserves thought.

The Reservations manager did not honor the pricing of our confirmed reservation. Rather than concern herself with our experience, she chose to flaunt her authority in front of her staff. The problem? Two couples, same confirmed pricing, traveling together. Our friends checked in at the confirmed price. One moment later, we were not. The manager blamed Holels.com who in turn blamed the hotel. What otherwise would have been a wonderful stay in a great hotel, was soured by this experience.

The staff was very responsive. Breakfasts varied and plentiful.

We thought we were getting something more romantic and couple friendly. Turns out its more for families and children

Summary It was the good experience, excluding one accident. We got one night in the hotel and in the check-out morning, during breakfast cleaning personal made total disorder trowing all towels on the floor, messing up the bed, put our car keys (that was put on the kitchen table) to the unusual place so we should search for them about 30 minutesin our room. The question why don't they wait till our check-out at 11:00 ... This accident broke absolutely positive impression from this hotel.

The hotel rooms all face the Kinneret (Sea of Galili) and Tiberias. This gives the room a unique view from the porch attached to each room.

Loved my stay here. Quiet, clean, and beautiful. I loved that the chalet had both a sauna and a jacuzzi in the room. Highly recommend.

I expected this trip for a while, since I've read great reviews about this place, however besides the beautiful view over the Sea of the Galilee, this experience was totally OVERRATED. First and foremost, 300$ for 1 night, for an average room with a mediocre breakfast, it's an outrage in my book. The gym was very poor and I was asked to leave a deposit at the front desk before using it and that's on top of the 100$ deposit I left for accidentals upon checking in. I must point out that the service was very responsive and polite, but northing special to "write home about".

Beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee and we were treated to a wonderful storm overnight!

Golan Heights vistas. Exceptionally clean. Excellent food and service. Great especially for meetings; families with young children. Perfect for relaxation

First timer at the resort, loved the private cabins, bathrooms can use an update. AC worked amazingly, breakfast buffet was superb. Pool was awesome. Front desk staff was super helpful. No valet no bellhop - but i think that is expected at most Israeli resorts (minus the 5 star ones)

A Gem.

The hotel was ideally located for touring the north of Israel, especially the Sea of Galilee and the Golan region. Very good facilities at the pool and very spacious grounds. The free wifi was an added bonus. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Large, clean room. Good location to explore the Galilee and the Golan Heights. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic view of the Sea of Galilee
