Kiváló elhelyezkedés, pont szemben a Bernina expressz állomással. Kedves személyzet, hatalmas fürdőszoba, kerekesszékkel is könnyen tudtunk mindent használni. Kis terasz, ami a térre nyílt.

A reggelinél furcsa volt, hogy meleg reggeli csak külön fizetés ellenében volt elérhető. Talán egy egyszerű rántotta beleférne az árba. Sajnos az utcáról csak lépcsőn lehetett megközelíteni a szállodát, recepciót, ami kerekesszékkel nem volt könnyű.

部屋の空調。エアコン無しはまだキツイ時期。扇風機が壊れて作動しなかった。それをフロントに申し出たが部屋で待ってて言われるも１時間待ってもスタッフも来ないし電話も無かった。それ以外は良かったのにがっかりした。まさにイタリアンサービス。

Camera nu era in interiorul cladirii hotelului, ci avea acces direct din curte. Avand in vedere ca am calatorit doar eu cu un copil, nu prea m-am simtit in siguranta. Daca as fi fost specificat in descriere, cu siguranta nu as fi ales aceasta camera. Micul dejun cam saracut, dar pt 3 stele a fost ok.

Leider scheint sehr viel Licht durch die Zimmertür ins Zimmer - es kann nicht abgedunkelt werden. Das ist sehr störend.

Отель расположен на привокзальной площади, но здесь достаточно тихо, поездов не слышно совсем, вечером совсем не шумно, хотя рядом много кафе и много людей. До старого города прогулочным шагом минут 15. Номер не большой, но компактный и вся мебель расположена удобно: есть стол, шкаф для одежды, мини-холодильник, прикроватные тумбы, все помещается. Персонал на ресепшен приветливый, на просьбы реагирует с искренним желанием помочь, заселение проходит быстро. Завтраки проходят в собственном ресторане отеля, помещение просторное, светлое, из окон красивый вид на окрестные горы, на столах белоснежные скатерти. Все вместе сразу задает хорошее настроение на весь день. Выбор блюд соответствует итальянскому завтраку - много разной выпечки, нарезки, йогурты. Горячих блюд нет, яйца можно сварить самим.

В отеле нет утюга, если что-то понадобится погладить, то такой возможности нет

駅からすぐで、周りに何軒もレストランが有り立地は非常に良かった。 チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらい観光し、受け取った後は目の前が駅、というのはとても便利だった。

気温が高い日だったので、冷房が無く扇風機だけの部屋は暑かった。2方向に窓が有る広いバスルームには明け方涼しい風が入って来たが、ベッドルームには通らなかった。 昨今の夏に冷房無しの部屋はリスクが有ると感じた。

Being moved with no explanation

My son and I were on a cycling tour of Northern Italy, and we wanted a hotel next to the station (for the next morning trip into Milan with packed bikes). Our expectations were not high, and the hotel did not disappoint. The karaoke disco and line dancing in the station square (about 50 yards away) until 1am were an 'unexpected bonus'! It was very hot in August, and the tiny fan (provided in the room) was not really enough - but if you go in any normal season I'm sure it's fine. If you want a five-start island beach resort, this is not the best choice. If you want a decent and convenient town-centre hotel with 'nothing particularly wrong', and reasonable value for money, this is just the ticket.

Great hotel to catch the Benina Red Train

Great position next to the train station, with good staff and a lovely breakfast. Location is very handy for getting the train up to Switzerland.

Rooms are quite small for a family of four if you were staying longer than 1 or 2 nights.

Only a one night stay but met my expectations. Loved how close it was to station. We had dinner of pizza which was delicious. No aircon which I knew about and fan in room was perfectly acceptable.

The location is perfect, right in front of the train station, which is great for anyone taking the Bernina train. The breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of options. And the hotel is very quiet, even being so close to a station.

The only downside is the lack of air conditioning

Location excellent for our onward journey on the Bernina Express.

Waited at reception for 15mins befre receptionist appeared from somewhere, there was a que by then! Restaurant staff unhelpful when asked when food would be served, so we went elsewhere. No aircon left room very warm, luckily they didn't supply a quilt of any kind just a sheet Sky didn't work.

Le personnel à la réception qui ne salue pas. Peut-être parce qu’ils ne parlent pas le français mais un bonjour peut se dire dans toutes les langues, leurs hôtes vont comprendre. Les chambres mansardées du 3ème étage sans climatisation avec une seule fenêtre de moins de 1 mètre s/ 1 mètre. Ne doivent pas être louées par des chaleurs estivales, c’est insupportable d’y dormir. Il est impossible de faire des courants d’air.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent and very convenient for our stay in Tirano. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay.

The room needs aircon, I appreciate the heat wave isn’t usual however they are becoming more likely and the room was like a furnace. So hot we couldn’t sleep. The fan just. Lee hot air round. Shame as although the room is a bit dated the hotel was great.

The room we were assigned to was terribly hot, I ended up getting a second room which had air-conditioning. I would have not been able to sleep in the first room. The friend I was traveling with did not mind the heat.

Fizemos o checkout e deixamos as mochilas guardadas. Nesse meio tempo me dei conta de que havia esquecido o meu fone de ouvido no quarto do hotel. Ao retornar desfiz toda a minha mochila para ter certeza de que havia ficado no quarto. Perguntei se haviam encontrado e a resposta foi não. Sendo que eu o tinha usado na noite anterior e coloquei na cabeceira da cama. Isso foi uma situação que me deixou muito triste e decepcionada com o hotel.

Il parcheggio va prenotato ,ed è a pagamento, ma non è specificato . Fortunatamente l'operatrice molto gentilmente mi ha consigliato dove poter lasciare l'auto gratuitamente. ( Parcheggio via Calcagno ) Camere senza aria condizionata.

We were very happy with our stay at the Hotel Bernina. Excellent location next to both railway stations. The room was comfortable with a fan supplied as the weather was very hot. Dinning room was very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located within 2 minutes walk of the train station with great views of the mountains. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our room overlooked some of the railway however this was not a problem as the noise cancellation of the windows was very good.

O quarto é uma verdadeira sauna no verão. O quarto não ventila os andares baixos na permite abertura da janela para a ventilação do ar. As meninas da recepção, não possuíram o bom senso de avaliar que estávamos com uma criança portanto a estadia foi extremamente desconfortável. O ventilador parecia uma assombração. Pior experiência que tive nos últimos 10 anos! É o tipo de hotel que se colocasse um ar traria muito mais conforto ao cliente. O hotel precisa que o dono e as meninas da recepção durma lá uma noite para sentirem a experiência do cliente !!

Die Lage gleich beim Bahnhof, aber trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. Tolles Restaurant mit guter Speisekarte und sehr aufmerksamen Personal (übrigens auch an der Rezeption, viel besser als im vergangenen Jahr).

Leider keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer sehr heiß bei diesen hochsommerlichen Temperaturen (nur Ventilator vorhanden, der wenig bis nichts nützt)

Das Frühstück war 1 a. Die Lage des Hotels Perfekt. Das Personal freundlich. Die Betten wären sehr bequem...

Es war viel zu Heiss im Eckzimmer unter dem Dach. Die Fenster waren beim Betreten des Zimmers offen und alle Wärme im Zimmer. Leider gab es keinen Fenti und Klimaanlage, wir haben sozusagen nicht geschlafen

L'hôtel est situé à côté de la gare. La chambre était spacieuse pour quatre personnes. Petit-déjeuner bon et varié.

L'hotel è in piena zona centrale collegata alla stazione per il trenino del Bernina. La struttura è molto bella e curata sia come ristorante che come sala colazioni e interno. Un ottimo posto in zona ma con molti difetti. MANCA L'ARIA CONDIZIONATA!!! ATTENZIONE PRIMA DI PRENOTARE IN ESTATE!!! PASSATO 2 NOTTI INSONNI!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in luglio quando le giornate sfioravano i 34 gradi e per mia distrazione in fase di prenotazione mi è sfuggito il fatto CHE IL LOCALE ERA SPROVVISTO DI CAMERE CLIMATIZZATE, ma uno al giorno d'oggi. lo da per scontato visto che non si può più starne senza. Al nostro arrivo l'amara sorpresa. Camera SOTTOTETTO con finestra lato stazione e 30 gradi la notte!!! La direzione fornisce un FANTASTICO E RUMOROSO VENTILATORE per affrontare le notti calde. Se lasciate aperta la finestra non avete nessun beneficio perché NON TIRA UN FILO DI ARIA essendo ad un livello più basso del soffitto e aggiungiamo che la notte dalla stazione dei treni RUMORI CONTINUI DI TRENI IN MANUTENZIONE E CON MOTORI ACCESI TUTTA LA NOTTE !!! Il materasso poi sembra che sia di materiale non traspirante e accentua in più la sensazione di calore. 2 NOTTI DA INCUBO !!! Pensate bene a trovare un'altra struttura prima di prenotare qui in estate. In inverno magari anche si .....

Huoneen ikkuna avautui jaetulle parvekkeelle ja suoraan aukiolle eli sitä ei voinut pitää yöllä auki viilentääkseen huonetta. Tuuletin auttoi jonkin verran selviämään. Huoneessa oli myös vedenkeitin, mutta se ei sopinut yhteenkään pistokkeeseen eli ei voinut käyttää. Aamulla respassa ei ollut ketään paikalla kun yritin käydä kysymässä asiasta. Olivat tiukkoja klo 14 sisäänkirjaamisesta, koska eivät kuulemma voineet tietää mitkä huoneet siivottu ja mitkä ei. Tämä puoli tuntia ennen eli klo 13.30.
