Niramaya Villa & Wellness

We stayed there with our 10 and 14 year old girls in a Villa with private pool. Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, good family run restaurants close by. Been there end of August, we felt like we were the only ones. Great choice would book again.

Harde bedden

De ruimte. Goed onderhouden terrein en het personeel waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De kamers zijn aan een kleine onderhoud toe maar nog steeds een superverblijf gehad.

Alles gefackte Fotos auf den Portalen. Dreckig, unfrendlich, 12 liegesthle am Pool, 5 Sonnenschirme. Baustelle nebenan. Whirlpool läuft nicht in der gesammten Anlage, defekt. Keine Liegestühle bei der Poolvilla. Schimmel, Wasser läuft auf den Boden raus. Wir waren das 18 Mal in Thailand, aber so was, haben wir noch NIE erlebt

The place, the island the villa

Big, clean, comfortable. We had a villa with private pool. The staff were friendly. Service was prompt. Food was very good.

No dispenser for drinking water so plastic bottle consumption was required. Food in restaurant was very expensive. Construction noise next door - we weren’t aware of when we made our reservation.

Fabulous location amazing pool and the staff were very helpful. The Rice paddy restaurant next door was the best foot we ate whilst on the island too.

Schöne Villa mit eigenen Pool. Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals.

- Confort et aménagement de la villa. - Calme du lieu, superbe piscine. - Gentillesse et conseils de l'hôte pour organiser des visites dans la baie de Phang Nga - Petit déjeuner + très bon restaurant (Rice Paddy Restaurant)

- Climatisation bruyante de la chambre principale méritant une rénovation. - Les moustiquaires sur les ouvertures ne sont pas suffisantes et la chambre est rapidement envahie de moustiques. Il faudrait régulièrement mettre des répulsifs (essence de citronnelle, serpentins, ...) pour les tenir à distance.

Nous avons adoré notre chambre, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la grande piscine et la piscine privative. Le personnel était adorable !

La literie était un peu dure et la climatisation difficile à gérer (bruyante et trop froide)

We had a one bed villa with a pool, which had a lovely view of the bay. The villa was very comfortable and clean and rhe staff were friendly. The location is good, with beaches and restaurants within easy walking distance. We also rented a moped from rhe hotel to get around the island.

This was the most expensive property we stayed in out of 12 in Thailand. For the price I would have expected breakfast to be included, and to have fresh/capsule coffee rather than nescafe. We only ate one dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was good but the prices were double those of other restaurants. The sunloungers by main pool are mostly unused as they have no cushions and are too hard to lie on.

Finitions de l'hôtel moyennes qui me laisse penser qu'il faut beaucoup d'entretiens (clim qui fuit, spots mal encastrés, ...). Restaurant un peu cher par rapport à ceux aux alentours et chef de ce restaurant qui aime un peu trop parler à tout le monde 😉.

Les piscines, le logement, le pt déjeuner, la gentillesse de la dame de l'accueil. La belle vue.

Villa spacieuse bien décorée, le service de nettoyage est parfait, personnel aimable.

Les choses qui pourraient être améliorées sont les climatisations et les douches. Il y avait un gros chantier à côté de la villa.

Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la localisation, la propreté, la qualité, le personnel,…

Superbe hôtel idéalement situé proche de la mer et de petits resto autour, belle proposition d activités.

Beaucoup de moustiques et une des portes du rez-de-chaussée ne fermait pas correctement et donc laissait rentrer la chaleur et les moustiques.

Gutes Platzangebot, Privatpool, schöne Aussicht. Relativ ruhig trotz erster Reihe.

Gewöhnungsbedürftig waren natürlich die grünen Fliesen im Pool. Insgesamt wären ein paar Investitionen nicht verkehrt. Riss in der Decke, Massagedüsen im Pool defekt, zum Schluss ließ sich die Tür zwischen Dusche und Außenpolitik nicht mehr öffnen.

My kids loves to pool. The location of the resort was great cause it is close to restaurants but far from grocery stores. Everyone there was great and the resort's restaurant was good as well. I like it when they reach out to you before your trip to offer transportation from the pier to the hotel. I was convince and fairly priced.

There are a lot of mosquitos and when we got our TV replace, the staff left the door open and for the next 4 days, we wake up with mosquitos bits. Other than that, there are not much to sad bad about the resort. I would come back if I'm in Phuket.

The location of Niramaya is perfect. Having been to Koh Yao Noi before and unable to book in where stayed last time, we chose somewhere closest to it.

Overall the property needs some tlc. The pool area was lovely but could be cleaner and the steps to get in and out of the pool were broken. Our room was okay. We booked well in advance (over 6 months ago) so were disappointed to get a pool room that only had a tiny corner pool that was dark with no view. The bed was very hard and the shower was absolutely dreadful. No power whatsoever and the drain was clearly blocked so by the time you had been in there for a couple of minutes, it was completely flooded.

Avec mes amis, nous avons séjourné dans deux villas très confortables et bien équipées offrant une très belle vue sur la piscine et la mer. Chaque chambre a sa mini piscine privée et les deux villas en partagent une plus grande. Les espaces sont joliment agrémentés d’arbustes et de plantes. À proximité, des restaurants proposent une bonne cuisine, les pieds dans le sable. Location de vélos ou scooters très facile avec l’hôtel. La réceptionniste charmante parle bien anglais, comprend un peu le français et nous a organisé nos transferts vers Phuket. Service irréprochable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Le wifi est parfois défaillant, n’hésitez pas à demander à l’accueil de vous aider pour y remédier. C’est un inconvénient mineur.

Delicious breakfast and restaurant. Spacious room. Very friendly staff, really helpful with our questions and requests! Overall is a great hotel in a good location.

The beach right in front has a lot of plastic trash. It’s a pity, the view from the location is beautiful and the beach should be better taken care of.

Swimming pool, cool design bungalow but outdated

Bungalow is all a bit out dated, renovation needed, price-quality not good. Spending 220 euro a night you expect class. Also no good coffee, limited water supply, personal entering room whenever they wanted to 'check on minibar'.

La localisation et la piscine

Smuk have, lækker pool, gode senge, central beliggenhed for restauranter, smukke udsigter, 20 min i lille taxa fra havnen, masser af skønne spisesteder og fede Beach barer overalt i området.

Vi var uheldige at have fået den yderste hytte lige opad byggepladsen til et kommende nyt resort ved siden af og desværre slet ingen udsigt fra vores terrasse - det var skuffende for os.

Hotellet er så skønt. Dejligt atmosfære, sødt personale og rengøringen er virkelig noget af det bedste vi har oplevet. Villaen var dejlig, ren og privat. Vi havde 7 overnatninger. Beliggenheden er perfekt, lige hundrede meter fra en ok strand, og tæt på den klart bedste strand på øen. Vi har haft et dejligt ophold, og ø-livet kommer virkelig til sin ret på koh yao noi med rolig stemning uanset hvor vi var.

Det eneste minus var at vores villa lå lige op af en byggeplads.

Piscina: mi hijo se corto dos veces por mal estado de los azulejos. Falta de mantenimiento. Habitación: mantenimiento escaso, algunos focos medio caídos, algunos muebles arañados, parte del papel despegado de la pared, se ven agujeros en la pared con cuadros que no corresponde al tamaño del anterior. Servicio: se resume en una amable mujer en la recepción 12 h. Restaurante: lo mejor, es precio alto para Tailandia pero el detalle en los platos, atención, etc. no cabe duda que lo merece. Wifi: mala conexion.

Wunderschöne Familienvilla mit kleinem Privatpool in einem kleinen, gemütlichen Resort. Auch der große Pool war sehr schön und nie zu voll. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorragendes Restaurant mit ebenfalls sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt und würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Really amazing place to stay! Owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is best on the island and the ocean just over the street. There is really nothing bad to say. I traveled a lot in Thailand and this is for sure my favorite island hotel so far. Note: even prettier than on the pictures.

Jättefin rymlig villa. Härlig pool. Väldigt lugnt och stilla i området. Fin personal. Underbar frukost. Toppenstädning varje dag.

Inte bästa stranden. Mycket stenar i havet. Störde dock inte oss så mycket de dagar vi var här.

Sauberes, grossräumiges Bungalow. Schöner Pool. Ruhige Insel mit überschaubaren Möglichkeiten und daher perfekt zum entspannen. Sehr gutes Restaurant (Frühstück und Abendessen), welches wir in dieser Qualitatit (sowohl Produkte wie auch Zubereitung) so nicht erwartet haben.

Personalen fick oss att känna oss väldigt speciella. Lekte med barnen. Mötte oss varje dag med ett leende. God mat och hjälpte till att planera dagsturer för vad vi kunde finna på på dagarna.

It’s a lovely place in a great location with super staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Literally the only thing I can find to say is that the light switches are not all in the most obvious locations!

L'endroit est magnifique. La petite villa etait très belle, spacieuse et très propre. Le jardin autour est paradisiaque avec de nombreux grands palmiers et fleurs exotiques, nous avons meme vu des sortes de toucans en haut des palmiers. Le personnel très agréable, souriant et à notre disposition pour toutes demandes: excursions, transfert, restaurant... Pour la plage, elle se trouve juste en face, il faut traverser une petite route juste devant l'hôtel, il y a pas mal de rochers à marée basse mais il est possible de se baigner en allant un peu sur la gauche. L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone avec de nombreux restaurants autour, des endroits pour faire des massages ou encore louer un scooter. Très pratique

Le prix assez élevé. Le lit avec le matelas assez dure. Peut être j'aurai rajouté des petits équipements comme un lait pour le corps dans la salle de bains, de l'après shampoing ou quelque chose pour étendre ses vêtements et serviettes mouillées

Villa sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen momentan gab es nebenan auf der einen Seite eine Baustelle, welche aber nur am Tag zu hören war…

Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam.

Liegen in den poolvillen wären noch super, leider nur zwei unbequeme Stühle auf der Terrasse.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, alles entspannt aber zuverlässig

Der private Pool sowie die Villa waren top, sehr bequemes Bett, geräumig. Frühstück war sehr gut

Leider keinen Liegestuhl oder bequeme Stühle auf der Veranda, nur beim Hauptpool.

Although quite small for a 2 bedroom villa, it was very clean and comfortable. Great location to some of the restaurants and massage places. A gorgeous, peaceful island that's still relatively untouched.

Outdoor furniture was quite uncomfortable, but only a minor issue.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und außerordentlich freundlich. Egal mit was wir gekommen sind wurde sofort geholfen und erledigt. Vielen dank an die Rezeption usw. Das Essen beim Rice Paddy ist einfach der Hammer. Absolutes Sterne Niveau!!! Ebenfallsein großes Lob an die Küche und den Service und Restaurantleiter!!

We had a very good time in Niramaya. The staff is helpful and friendly. We got good help with arriving at the island, taxi, and ferry off the island. The room was very clean when we got here and was serviced every day. The pool was really nice. Nearby you can find a few good restaurants and the breakfast at rice paddy was perfect.

The internet connection was not that good

10/10! I had such an incredible stay at Niramaya. The location was second to none being right on the beach, and the facilities were very clean. Wonderful hospitality as well, I felt very cared for be the staff. Thank you so much!

This was an amazing hotel, located just across a quiet road from the beach. It was green, private, with an authentic Thai atmosphere. The lady at reception was particularly wonderful, helping us promptly with all our queries. The island, the hotel, and the entire experience were fantastic—I would definitely return and stay here again!

Breakfast at the hotel was overpriced and not good value for money. Additionally, the breakfast hours were quite limited—starting too late and ending too early.

Well located

Clean, comfy and beautiful villa with the small private pool at your doorstep. We ended our holiday here and we could have easily stayed for much longer. Fantastic restaurant, which we ate most of our meals at and all the food and service was superb.

It’s exceptionally good, for everything! We stayed a week: spacious room, comfortable bed, our own private pool, which was brilliant. Lovely staff. We had a view of the sea, singing birds.. the restaurant is superb. We ate there 5 times. Delicious Thai and international food. Great service. Frank, the owner , is very friendly and informative about the menu. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

some room fittings a tad dated, might have been helpful to have been warned about the sharp rocks in the sea and how important tides are for swimming on the island’s otherwise beautiful beaches

Lovely comfortable villas with small individual swimming pools in addition to the central bigger pool. The villa has a private balcony and patio for outdoor seating or sunbathing. The beds were comfortable and the shower was wonderful. The restaurant has excellent food and drink, the breakfast is enormous and very tasty, only my 20 year old son was capable of eating the whole set menu. The price is a little above what we paid for most of our trip but it was worth it for the quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
