Concorde Hotel Fujairah

Very bad and old hotel سيء جداً

It was good, family location and clean

Very bad customer service. No options in veg. Asked for water which never came.

Receptionist was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Good first impression. Restaurant was good as was the gym. Available ping-pong and billiards nice to have Room was in good condition. Was there for only 1-day but was glad to have chosen this hotel.

Everything was acceptable Hotel manger is really helpful and professional

Was clean and has a best view to the main road of Fujairah. Staff were very helpful and nice to all. Best place to go.

I am very disappointed with their service.

The worst service I ever had in my 20 years. I am following the hotel staff for last 4 days to get my invoice emailed to me but hotel staff is least bothered to take any action. All my efforts to get an invoice for my 4 days of stay is in vain until now. Very bad service, not expected from a hospitality industry. Very bad, very bad, very bad

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Check-In was fast and efficient. The omellet and falafel station is a great touch! My fresh grilled fish ať dinner was superb. Many thanks to our waiters Fasile and Rohan! The pool, fitness and spa facilities are top notch. Just what we needed after a day of sightseeing. Our room was spacious and very clean. All staff adhered to high hygienic standards. Good WiFi and lots of TV channels. Actually, everything was perfect. Just what we needed. Thank you!

We was thete During Covid-19 It's not crowded in breakfast and 15 people including children in swimming pool area at 10 to11 Am otherwise was less than 10 people

It was good all in all. Great breakfast and shower

All ok except our bed wasn't comfortable, wobbly and old

We stayed for a quick 1 night here. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable, the staff is accommodating

Nice place Fantastic services Nice and big rooms

Good hotel in a good location. Maintain good cleanliness policies. Breakfast is a plus. Will visit again.

The room is old. Didn’t clean well, it has hairs on the sink and floor when we came. Have cockroaches. Make sure your hotel rooms are always clean especially this pandemic.

Very good for the price

Good but the hotel need for renovation

The restaurant (breakfast, dinner) was not good. It was ice cold inside, ac was way too hard! Order took ages to come to us, while there was nobody else. Ordered a soup, they took it right in front of me from the buffet! Steak looked like it was from the kids menu. Food was cold, rice, sauce, salmon,... Breakfast was boring, not so many different kind of choices/possibilities. Good: fresh omelet and great taste, made by a young chef! Super friendly guy!

Nice pool even if the water temperature was warm. Towels are a bit scratchy. Otherwise pleasant and comfortable and reasonably good value for money.

Should provide fresh juice for breakfast & as welcome drink.

It was amazing

It was really nice . The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay. Food was great and the spa is good

The hotel was so-so, the bistro cafe was excellent. The facilities such as the pool, jacuzzi, and gym were also excellent.

it was amazing

The bed was literally bad, front desk was not friendly, else OK types

Rooms werent clean bathroom fittings were old service was nice but veryslow might be coz it was full

The room key did not work Check In was uneasy and casual Receptionists were defensive and arguing back when complaint was made about room key. Toasted bread basket, jam and butter was requested from room service. We were given 2 cold slices of brown bread and a jar of jam. TV reception was very grainy and unclear Will never return to this hotel again!

overall a good hotel just the window glass needs to be cleaned and during the night the exteriors needs to be lit esp the hotel name.

Everything was fantastic only one note the shower hose has a problem, when I open the bath shower both nozzle are opening

Our room was clean and spacious. The lighting inside is quite dim. You need to open the curtains to get some light during daytime. At nighttime, you just have to deal with it. The bed is comfortable. It makes a big difference when you've had a long day. It was just inconvenient when we were asked to pay in cash after we ordered room service, instead of having the option of charging it to our room. It's nice to have free parking and wifi. Overall, I would recommend it to others. 3.7 rating

Very pleasant staff. Good location, great price, comfortable. Free internet.

This place was perfect for business travelers. The only issue I had was the absence of an iron board and when they gave one, it was in pathetic condition. I loved the roof top pool and all other amenities. Will by my first choice next time I am in Fujairah

Near to the shops and restaurant. Convenient location.

Nice hotel close to the city center, nice view you can see the city from the hotel

I didn't face any inconvenience.. On The 15the floor the staying was very quiet.

The service of checking in and out is so bad.

Nice hotel close to the City center, nice view, it is not old,

Great views of the mountains. Only setback was the pool coffee shop - cold cappuccino and the "barista" didn't have change for the coffee order. Other than that, a very nice stay.

I read gbe online description of the hotel and was quite disappointed when I arrived? The room was beautiful but we were told it had a rooftop bar with panoramic views of the beach etc. There was a small roof top pool, the bar was more like a shed and we could see the mountains but no sea view. I asked for an exra bed before my arrival, called to confirm. When I arrived I asked again for the extra bed and paid for this and breakfast. The room did not have an extra bed and there was only two of everything (towels, water etc.) We went out for the day and we returned to find no bed. I called reception and they told me tnat I needed to pay for it. I explained that I already had? I was then questioned again for payment at breakfast and again when checking out. I did complain about this to the manager and he gave me a refund for the extra bed.

The Concorde Fujairah Hotel is 2 miles from the beach and offers luxurious rooms with either mountain or ocean views. The rooftop pool overlooks the Hajaar Mountains.

I've stayed at several hotels in Fujairah and I can say that this is the best value in town. The staff were polite and friendly, the food was good, and the rooftop pool and fitness center are excellent. I will stay here in the future when I have business in Fujairah. Thanks.

I arrived after 9pm to my room, and there was no towels in the room and the refridgerator was not cooling, so after a phone call to the front desk everything was taking care off.

it was great

Is not the first time I stay in this hotel. Been at the Concord many times during my 3 years work in the UAE and always enjoyed my stay. For sure money worth. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Food is good.

Over all a value for money. Except that the front desk staffs are very slow.

The room smel bad ,at 1st night there was no tawels no hot water

unfortunately i only arrived late at the hotel and left early morning. but i had a very good sleep. bed is very comfortable. service at check in was very good and i had a smooth check in.

Stayed for two nights at the weekend as part of visit to the east coast and the mountains. Hotel was beyond expectations. Rooms, staff, facilities and food were all excellent. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
