Η περιοχη δεν εχει κοντα πολλα πραγματα για φαγητο και διασκεδαση. Ειναι ησυχο μερος και χρειαζεται αυτοκινητο οπωσδηποτε.

Lovely location in a castle like atmosphere. Staff very accommodating. Beautiful pools. Spa amazing. 25 minutes from the beach. Our room was at the top of a tower with roof jacuzzi. Gorgeous! Also, pet friendly property.

Needs a little extra care. Much of the outdoor furniture was old/torn and stained. The property is huge and landscaping could be better to make this gorgeous property truly shine. Soo much potential. Also we had ants in our room (which honestly were probably attracted to our dog food) but they were also in the breakfast room.

Je trouve la chambre spacieuse mais la salle de bain aurait besoin de rafraîchissement et de modernité. Les évents tels que les mariages sont organisés dans le domaine avec tout le bruit qui va autour, un feu d’artifice tiré à 1h du matin dans l’hôtel sans que la clientèle ne soit prévenue ce qui aurait pu éviter des réveils en sursaut !

Immerso nel verde delle campagne salentine... Ma equidistante dalle località turistiche di maggior interesse... Posizione strategica per chi volesse godere delle bellezze del Salento ma senza subire lo stress dei centri iper affollati ( specialmente ad Agosto!!!) e avere il problema di trovare parcheggio. La struttura è ben organizzata, pulita, accogliente. Dispone di una stupenda piscina all'aperto, so che vi è una SPA con relativa piscina coperta ma noi non ne abbiamo mai usufruito visto il periodo. Invece abbiamo utilizzato la vasca idromassaggio in dotazione alla nostra stanza, TOP... soprattutto per spazio e privacy.

La piscina esterna, a mio avviso molto bella, grande, e dotata di angolo idromassaggio... Andrebbero attenzioati i dettagli... Sdraio , ma soprattutto ombrelloni e gazebo... L'idea del relax c'è ed è presente, si sta davvero bene...

Hotel & Restaurant trés romantiques, superbe cadre, personnel attentionné et d'une remarquable gentillesse. Lieu trés calme, reposant, idéalement un peu reculé des côtes touristiques pour un repos bien mérité ou un séjour en amoureux. Cuisine et vins exeptionnels. Massage au top avec Romina en bord de piscine ou au Spa❤️ J'espére y revenir un jour.

The AC did not work in our room and we received no compensation. Also our room (the suite) has no balcony or possibility to open windows even. The breakfast was to our suprise the worst we had in Puglia. Small assortment, dry pastries, bad coffee, many things came at an extra charge (like an omelette for 5-8 euros)

La gentillesse du personnel, et l’adaptabilité (merci pour le pique-nique alors que nous devions partir très tôt pour une viste et que nous ne pouvions pas prendre le pdj), la beauté du lieu, le calme et le fait de pouvoir aller autant du côté ionien que du côté adriatique en une trentaine de minutes et le petit plus : les parkings couverts pour les voitures

RIEN. Le personnel a été très à l’écoute, un merci particulier à la jeune femme qui nous a beaucoup aidés en parlant en français chaque fois que nécessaire.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e professionalità da tutto il personale, sempre disponibile, sorridente e attento a ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura è splendida, curata nei minimi dettagli, elegante e immersa in un’atmosfera rilassante che ci ha fatto sentire subito in vacanza. Un ringraziamento particolare va alla direzione che, sapendo che viaggiavamo con due bambini, ci ha gentilmente assegnato una camera di categoria superiore rispetto a quella prenotata, permettendoci di soggiornare con ancora più comfort. La colazione merita una menzione speciale: ricca, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità, in grado di soddisfare ogni gusto. È stato il modo perfetto per iniziare ogni giornata. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri trascorrere un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, dell’ospitalità e della qualità. Speriamo di tornare presto! 😊

Me gustó que quedaba antes de llegar a Gallipoli. El hotel lindo el cuarto maravilloso camas muy cómoda y como éramos 3 con 2 ambientes distintos. La comida muy buena y el desayuno riquísimo. La piscina deliciosa.

The highlight of our Italy trip. We used this hotel as our base for exploring southern Puglia, a perfect location for it. The property is stunning, the food exceptional, and the staff consistently go above and beyond. The pool and spa are gorgeous. Highly recommended!

La colazione!! Si sono solo cementati nel mettere tante scelte ma la maggior parte prodotti di 3 e 4 stelle. Addirittura per dirne una anche nella peggior bettola della Puglia hanno l’olio buono, in questo hotel hanno l’olio comprato dal fornitore MARR o DAC ( industriale) olitalia!! Vi prego cambiate l’olio!!!

Without question, this is the finest hotel we have experienced in all of Italy, and we don’t say that lightly. Traveling as a family of four with young children (ages 5 and 9), we often find that luxury and family-friendliness are difficult to balance. Here, they are perfected effortlessly. The property itself is breathtaking, the kind of place that makes you stop and take a slow breath the moment you arrive. The spa is exceptional, a genuine sanctuary that left us completely restored. And the restaurant? It outshone every top-rated dining experience we sought out across Puglia, no small feat in a region celebrated for its cuisine. This is Puglia’s best-kept secret, and we are already counting the days until we return.

La serviabilité du personnel

Nous sommes allés en mai. Pas de terrasse pour prendre un verre ou un café. Piscine éloignée. Fenêtre sans vue. Frigo pas froid et pas de bouloir électrique ou un café expresso dans la chambre. Fort orienté sur la partie événementiel ( mariage ou autre fêtes). Literie et coussin pas terrible.

Personale gentilissimo,e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Ottimo il ristorante.

Abbiamo prenotato la suite e ci aspettavamo un ingresso incluso alla spa . Era invece a pagamento ( due adulti e una bambina costo 100 euro ) e per un massimo di 1 ora ..Ora il cliente che sceglie la suite desidera relax senza essere schiavo del tempo . Forse su questo dovrebbero cambiare la loro policy e pensare a una formula all inclusive .

The service is incredible and the staff went out of their way, to give us the best treatment… whatever we needed, they provided. The pool area is amazing as well, with full service of fresh towels, food and drinks served for really fair prices. I don’t understand why we haven’t heard about this place before - will definitely be back.

Soggiorno splendido! La spa fantastica, la cena squisita e il servizio ottimo.. un luogo meraviglioso per staccare dalla routine. Colazione abbondante, ricca di prodotti tipici ma anche generici di ogni tipologia che soddisfano tutti i gusti! Si può usufruire anche della piscina esterna con lettini, ombrellone/gazebo e bar annessi.

Wunderschönes Anwesen, freundlicher Empfang, hervorragender Serviice, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, Valentina hat uns den SPA- Bereich kurzfristig (wäre eigentlich am Vortag zu reservieren) geöffnet, diese Wellnessoase kann als Highlight bezeichnet werden, gutes umfangreiches Frühstück, Abendessen im Restaurant ausgezeichnet

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, the room was spacious, very comfortable bed and room was cleaned very well daily with refilled toiletries and clean towels. Staff at this resort was friendly, helpful and attentive. Very nice spa and outdoor pool area if you want to relax.

I recommend renting a car if you plan to stay at this resort as it is little bit out of the way of everything but within 30-40 minutes you can get to towns or the nicest beaches that are in this area! My main complaint about the resort was the breakfast which was little bit lacking in variation especially in the savory option.

The room was spacey and clean. The resort itself had a lot of character and historical features. The gardens were well maintained and the swimming was very nice and big (perfect temperature). The staff was very friendly despite some lack of English vocabulary. Overall a nice stay that we can honestly recommend!

The location was perfect for us, but a bit lost from main touristic cities. The place had a lot of character but somethings could use an update (bathrooms, furniture, etc.). Still a great stay though.

Ambiente tranquillo e struttura adeguata, con spazi comuni ben arredati e curati . Abbiamo usufruito del servizio piscina e della SPA ad orari "al limite" (con non scontata enorme disponibilità da parte dello staff) eppure l'impressione era quella di servizi appena puliti. Entrambe le strutture restituiscono un senso di cura che è raro trovare altrove. Colazione a buffet varia ed adeguata con prodotti locali freschi (sia dolce che salato) ed abbondanza di scelta. Personale cordiale, disponibile e assolutamente all'altezza del livello della struttura. Camera ben arredata e pulita in maniera impeccabile. Idromassaggio sul terrazzo in condizioni perfette. Un plauso particolare all'addetta alla colazione, prontamente disponibile a richieste particolari, non necessariamente dovute.

Unica nota non gradita: non ho apprezzato la metratura "sbagliata" della Junior suite, su booking descritta come 30 mq, realmente credo sui 20mq divisi tra bagno di dimensioni adeguate e camera da letto sui 15 mq. Piccolissimo appunto (che non inficia l'esperienza). Personale ottimo, ma forse in numero ridotto.

Fantastic hotel with only 18 rooms/ suites set within acres of gardens and alleys . The staff are great and nothing was too much bother , always smiling and willing to help. We’ve spent 6 nights as a family of four and were made to feel special at every step , on a couple of afternoons having the swimming pool for ourselves. Great base to explore the Salento and it’s gorgeous beaches restaurants and wines ;we managed to visit Gallipoli , Lecce and neighbouring Cutrofiano . Shaded parking for guests of the hotel is fantastic, the best I’ve seen anywhere around the Med .

Nothing to dislike really as the hotel experience is worth a lot more than guests are asked to pay ( I believe without the thriving wedding and events business such a property couldn’t be open to guests). The only recommendation would be a more child friendly menu during the holidays season as there were lots of kids around during our stay but dinner options were limited for children ( menu was changed every couple of nights so this can maybe be adjusted and promoted depending on occupancy)

La colazione da migliorare in qualità, ma comunque buona e varia. Non abbiamo cenato in hotel, ma altri ospiti che vi hanno cenato ci hanno detto che hanno mangiato bene.

Tutto assolutamente meraviglioso, perfetto, location splendida sia dentro che fuori, la suite con jacuzzi privata sul balcone è stata il perfetto nido d’amore, ma è una struttura accogliente per chiunque famiglie coppie amici. La piscina e la Spa rendono tutto ancora più bello. La colazione abbondante e variata, dai prodotti locali a gusti più intwrnazionali! La frutta fresca e buonissima! Il personale è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Sempre Cortese sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità! Sono stati degli angeli!

Malgré une grave erreur dans mon plat végétarien, le personnel a su s excuser à la hauteur des attentes d un établissement comme le Sangiorgio. Notre séjour dans cet hôtel restera un magnifique souvenirs de cette région.

La circolazione è stata regolare nonostante l'alta stagione e la posizione ottima rispetto alle tante località turistiche da visitare

Dalla disponibilità dello staff (ricordo piacevolmente Valentina alla reception), ai servizi e la pulizia, davvero uno dei migliori hotel di sempre. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata, posto auto e possibilità di pranzo e cena in hotel. Sicuramente da riprovare.

Le complexe est magnifique ! La chambre est jolie et très confortable nous avons très bien dormi. La piscine est très grande et bien équipées, il y a même un bar pour manger et boire. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Étant éloigné de tout, c’est très calme. On a adoré !

Le seul point négatif est le wifi qui est très lent et on capte peu de réseau du coup c’est difficile d’avoir accès à une connexion rapide..

Beautiful venue, very clean, staff super friendly and attentive.

The review would have been higher if it was a 4 star hotel, as the standard for a 5 star was not reached in our opinion. The attention for details was lacking (no courtesy water in the rooms, no coffee machines, only supermarket tea&instant coffee, we weren’t offered anything to make up for an incident with ants invading our bathroom at midnight…). The breakfast could be improved.

La vegetazione e la piscina

La struttura sarebbe stupenda ma è mantenuta molto male. Ci sarebbe bisogno di ammodernare le camere e di pulire l’esterno. Anche i mobili da esterno andrebbero rinnovati, perché, al di fuori di quelli all’ingresso, danno un senso di decadenza essendo trasandati. Ma il vero problema è stato il servizio. La prima sera ci siamo fermati al ristorante e ci hanno servito due piatti di trofie alle vongole che insieme facevano 100 gr di pasta, solo che erano 70 in un piatto e 30 nell’altro; c’erano 5/6 vongole e svariati gusci, ma non ci hanno nemmeno degnato di un piatto per metterli a parte. Modica cifra di 40€ per queste due portate, per alzarci da tavola affamati. I calici di vino? Circa la metà dei regolari calici…un sorso a testa! In generale, il personale è assolutamente inadeguato: molto poco proattivo e accomodante, improvvisato, si aggira con fare quasi sommesso. Signori, la gente spende le proprie sacre vacanze ed anche molti soldi! Questo NON è un servizio a 5 stelle, ma neanche lontanamente. Dulcis in fundo: il personale della piscina, ragazzini giovanissimi ma gentili, un giorno si accompagnavano ad una ragazza di anni 14, evidentemente introdotta senza controlli nell’area piscina perché molto distante dalla struttura principale e che non viene mai supervisionata da staff senior. Ha incominciato a disturbare la quiete parlando anche di argomenti sconci, non rendendosi conto del fatto che tutti sentissimo. Lo stesso giorno, alla mia richiesta di uno snack, mi hanno risposto che non era rimasto granché (alle 17:00) e mi hanno letteralmente svuotato le rimanenze di una busta di tarallini in un contenitore (non saprò mai se ho pagato una porzione, ma non sembrava esserlo). Poi hanno cercato il recupero offrendoci un piatto di frutta e prosecco il giorno seguente, perché mio marito aveva riferito dell’episodio sulla ragazzina. Gentile, ma non ci rifonde della vacanza mediocre passata qui.

Das Personal war teilweise sehr sehr freundlich und teilweise total unfreundlich. Das war etwas schade Die Klimaanlage könnte besser funktionieren Ansonsten war alles top!

The staff at this hotel are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thanks especially to Daisy and Ricardo for all their help and assistance. Gorgeous facilities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and extremely quiet and peaceful. An excellent base to explore the region and we fully recommend a visit there.

It is very quiet so just be prepared for that. The restaurant menu isn't particularly kid friendly but it is a small hotel so you can't expect an extensive menu! You do need a car.

Bellissimo resort curatissimo immerso nella natura.. adatto sia per coppie che per famiglie.. ottimo relax nei comodi lettini a bordo piscina.. la colazione è variegata dal dolce al salato con prodotti locali di prima qualità.. pasticciotti leccesi, plum cache al cioccolato, ottima frutta e salmone top.. la camera familiare ben pulita con due stanze comunicanti e due bagni.. la cosa che fa la differenza è l accoglienza di tutto il personale che ci mette il cuore dalla reception alla sala alla piscina.. grazie mille torneremo presto
