Experiencia realmente lamentable. El hotel está muy deteriorado, con aspecto de abandono y pésima organización. Lo más indignante fue ver que tenían a una sola persona intentando hacerse cargo de todo el desayuno, completamente sobrepasada. La situación era tan caótica que mi hermana y yo terminamos ayudándola a retirar las mesas. Me parece una explotación del personal inaceptable y una falta de respeto tanto hacia sus trabajadores como hacia los huéspedes. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Kein so freundlicher Empfang. Unsere Koffer waren noch nicht eingetroffen was nach einer 20 km Wanderung nicht so angenehm war. Das Personal hat es aber nicht für notwendig gefunden uns zu informieren als die Koffer eingetroffen sind obschon sie mit Namen markiert sind. Hier hätte man den Unterschied machen können.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The room was comfortable and very clean and the bed was good. The pressure in the shower was excellent and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and bright. The location right on the Camino was a plus.
Breakfast was passable, and served in a loud cafeteria. For a 4-star rating the whole setup left a lot to be desired. The staff could do more to make guests feel welcome. While the hotel was “fine”, I am not sure where the star-rating comes from. Apart from the bathroom it was more like a 2-star hotel experience.

It smelled really strong of cleaning chemicals the whole time we were there. There was also a wedding that was very loud that went late into the night. Air conditioning also wasn’t great compared to other hotels in this area

The pool area was in poor shape. Very dirty around the poolarea. It almost looked abandoned. The receptionist did not give any information when checking in and barely greeted us. The beds were very firm and pillow was too big.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026The staff were very friendly, and the location is good, but the room was filled with around a dozen flies and mosquitoes—and the aroma of bug repellent immediately gave me an allergic reaction. It was high summer, so the hotel probably had trouble keeping the bugs out. However, when I went down to the front desk to let them know (after only 3 or 4 minutes after checking in) that it would not work for me, they let me know that a refund wasn’t possible, even though I had just paid and the room was filled bugs. That was disappointing and I would not recommend this place.

Choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine et elle était fermée ! Nous étions le 1er juillet …et meme pas d’accès chaises longues Petit déjeuner avec produits manquants ( il était 7h45) et Personnel petit déjeuner antipathique Attente de 20 mn à la réception ( pas de personnel) Prises électriques de chaque côté du lit qui ne fonctionnaient pas alors que nous avions pris une suite Pas d’approche client de la part du personnel

Reception staff both at check in and check out were not interested. At check out I was the only person standing at the desk and two staff looked at me and proceeded to start a new conversation with each other. One eventually interacted with me.

Falsk marknadsföring. Poolen och jacuzzin hade inget vatten. Spa:et var i realiteten ett sunkigt gym i källaren med en ”bastulåda” för 1-2 personer. Utomhusmiljön var skitig och inte underhållen på länge. Frukosten undermålig och personalen var inte tillmötesgående då vi ville få någon form av ersättning för att kompensera oss. Några timmar efter att vi lämnat hade hotellet uppdaterat att de inte hade poolen öppen.
