Hotel Cosmomare

The location! The view from our balcony, the warm welcome we received- the receptionists, Angela and Laura were so friendly and helpful. Although relatively basic, the room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. We enjoyed the balcony, the views and especially the sunset are beautiful. Angela explained the main transport options to us, buses and trains to Sorrento/Naples along with a map which she marked stop locations on. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and a beach club down at the Marina.Very helpful. There is a sea elevator close by, to save the long steep walk to and from the Marina. (€1 each way)Breakfast was excellent, and the dining room has amazing views across the bay of Naples with a great view of Capri.The hotel occupies the top floors of a building. There is a lift to access the reception floor, but no lift higher. There are maybe another 20 steps to access the bedrooms- another consideration if you have heavy/large luggage. There is a request bus stop opposite the hotel (bus 008E) which goes to and from Sorrento Marina piccola (Unico campania app for schedule) in a loop. We used it to catch the hydrofoil back to Naples. Also, the pizza place just along from the hotel with terrace overlooking the bay was excellent! Supermarket about a 10 minute walk away. All in all a great place to stay, economical for the area, and a wonderful team of staff.

We liked everything about the hotel. Worth noting - not a problem for us, but the walk from the train station is steep along narrow roads. You do need to have good mobility to get the most from your stay here.

Localisation proche des transports et super vue sur la mer. Très hon petit déjeuner et très bon rapport qualité prix. La gentillesse du personnel qui a été aux petits soins et merci pour l’upgrade.

Zeer vriendelijke dame bij de check in met veel tips. Prima ontbijt met mooi uitzicht inderdaad. De kamer was schoon en basic.

Wij vonden de bedden aan de harde kant en jammer dat de airco uit moest als je overdag weg ging. Op zich begrijpelijk ivm energie maar als je na een hele dag sight seeing in 35+ graden terugkomt in je hotel wil je eigenlijk in een koele kamer thuis komen.

Enastående utsikt vid frukosten och från våra två balkonger. Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen. Enkel men god och fräsch frukost där det vanligaste fanns. Läget nära strand och beachclub är toppen. Gå ner till stranden och åk hissen (1 Euro per person) upp är vårt tips. Två stationer med tåget in till Sorrento, ca 15 min Tågstationen ligger ca 10-15 min bort. Bra ställe att bo på för att uppleva Amalfikusten och Capri med båt. 45 minuter med bil till Pompei. Vi ville stanna längre än våra två nätter men tyvärr var det fullbokat. Återkommer gärna till detta boende.

Hårda sängar och dyr parkering (men parkering är generellt svårt i hela Italien)

Esta ubicado relativamente cerca de la estación de tren (8 cuadras en subida) que te lleva al centro histórico/marina. Esta muy cerca de la playa que se puede acceder por elevador (2 euros). El estacionamiento muy cómodo (20 euros/día). Desayuno bastante completo y con una vista espectacular a la bahía de Nápoles : La atención excelente siempre dispuestos a ayudar

Frühstück überraschend vielseitig und gut, leider der Kaffee nur durchschnittlich. Nettes Personal. Wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick und ein großes Zimmer mit großem Bad und großer Terasse.

Kaffee war für Italien nur mittelmäßig. Der Strand war nicht so toll, aber wir haben auch keinen Badeurlaub gemacht, sondern sind nach Ausflügen z.B. Pompeji und an die Amalfiküste, oder die Gotteswanderung nur kurz mal reingesprungen. Das Wasser war toll!

Hotel Cosmomare was exceptional for its price! Angela and Laura were absolutely amazing throughout our stay - from check-in to check-out, they were able to book a shuttle to the airport, book day trips for us, as well as give us restaurant recommendations for the cities we were visiting. The view from both the main lobby and our balconies were amazing. The room itself was also very spacious and the air conditioning was amazing.

The elevator was a bit small so it was a tight squeeze for my friend and I plus our suitcases.

Rimasto un po dispiaciuto per il parcheggio stretto ma e colpa dei inquilini che non sanno parcheggiare e cassaforte incagliata

Upgraded us to an ocean view room for free. Beaumont view. Elevator was nice as it was on the 5th floor.

Personalet var meget søde og imødekommende/hjælpsomme. Den skønneste havudsigt. Piano Di Sorrento er mere roligt område end Sorrento. Hyggelige caféer og gode spisesteder i lokalområdet. Rengøring helt i top. Perfekt aircondition. Fin 2 personers elevator - ren nostalgi. Meget fin mappe med oplysninger på værelset.

Fantasztikus volt a kilátás a szobából. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, segítőkész, a reggeli nagyon finom volt. Közel van a kikötő és a tengerpart, hajóval közvetlenül elérhető Capri, Amalfi és Positano. Szívesen visszatérnénk még erre a szállásra! :)

No tiene heladerita en habitación , pedi hielo me dijeron no tenemos…🥵 Y la excusa fue “ Sra esto es un tres estrellas “ . Como si le hubiese pedido algo raro, No hay secador de pelo. El persona fue muy amable y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. El salón del desayuno tiene una ventana panorámica increíble que da directamente al mar.

Si bien no tengo queja alguna, creo que el desayuno podría ser un poco más variado.

I think they could improve their breakfast

The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. The views from both the balcony and the restaurant are absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection every morning. Laura at the reception was exceptionally kind, welcoming and always willing to help with anything we needed.

The housekeeping could have been more thorough. The floor was not mopped for several days during our stay. We also missed having a refrigerator in the room, which would have made our stay much more comfortable, especially during the hot summer weather.

El colchón de la habitación estaba un poco duro a decir verdad, era como dormir es una piedra. La alcachofa de la ducha tampoco se sujetaba en su sitio.

Ci siamo trovati fantasticamente! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Anche se il check-in era previsto solo dalle 15:00, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli già al mattino. L'hotel si trova in cima a una scogliera direttamente sul mare: la vista e il tramonto sono meravigliosi. La colazione era deliziosa e abbondante. Lo raccomando al massimo a tutti!

Wir haben ein Upgrade und dadurch ein Zimmer mit großen Balkon und Meerblick erhalten. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Wir konnten alles innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen.

Einen Fön haben wir „erst“ auf Anfrage erhalten.

O hotel oferece uma experiência muito agradável, com portaria 24h — algo essencial para quem pode ter atrasos de voo ou trem. Equipe extremamente prestativa. O quarto é muito bom, com destaque para o balcão de frente para o mar, que é simplesmente lindo. O café da manhã também é bom e atende bem às expectativas. O elevador é pequeno, mas não foi um problema para nós.

A limpeza do quarto é realizada diariamente, o que é um ponto positivo, porém, durante nossa estadia de 5 noites, as toalhas de banho não foram trocadas nenhuma vez, o que poderia ser melhor organizado. Por esse detalhe, a nota não foi máxima.

Very good location and splendid view from the balcony! Magic sunset in Piano di Sorrento! Helpful staf! Very nice options for breakfast! Wonderful beach and restaurants right under (at the sea level) by the lift at 150m from the hotel.

Posizione eccezionale con colazione consumata davanti ad una vetrata con panorama mozzafiato. Dispone di parcheggio coperto in garage. Staff gentile pronto a dare consigli utili.

La colazione può essere migliorata e l'ascensore, un po' lento ed in condivisione con il condominio, solo per due persone e noi eravamo in tre. Comunque nulla di grave.

J'ai été déçu par la qualité des produits au petit déjeuner, beaucoup de produits industriels. Savon individuel dans salle de bain, en terme de développement durable et de praticité il conviendrait de passer à des distributeurs. Ne pas changer les serviettes de toilette tous les jours non plus. peu de rangement dans la salle de bain Magnifique vue sur la mer mais malheureusement bruit dû au passage de voiture. Ne pouvions ouvrir la fenêtre sûrement par sécurité mais parfois besoin d'aérer

Chambre spacieuse, disposant d'un balcon avec une superbe vue sur la marina et la mer. Salle de bains propre et spacieuse également. Petit déjeuner continental plutôt bien fourni.

Le matelas du lit était un peu trop dur. L'insonorisation à améliorer, la chambre était juste à côté de l'ascenseur.

Il personale è presente 24h/24 e da tutte le informazioni necessarie. L'albergo si trova al 5° piano di un edificio, la zona colazioni è direttamente affacciata sul mare. La richiesta di avere una camera vista mare è stata rispettata.

Un dettaglio minore, l' accesso all' hotel prevede un ascensore piuttosto piccolo oppure una scala che porta al 5° piano.

Our room had great view of the water and yo watch the sunsets. A lot of options for breakfast which was good.

Aircon not on all the time. We stayed 3 nights and only 1we had aircon going that night. Apparently discretion of hotel when they have it on.

Cogimos una habitación con vistas al mar y las vistas eran espectaculares

A localização do hotel é perfeita. Tem uma vista surreal do por-do-sol do restaurante, uma orla calma, uma praia perfeita e localizada justamente aonde sai o barco para Capri. Os funcionários foram ótimos também, assim como o nosso quarto. A melhor coisa que fizemos foi ficar em Piano di Sorrento. Todo o resto da Costa Amalfinata era caótica de tanto turismo e praias lotadas. A praia que tem em frente a esse hotel só tem local, paz e sossego, tudo o que estávamos procurando.

Amazing accomodation! Our seaview room was better than it looked in the pictures, you cant get enough of these views really. What makes it even better is the staff- super friendly and helpful! Very decent breakfast too. Also the location is crucial. You are just a little outside from the city which makes it very enjoyable late night when you want to relax and enjoy the views from the balcony without the noise but at the same time you are a few minutes away from everything. Will book again if am visiting Sorrento. Much love!

We loved being right next to the port and that the hotel had day trip offers to Capri and Amalfi that were very easy to book and get to.

Music from the port was loud at night, but that is to be expected on weekend evenings.

Estaba limpio, el desayuno estaba incluido y era delicioso, el personal muy amable (a pesar de que hablábamos diferentes idiomas), incluso me tenía que ir muy temprano y me permitieron llevarme el desayuno en una bolsa. El hotel ofrece varios convenios para tours y sin ninguna duda es la mejor opción que puedes tomar porque salen del puerto que está a 5 minutos del hotel.

Está lejos del puerto principal de Sorrento (donde normalmente llegan los Ferry) por lo que tuve que tomar un Uber muy costoso hasta el hotel, tienes la opción de ir en bus pero tendrás que subir desde el puerto hasta el centro con las maletas y en el calor de Sorrento es muy complicado, tengo 26 años, viajaba con una Carry On y era tan arriba que preferí pagar el Uber. Sería Útil un transporte suministrado por el hotel y que tenga buena relación en el precio.

NO PARKING. ASCENSORE da incubo. Meglio a piedi! Al momento della prenotazione non ho notato che l’hotel non è dotato di parcheggio. Abbiamo noleggiato un Taxi per la visita di Sorrento e la cena. Si trova al 5* piano di un condominio. Il wc era sporco con feci e capelli. Il divano era ricoperto di polvere. In sala colazioni non ci si muove agevolmente tra i tavoli per servirsi ma la vista è ineguagliabile. Colazione ristretta per il prezzo.

pulizia pessima camera fredda con condizionatori finti non riscaldano , nel bagno non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani , carta igienica usata ,letto durissimo , colazione povera poco assortita. mi dispiace ma sono rimasto deluso dalle foto sembrava bellissimo ma non è stato cosi.

La habitación tenía unas vistas excelentes y el desayuno también estaba muy bien. Personal muy amable. Ubicado justo encima de la playa de piano de sorrento y a 15 minutos de la estación de tren que te lleva a Sorrento en 3 minutos.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé. Le petit déjeuner buffet est correct.

L'hôtel est vieillot, les chambres et salles de bain mériteraient d'être rénovées. L'hôtel est situé au 4ème étage d'un immeuble. Il y a un assesseur minuscule ou alors l'escalier.
