Buena ubicación muy cerca del puerto y a un paseo del centro de Vigo. Habitación correcta con neverita, cafetera y caja fuerte. Para el parking utilizan uno público donde tiene reservada una parte para el hotel con acceso directo al mismo con escaleras. Personal amable, no nos funcionaba bien la cafetera de la habitación y aparte de arreglarla nos dieron dos vales para consumir en la cafeteria del hotel, es un buen detalle.

Precio abusivo del desayuno, 27€, por lo que no lo cogimos, hay muchas cafeterías por los alrededores donde se desayuna bien por 4€.

We stayed here for 3 nights only but had a very pleasant and memorable experience! The hotel is very stylish, modern, and well maintained. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room had all necessary toiletries, kettle, tea and coffee, and a free bottle of water. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent! The hotel is located right in the center of Vigo, within easy walking distance of all sights, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel also has a 24/7 gym, which was a great bonus. Another major advantage and even an essential condition for choosing it was the large underground public parking directly in front of the hotel, with electric vehicle charging available.

The only downside is that the public parking in front of the hotel is not included in the hotel stay and has to be paid separately at the parking or through the app.

Todo fue bien, no tengo queja alguna.

El NH está genial, la cama súper cómoda y apenas se escuchaban ruidos, además está my céntrico, en plena calle de cafeterías y tiendas, puedes ir andado a cualquier lugar, 7 min del centro y 12 del tren, incluso en autobús ya que dispone de muchas líneas en la parada de en frente del hotel (1,63€ el viaje). Al hacer la reserva te llega un email para completar el check in en el que puedes elegir el tipo de habitación y la planta. Todo muy cómodo y además si decides que algún día no te limpien la habitación y reutilizar toallas te dan tickets de consumición gratuitos.

No había albornoz ni zapatillas en la habitacion, somos usuarios habituales de otros NH Collection y en todos hemos tenido estos articulos, sin tener que pedirlos.

The front desk dining recommendation was excellent! The bar staff was superb.

I liked everything!

When arriving after 4pm one of the two rooms that we booked wasn't ready, so we had to wait for the housekeeping team to finish before we could enter. One of the bedrooms had a strong cigaret smell, and after asking, the reception moved us to a bedroom that had an interior window, much worse than the first one, with no natural light and no privacy because on the other side of our interior window was the corridor coming from the elevator. So this meant blinds closed all the stay... The bedroom was for disabled people so the bathroom was adapted, not what we imagined when we booked our stay.

En realidad todo. La ubicación, el personal, la comodidad del estacionamiento. Facilidad, para moverse por la zona céntrica de Vigo sin vehículo. Nos dieron upgrade a Suite.

An old building renovated, near the Casco Vello, the old city. At walking distance from the port, near lots of bars and restaurants. Confortable and with a very attentive staff.

Great central location, reception very helpful with guide of what to do and how to get there. To be honest, stay was very functional as we did not use hotelului facilities and only saw hotelului via reception to room and back again.

No complaints/ room had a nice view of the breakfast buffet downstairs as only internal window

Tiene un sobrecolchon que no llega hasta el final, por lo cua,l el borde hace una pequeña bajada y provocó que mii maridoido se cayera de la cama cuando dormia ,rascándose todo el brazo y haciéndose una herida importante.

This ticked all the boxes for a short two night stay in Vigo. Central (14 minutes walk from train/bus station, 10 minutes from old town, 10 minutes from marina), very clean and quiet, friendly staff and the aircon worked very well when temperature outside was in the 30s. Vigo was great, we loved the old town around Praza da Constitución, the walk up to Monte O Castro for the views, and the marina area around Monumento a Jules Verne. We took a bus from outside the hotel to Bouzas and enjoyed an evening walk along the Paseo Marítimo.

Amazing location. Value for money. Parking outside the hotel for 15eur/day. 10min walk to old town. 25min drive to scenic beaches. Excellent hotel facilities.

All good . Perhaps a warmer welcome at check-in if I had to say anything. Hotel met expectations though.

Quarto cheirava muito a bolor e a tabaco. Papel de parede a descolar com manchas de humidade nas paredes. Cortinas sujas. Casa de banho com bolor.

- habitaciones pequeñas - se nota antiguo (moqueta en pasillos, parque rallado en habitaciones, habitaciones con distribución algo rara con un hall de entrada casi del mismo tamaño que la habitación - muy caro el estacionamiento - las fotos la verdad mucho mejores que la sensación del hotel que es bastante más viejito de lo que parecen

We found a random sock in the bedroom we told the staff to clean it and when we return it was still there. Best experience ever.

A beautiful building, sympathetically converted to a hotel and in a great central location. The underground parking is secure although not that easy too find. Our suite was on the top floor which meant that it was quieter but it also meant that the headroom was, in places, restricted - but this added extra character. The staff were all helpful, some of them exceptionally so.

Very nice characterful hotel. We couldn't understand why people were eating in the rather bland cafeteria style dining area when there was a much more attractive restaurant available, where we ate.

- Nos ofrecieron llevarnos desayuno a la habitación al ser noche de bodas (no apareció nadie). - Solicitamos de pago algún detalle romántico (no había nada). - Cuando llegamos de la boda comunicamos lo sucedido a recepción y no nos ofrecían soluciones (hasta que al día siguiente nos llamó la encargada y sí). - Una amiga pasó el día anterior a llevarme un detalle para dejar en la habitación (reservada del día anterior para poder usarla el día de la boda por la mañana) lo quitaron porque se les olvidó... - EN CONCLUSIÓN: bastante mal, nada que ver con lo que ofrecía NH.

The room we were given showed some wear and tear on the walls, wood fixtures, and a lot of scuff marks or groves in the wood flooring. For the price point I was hoping for it being better maintained.

En general todo, ubicación óptima Dejamos el coche en Parking ( público con plazas reservadas para Hotel).., el personal de recepción te guardaban y sacaban el coche a puerta principal del hotel… comodisimo.

The hotel is good and modern. Breakfast was fairly good by Spanish hotel standards. There was a Nespresso type machine in the room and a kettle, which was unusual for Spain and welcome. Free water on arrival. staff were helpful.

The room looked out onto a small inner courtyard with rooms all around it and so there was very little natural light in the room as had to keep curtains closed for privacy. There was an issue with the water not draining away in the bathroom. It drained very slowly from the sink, which is not particularly hygienic. Then, when we had showers in the walk-in shower cubicle, it hardly drained at all, and water poured out of the shower cubicle, all over the bathroom floor about 1/2 inch deep and out into the hallway. My husband slipped on the wet floor. We told reception and they quickly sent someone to clean it up and they gave us fresh towels plus bathrobes and slippers. They said they would send someone to deal with the drainage issue, but we didn't dare try the shower again as the issue with the sink remained. Hopefully this was a one-off.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer wahr sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Service super. Gute Lage bezüglich öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel, viele kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung.

Tanto las instalaciones como la ubicación están muy bien. El personal muy atento te ayuda en lo que necesitas.

Las camas eran bastante incómodas. Tanto yo como mi acompañante no descasamos bien porque las camas no tenían un colchón en perfectas condiciones y las almohadas eran muy blandas. En un hotel como este se echa de menos que el colchón sea mejor y también carta de almohadas.

Es mi hotel de referencia cuando vengo a Vigo. En las habitaciones destaca el confort de camas y almohadas. Su ubicación es muy buena. A muy pocos minutos de la calle Príncipe, de la Puerta del Sol y de la zona de la Alameda. Y por encima de todo la excelente profesionalidad del personal.

No tengo ninguna queja.

La ubicación es genial y puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. La habitación era espaciosa y el personal muy amable. Lo veo un hotel ideal para ir en época de frio, pero no en verano.

Le faltan espacios comunes y exteriores. Nuestra habitación no tenia luz exterior. En verano hay poca cosa que hacer en el hotel (solo fuimos a dormir). El gimnasio es muy justo. El desayuno no lo elegimos porque 27€ por persona nos pareció muy caro. Hay opciones fuera del hotel mucho mejores calidad-precio.
