10階だからなのか、お湯の出が悪く。お風呂のお湯がちっともたまらなかったです。温泉に行くのは面倒で、結局はシャワーで終わりにしました。 浴槽が深いタイプなので、ゆっくり首まで浸かろうかなと思ったのですが残念でした。

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Room: The rooms are smaller but the perfect size for one person. In room washroom with shower and bath. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear other people. If you’re a light sleeper this may be something you want to consider but besides that I wouldn’t worry about it. My favourite part is that the windows open to allow fresh air into the room. Both the room and washroom were nice and clean. They also provide a mini fridge and kettle. There is a microwave on the main floor. Washroom: The washroom has toilet, sink, bath, and shower. They also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand/face soap, razor, hair tie,hair claw, cotton pads, hair net, q-tip, washcloth, towels (whenever you use your towels you leave them outside your room in a bag they provide and they will drop of a new set for you). Having an in room washroom is huge for me. Service: Everybody was so kind. They made every interaction memorable. Half way through my trip my phone charger stopped working. I went to the front desk to ask where I could buy a new one and they so kindly lended me one. Check in and out where very simple. Cleaned the rooms every 3 days but you can also request for your room to be cleaned more often. Location: Train station, 7-eleven, right across the street. There is also a mall close by so anything you may need is right there.

温泉に入ってると背中と腕に広くタトゥーが入った人がいて(女湯)不愉快だった。きっと外国人だろうが注意書きを知っていても無視しているのだろう 外国人のタトゥーは許されるのか？そうでないならチェックインの時にきちんと 説明して部屋風呂を使うように注意喚起してほしい。

全室禁煙？ちゃうと思う、 おっさん臭？なんやろ臭すぎた。案内された部屋臭すぎ。 2回目案内された部屋も臭すぎ。まだましやからもぉ疲れてたし、ええです。ゆったものの、、、髪の毛デスクの上にあるし、電話も埃まみれ。 温泉に入る時間に間に合わんくて渋々部屋のシャワーしたけど、排水溝になんか詰まってるんか知らんけど流れへんし、シャワーヘッドも意味不明な方向にシャワーでるし、最悪でした。 温泉も排水溝からかわからんけど下水の臭い上がって来てたし、、嫌やわ

Reviewed May 28, 2026お部屋は全て合理的で使いやすかった！何も悪くはなかったが、備え付けのパックのお茶はひらいてはいないけど何回もそこに置いてあったのをかなり前から引き継いでまた置くという感じがあって飲む気になれない、タオル等がとても急いでセットされたのか、たたみが疎か、要するに前の客の使わなかったものは取り替えず使う。新品感と清潔感ゼロ!! 朝食は調理場の外人さんとおばちゃまは明るくて親切、言うことないけどチキンの味噌焼き、味が濃い！その他の付け合わせ料理も清潔感が無く、私の食欲は湧きませんでした！申し訳ないけれど、京都や銀座のアパHOTELとは違いました！ザンネン😭

Right out the door is not only a train station but a shopping center/grocery store, with food court, clothes, home goods, travel necessities, children toys & activities. Along with a 7-eleven at the intersection and other restaurants in the vicinity. I love the lighting/AC control panel in the bed!! Your keycard is the light & tv switch. Plugs are abundant throughout the room. Not a huge selection of movies for VOD but I think they do change monthly or something & streaming services are available if you have an account. YouTube too. LOVE the daily change of towels/toiletries/wellness accessories and being able to put out dirty ones and trash outside the door to be collected. And idk how they did it, but I’m pretty sure the mirror in the bathroom is treated bc it doesn’t completely fog up when showering. It’s like perfectly clear in the middle where you’d look. The staff is nice and helpful, some English speakers. They offer luggage storage. The onsite restaurant is good & convenient. The wellness facilities are a great bonus, as is the vending & laundry machines. Fast elevators. Decent views. Not great exchange rates but you can also exchange currency. The room/hotel is up to date & perfect for one, I extended my stay twice!
Rooms are on the smaller side(cabin style is not a lie, think cruise ship cabin rooms for one), but this is as advertised. Not necessarily something I minded but just worth noting.. you can hear the trains across the way.. reminiscent of luggage rolling down a tiled hallway, just a smidge louder. Again, was no big deal to me, and of course the trains stop around midnight or so, but just to note if you’re super sensitive to that kind of thing.
