Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Location was very good, walking distance from the train station, which we choose in our last in Japan to be close to the airport, which indeed was about 15 min away by train very convenient to avoid busy Tokyo when you need to get to the airport in the morning. Receptionist were super helpful and friendly. The Room was nice and specious compared to the ones in Tokyo. we enjoy and have a great last day in Japan.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026近京急川崎站，羽田機場搭車約10分鐘抵達後可直接拉行李步行約5分鐘到飯店，而且不用找電梯走地下道，京急車站出來直接平面道路非常方便拉行李！房店隔一條就是銀柳街基本上吃喝都能在這邊搞定，要逛街往JR車站走不用10分鐘就有atre、Lazona，基本上我只要羽田入境首選就是川崎這家飯店，房間大也不貴CP值很高！

ルームウェアにサイズ表記がなかったが、1サイズのみ？記載がほしいところ。

朝食は併設されているエクセルシオールカフェのモーニングセットになるが、エクセルシオール側都合で内容が変更される場合があること。 今回は機器故障でミネストローネの提供が無く、代わりの品もないままでした。

當然住房價格越來越貴，但比羽田機場附近，性價比甚高。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026I enjoyed the short walk from the station and the breakfast from the Excelsior Caffe. Being able to book this hotel with breakfast is such a deal. You get an entree, a small salad, a cup of soup, and a drink with your meal. At this time, we could choose extra thick toast, a tuna sandwich, a ham sandwich, or a croque monsieur. You can also get coffee, a caffe latte, orange juice, tea, or royal milk tea. The hot drinks are great, and the cold drinks are generous. The rooms are clean, and you can ask for towels to be replaced for two days in a row. The housekeeping staff will clean your room on the third day.
The microwaves and 4 laundry machines are in the same room on the fifth floor, so it can get a little crowded in that room if people are heating food and washing laundry at the same time. There are only four machines, so you need to be flexible when washing laundry.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Would like to make comments of bathroom and safety issue for especially elderly adults, first: 1. Bathtub needs to create “nonslip” mechanism and or place non-slip Matt. 2. Handheld bars to stabilize themself in the bath tab and in dry area as well. The double bed for couple: 1: the bed push against wall make person on the wall side have very difficult time to get up middle of night. 2. Need to change direction of the location of bed by both sides of bed can access to get in/and out of bed instead of crawling backward. Use of Telephone for personal use: It is amazing to find out guests that that phone calles even we offered to pay for the call. vare official purpose only. For foreigners with foreign telephone has very difficult to connect to airlines and even family members unless purchase sim card to allow local calls.
The property is managed well and good training of employees. They are friendly

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026位置走路不到5分鐘就有許多餐廳，有些開24H,還有藥妝及唐吉柯德。工作人員非常親切，櫃檯甚至有語音麥克風對話翻譯，喜愛購物的人大廳有行李秤能使用，能免費寄放行李。
房間一個人獨旅很棒，但兩個人住可能大型行李比較難展開，但空間不會太狹窄。

Reviewed May 31, 2026The staff was very helpful and nice. Once I stepped in they approached and guided me to use the check in machine. As my friend came later, they offered to keep one of the key card at the front desk so she could get it after she provided the passport so I didn’t need to get her. The amenities is sufficient. Love the Pola hair treatment. They even have bath salt. Very good budget and shopping street just one block away. Drug stores and a lot of food options.
