Reviewed Sep 7, 2026El hotel es es muy bonito tiene de todo, las habitaciones están geniales me sorprendio mucho para bien, la ubicación, está cerca de un centro comercial, de la playa, del paseo marítimo, hay aparcamiento fuera, nosotros aparcamos justo enfrente de la puerta. Muy bien la verdad
Las hamacas de la piscina están un poco sucias, deterioradas y luego que por ejemplo tambien el apartamento necesita más limpieza mantenimiento. Pero eso es algo creo que más personal que una cosa en general. Es algo que no debería afectar a hospedarte aquí. Es genial el sitio

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026L'emplacement est magnifique pour les clients qui ont la voiture, par contre loin du centre à pied, parking du centre commercial gratuit, on a demandé un étage superieur pour s'éloigner du bruit de la piscine mais notre demande n'a pas été accepté. la femme de ménage qui a passé n'a pas laissé le champoing savon et gel de douche comme auparavant et un seul sachet poubelle en plastique pour 2 ou 3 jours. je trouve aussi que les prix ont beaucoup augmentés et sont elevés par rapport au service rendu.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Excellent facilities. Shopping centre across the road has everything from arcades, groceries, coffee shops, breakfast cafe's, go karting, roof top terrace. The hotel entertainment was exceptional and the vibes there were brilliant. A real family friendly hotel.
The walk into town was tough with small kids but that wouldn't stop me returning. There was a taxi rank right outside the door so we used to get that. The walk would be fine if you didn't have small kids and buggies.

Notre séjour à Fuengirola Beach a été très décevant au regard du rapport qualité-prix. À notre arrivée, vers 14 h, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Malgré nos réclamations et la promesse d’une intervention, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons ainsi passé une première nuit très difficile avec nos enfants. Le lendemain, nous avons été transférés dans un autre appartement, légèrement meilleur. La propreté était également insuffisante : saleté sous les lits et les canapés, réfrigérateur mal nettoyé et attitude parfois peu aimable de certaines employées. Il serait souhaitable de renforcer l’équipe de ménage avec du personnel supplémentaire, plus jeune, dynamique, bien formé et capable de communiquer en anglais avec la clientèle internationale. Enfin, sur un plan plus personnel, nous avons oublié dans le hall un sac contenant les couches, les biberons et le lait de notre bébé. Malgré nos appels et mon déplacement aller-retour en taxi depuis l’aéroport, aucune recherche sérieuse n’a été effectuée, par exemple proposé de vérifier les caméras de surveillance. Nous avons même eu le sentiment que notre parole était mise en doute. Notre objectif est d'améliorer l’image de cet établissement, qui bénéficie d’un beau cadre et dispose d’un réel potentiel, mais d’attirer l’attention de ses dirigeants. Un meilleur contrôle de la propreté, un suivi sérieux des réclamations et davantage de professionnalisme permettraient d’offrir un service à la hauteur grandiose de cet aimable établissement.

Entertainment staff 🤯 Hardly any activities for adults and children pool area or elsewhere specially as on Saturday its relaxation day and Sunday entertainment team off. Entertainment staff seemed uninterested. What a shame as the apartments, cleanliness, staff and location excellent. Last year it was so enjoyable with the Entertainment staff they had that this year i booked 3 times together with my family who were travelling with their children. Unfortunately i have now been twice this year but i have left one more booking with them which i am going to cancell. Because of the Entertainment team it is no longer enjoyable and boring. What a shame😥

There was always activities going on by the pool whether it be water polo, aqua dance or a slip and slide. Our kids (4 and 8) loved the pool. We didnt utilise the kids club just because they spent most of their days in the pool. The shopping centre across the road is perfect to do your groceries or go karting with the kids or have dinner in the rooftop terrace. Loads to do there
It was abit of a treck into the town so we had to get taxis because the kids found the walk long especially in the heat.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The room has all the apliances and utensils you need for preparing your own meals. Location was perfect and its next to a shopping mall as well if you need to buy something. Its a short walk to the promenade.
I can't fault it as our trips was a busy one we were there for a football tournament and was very busy most days so didn't get to enjoy or experience all of the hotel facilities. We did had fun at the pool after a tiring day.

Ascensores lentos y pequeños si no estas en una planta muy alta recomiendo las escaleras

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Oikein viihtyisä, siisti hotelli, jossa kaikki tarvittava mukavaan lomailuun. Sijainti oli mielestäni erittäin hyvä, ostoksille ja syömään pääsi esim. Miramar ostoskeskukseen, joka toisella puolen tietä, taksit/ bussit lähtivät aivan hotellin edustalta ja niillä helppo ja edullista kulkea. Rantapomenadia ja joenvartta oli mukava kävellä, keskustaankin pääsi helposti alta puolen tunnin. Mahdollisuus lainata erilaisia pelipalloja oli hyvä mutta hotellilla voisi olla esim. jalkapalloja useampia, jottei joutuisi niin kauan odottelemaan tai ehkä olisi hyvä tehdä selkeä sääntö siihen, kuinka kauan palloa voi pitää. Henkilökunta erittäin mukava ja avulias.
Uima-allasalue suljettiin klo 20.00, joten et voinut tämän jälkeen käyttää myöskään leikki-aluetta, joka allas-alueella sijaitsi. Tähän pitäisi tehdä jonkinlainen muutos. Iltaohjelma alkoi mielestäni hieman liian myöhään (esim. klo 22.00), etenkin pienemmille lapsille.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Erinomainen sijainti lapsiperheelle. Viihtyisä iso uima-allas. Keittiönurkkaus, sängyt, huonekalut ym. hyvässä kunnossa. Hyvä säädettävä ilmastointi.
Yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto oli pieni nelihenkiselle perheelle, vähän kaappitilaa vaatteille. Musiikki soi ulkotiloissa liian voimakkaana.

I wanted a cup of ice for our room beverages and the bartender changed me 2 Euros for just one cup of ice. Not happy about this ice matter.

Reviewed May 9, 2026Pobyt w tym hotelu niestety rozpoczął się bardzo nieprzyjemnie. Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy, był wyraźnie nieprzygotowany na przyjazd gości — pościel była brudna, całość sprawiała wrażenie niedoczyszczonej i zwyczajnie niekomfortowej. Dodatkowo rezerwacja była dla 5 osób, natomiast pokój przygotowano jedynie dla 4. Po zgłoszeniu problemu wieczorem obsługa recepcji zachowała się bardzo nieprofesjonalnie i nieuprzejmie. Zamiast rozwiązania problemu zaproponowano nam jedynie dodatkowy koc. Było już późno, więc nie chcieliśmy szukać innego hotelu i zostaliśmy na noc w takich warunkach, co kosztowało nas sporo nerwów i zepsuło pierwszy wieczór pobytu. Dopiero następnego dnia rano, po rozmowie z innym pracownikiem recepcji, sytuacja została potraktowana poważnie. Zaproponowano nam zmianę pokoju i po powrocie ze zwiedzania otrzymaliśmy czysty, odpowiednio przygotowany pokój dla 5 osób. Jak widać — dało się to zrobić, szkoda tylko, że dopiero po interwencji i niepotrzebnych stresach. Na plus należy ocenić reakcję dziennej obsługi i finalne rozwiązanie problemu, jednak pierwsze wrażenie i sposób potraktowania nas przez wieczorną recepcję pozostawiły bardzo duży niesmak.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Fuimos de finde y cogimos un apartamento. Totalmente limpio, equipado, acogedor y cómodo. Nos gustó mucho el balcón terraza.
No limpian el apartamento en 3 días. Aunque lo dijimos tuvimos que bajar a pedir toallas limpias.
