Reviewed May 31, 2026staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to resolve an issue with our stay (see below) - we were moved to a different room for our second night.
Soundproofing incredibly poor; we could fully hear the neighbour room's conversation as if they were in our room, and on the first night a next-door rooster woke us up at 3am and subsequently every 20 minutes. The bathrooms lack ventilation and become very steamy; there are uneven tiles used on the countertops which means they can't be used properly; the shower curtain was getting brown / rusty from the steam in the room. Pictures of room clearly very professional - as in, the rooms aren't as nice in reality.

El artefacto de ducha, para semejante baño debería cambiarse. Para el servicio de Spa faltaban batas y pantuflas, nos alcanzaron despues las batas.

The staff are very helpful and even opened the restaurant early for us to have dinner early since we had not had lunch in arrival. The dinner was mostly excellent
I wish the dinner was always available earlier. 8 pm is very late for us.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit pour profiter des excursions autour, mais l’expérience a été excellente. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique et idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes à pied du centre et des restaurants, ce qui permet de sortir facilement le soir. La chambre était superbe, avec une terrasse fantastique équipée de transats, directement face aux montagnes. La vue est tout simplement incroyable. On aperçoit aussi une très belle piscine qui s’intègre parfaitement dans le paysage. Le réveil dans cet endroit est magique : depuis mon lit, j’avais une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes. Un moment vraiment privilégié qui rend le séjour inoubliable.

Plenty of space, great massage at spa, pool, great omelette breakfast & fresh squeezed orange juice. Appreciated concierge tips from front desk on plenty of sites to see in Jujuy. Parking a plus & 5 minute walk to restaurants & shops.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Blanca and her colleagues provided outstanding service to our family. The food was excellent as were the facilities. We were given maps and directions to things to do in the area as well.
The only down side we had was finding the facility. DO NOT rely on your I phone to get you there. We made this mistake and were directed thru very narrow streets in a sketchy neighborhood on a hillside where one of my sons was attacked by wild dogs as he searched on foot for our escape route. Get directions from the hotel

The design of the hotel and the room was great and felt very connected to the area. It's very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful pool and views across to the mountains. It was a pleasant surprise and exceeded our expectations. Dinner and drinks were great too - we had thought of exploring but ended up just settling in and had a great evening. Highly recommended especially at the price.
