Hotel room was lovely, overlooking the sea, comfortable bed and bathroom. Nespresso type coffee machine available and a fridge so able to make your own morning coffee. Cute balcony as well.

I think hotel of this caliber should offer towels to take to the beach, we had to go buy our own. Also, having to pay extra for the beach was an unexpected expense. Every hotel we have stayed at in Italy has had free access to the beach.

Das Essen resp.Halbpension war nicht wirklich gute italienische Küche. Das Morgenessen ohne Ideen und man musste ewigs auf den Kaffee warten. Auch nicht alle freundlich vom Morgenessen-Personal. Zimmer klein und Fernseher steht im Weg.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, hatten einen Balkon mit Meeresblick. Geräumig und sehr bequeme Betten in denen wir gut schliefen. Strand direkt vor Hotel. Die Stadt selber sehr schön. Am Lungomare gibts viele Restaurants, Eis, Bars usw.

Однообразный завтрак. Напротив отеля был караоке бар и музыка громко играла до 24.00. Правда, сотрудники на рецепшен как-то могли влиять на громкость, но тем не менее.

Profesionální a milý personál. Skvělé snídaně, kde si vybere opravdu každý. Pokoje čisté, voňavé a denně uklízené. Bazén s barem. Pláž 1 minuta chůze.

Omezená kapacita parkoviště v hotelu. Musíte si najít volné místo na modré zóně, to někdy vyžaduje to tam párkrát objet. K dnešnímu dni zpoplatněno od 9:00 do 21:00 za €1,15/hod. Berte to spíše jako informaci, nežli výtku. Hotel není nafukovací.

The property is beautiful, clean and modern. Staff is very welcoming. Location is good, right next to the beach. There are cute cafes and places to grab a drink and food and ice cream around the hotel, also not too far from the train station. I really enjoyed the view and the balcony facing the beach. The pool and gym was nice and clean.

The air conditioning didn’t work the second day. We called the front desk and they sent a new hire concierge woman to help with the thermostat. Nothing was resolved and we had to sleep in a hot room!

Their air conditioning needs to operate fully during the summer and we should have been compensated for the 2nd day.

Wir waren 10 Tage im Hotel Charlie in Pesaro und sind begeistert. Das Ambiente ist toll und die Zimmer mit der offenen Garderobe sind super ausgestattet. Da die Tiefgarage voll und teuer war, gab uns Restaurant-Managerin Alena den perfekten Tipp: Kostenlose Parkplätze (weiße Linien) Richtung Hafen, nur 200–300m entfernt. Alena hat unseren Aufenthalt ohnehin perfekt gemacht: Sie passte das Abendmenü komplett an unsere Wünsche an und organisierte sogar einen Vergrößerungsspiegel fürs Bad! Das gesamte Team ist extrem freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut – über etwas Lachs und frische kleine Pancakes statt der großen Kuchenauswahl hätten wir uns aber noch mehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir kommen in das Hotel jedes Jahr. Sehe schönes und sauberes Hotel aber der Unterschied den sie machen ist mit dem Personal. Alle sind super hilfsbereit und nett, von Putzfrau bis zum Personal im Restaurant.

Posizione comoda e bella per la vista sul mare. Colazione più che buona. Personale cortese e professionale. Pulizia ottima.

Medence, a személyzet, az elhelyezkedés, a tisztaság mind kitűnő volt. A strand közel, az út másik oldalán található. A szobából a tengert láttuk. A légkondicionálás is jól működött.

A parkoló nagyon szűkös, nehéz ki- és beparkolni. A reggeli jó, de minden nap pontosan ugyanazt tálalják fel, így egy hosszabb tartózkodás esetén kissé unalmas.

Schönes Buffet zum Frühstück, könnte noch ein paar Extras bieten. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Personal unterbesetzt beim Frühstück an stark belegten Wochenenden. Pool ist sehr klein und wenig Schatten in diesem Bereich - Strand wird empfohlen (Liegestühle kostenpflichtig).

Perfect location and very comfortable room.

The room we were initially assigned (Room 404) did not match the description on Booking.com. It was advertised as 22 m², but it felt much smaller, with barely enough space for the bed and almost no furniture apart from a TV and a few clothes hangers. The entrance door opened directly onto the bed, which was very disappointing. The ceiling was made up of square panels measuring approximately 50 × 50 cm. There were around six panels across the width and six along the length, which suggests a room of roughly 3 × 3 metres. Although this is only an estimate based on the visible ceiling panels, it reinforced my impression that the room was significantly smaller than the 22 m² advertised on Booking.com. I raised this issue with the reception immediately after check-in, but no room change was offered at that time. A few days later, the toilet became blocked and sewage, including fecal matter, overflowed into the bathroom. Although the hotel explained that the blockage had been caused by previous guests, this resulted in an unacceptable hygiene situation during our stay. Only after this incident were we moved to another room. The staff were polite and eventually upgraded our room, which I appreciate. However, I do not believe this made up for the misleading room description and the serious hygiene issue we experienced. Overall, the stay did not meet the standard I expected based on the information provided on Booking.com.

Everything was very nice, especially breakfast on the terasse. Hotel is right on the beach, many restaurants nearby, a 300 m from bigger supermarket and 20 min walk from historic part of Pesaro. A lot of people use bicycles, and there was an option to borrow them from the hotel :)

We didn´t know that we need to book a parking place in the hotel in advance (they charge 25 euro/day - that is also quite expensive). But they gave us an advice to park in a parking garage 300 m away, which was ok and cheaper. There is a nice beach right in front of the hotel, but you pay 27 euro for a day (2 sunbeds+umbrella). Drinks at the beach are way cheaper than by a pool in the hotel, just a tip :)

It was not at all as described. The work space was a dark windowless room. I went there to work and it was not at all conducive to working. The suite was a pokey room with a dark dimly lit tiny lounge like roomz

Wir waren schon mehrfach im "Charlie" und sind nach wie vor begeistert von diesem Hotel, seiner Architektur und Ausstattung, sowie der Nähe zu Strand und Stadtzentrum, diesmal auch besonders vom Zimmer "The Spirit for Three" mit Meerblick (geräumig, Bad mit Fenster). Hervorheben möchten wir weiterhin das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, besonders im Speisesaal. Frau Alena, aber auch alle anderen waren sehr aufmerksam und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen, und auf Sonderbedürfnisse einzugehen. Super war auch die Möglichkeit, nach dem Checkout bis zur späteren Abreisezeit das Schwimmbad und alle Gemeinschaftsbereiche ohne Aufpreis nutzen zu können. Zu meinen Anmerkungen von 2024 möchte ich festhalten, dass es mittlerweile immer eine vegetarische Alternative im Menü der Halbpension gibt. Eine Vorrichtung zum Aufhängen der nassen Badesachen auf dem Balkon fehlt leider noch ;-)

Da wir bei unsrem ersten Aufenthalt 2024 das Abendessen der Halbpension im tollen "Roof" Restaurant (6.Stock) mit grandiosem Ausblick einnehmen konnten, bedauern wir sehr, dass dieses mittlerweile im Sommer geschlossen ist. Auch die Küche hat leider im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren an Besonderheit verloren. Die zur Auswahl stehenden Gerichte sind zwar immer in Ordnung, aber insgesamt erreichen sie das geschmackliche Highlight der letzten Jahre nicht mehr. Das ist schade. Noch ein Vorschlag: vielleicht könnte man den Poolbereich noch mehr begrünen, und für besonders heiße Tage zusätzliche Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stellen.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, különösen az étteremben dolgozóknak köszönünk mindent. Nagyon figyelmesek, alaposak és szorgalmasak. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak, a felszolgálók megjelenése kifogástalan. A szobák tiszták, az ágyak kényelmesek voltak, a medence és a hozzá tartozó napozóterasz is kiváló volt.

Csak egy észrevétel, hogy még jobb legyen a szálloda: több információ jó lett volna az érkezéskor ( saját szolgáltatásokról, városi programokról). Egyébként bármit kérdeztünk, vagy kértünk arra azonnal válaszoltak, reagáltak. A Tv-t csak néha néztük, 2 hatalmas Tv volt a szobákban, de szerintem Netflix, Youtube, egyéb steaming jól jönne egy ilyen igényes szállodában. Ez nem hiba, csak javaslat.

Wir haben Halbpension gewählt wir das italienische Salat- und Vorspeisenbuffet so lieben. Leider gab's nur ein minderes Menü, vieles nicht selbstgemacht etc.Dessert mußte man noch extra bezahlen! Eines Viersternhotels nicht würdig,schade. Wir suchen uns nächstes Mal wieder einen Familienbetrieb.

Eccezionale la reception con persone simpatiche,gentili, disponibili e belle. Un grazie particolare a Federica e a Sofia anche per la camera più grande e per il posto auto migliore.

Non mi è piaciuto il non tovagliolo di stoffa e la mancanza di tovaglie nel servizio della cena. Anche se il personale addetto in particolare Alena e Rendha sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.

Qualità del cibo tra le peggiori mai viste. Personale in reception poco accogliente. Piscina senza bar fino alle 14.00. Prezzi alti per il livello offerto. Arrivo dopo molte ore di auto e ritrovarsi una signora seccata che dice che il parcheggio era da prenotare e che non c’era comunque posto perché l’hotel dispone di un parcheggio limitatissimo. Nessuno ci ha avvisati. Per il cane 20€ al giorno di supplemento + 25€ di pulizia finale obbligatoria. Se intendono marginare basterebbe mettere qualcosa da bere o da mangiare in piscina. Molti oltre a noi lamentavano che non ci fosse alcun servizio in piscina. Non all’altezza del livello che l’hotel pretende di avere.

Great location right across from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the historical center of Pesaro. Staff were super! Very gentle, kind, and helpful especially Alena in the breakfast area. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Rooms were spacious and clean. And finally a nice gym with cardio AND weights! We will be back!

You need to reserve the parking garage in advance. Otherwise, street parking was easy, but would have preferred to have known we needed to reserve the parking.

Questo albergo non solo merita il massimo dei voti, ma si guadagna anche la lode! Ci siamo trovati benissimo perché è stato tutto perfetto: la camera stupenda, comoda, funzionale, arredata con il gusto sobrio e moderno che a noi piace tantissimo! Gli spazi della piscina sono curatissimi: i lettini comodi, gli asciugamani a disposizione degli ospiti profumati e soffici, il servizio bar impeccabile; la palestra è luminosa e funzionale. La colazione è semplicemente magnifica, spazia dal dolce al salato con grandissima varietà e il servizio al tavolo delle bevande calde (il cappuccino in particolare è ottimo!) è accurato. Il punto di forza che ci ha sorpreso è stata la cena (abbiamo scelto la prezza pensione): ogni sera è stato possibile scegliere tra tre antipasti, tre primi e tre secondi, tutti sempre di ottima qualità: in una settimana non abbiamo mai trovato lo stesso piatto! Su tutto spicca poi la gentilezza e l’efficienza del servizio: l’impeccabile ed elegante direttrice di sala dirige con garbo la sua brigata di efficienti e simpatici camerieri. In reception colpisce la gentilezza del personale e anche le signore delle pulizie sono gentili e disponibili. Insomma un hotel stupendo nel quale non vediamo l’ora di tornare! E dire che siamo partiti con qualche remora perché non facevamo una vacanza stanziale sull’Adriatico da 30 anni!

Jeden z najlepších hotelov aké sme v Taliansku navštivili. Vyborná lokalita, čistota v hoteli aj v izbách, komfortne vybavenie izieb, v hoteli k dispozícii - bazén, posilovna, super vybavená miestnosť na bicykle, na izbách kanvica, chladnička, kazdu stredu sa cvičí jóga pri bazéne, raňajky tiež na talianske pomery bohaté a kvalitne, hoci sa za celý pobyt nemenili, ale bolo z čoho vyberať. Obsluha pri raňajkách bola veľmi mila, hlavná vedúca bola elegantna a pozorná, a aj mladí casnici-študenti boli veľmi snaživí a milí.

Cena parkovania v hoteli, ako aj obmedzene možnosti parkovať priamo pred či za hotelom. Našli sme si za prijateľnú cenu v blízkosti podzemnú garáž, takže dalo sa to vyriešiť. Problematické je to pri vykladaní a nakladaní batožiny. My sme mali aj vlastne bicykle a nebolo nám umožnené ísť do garáže ani kvôli nákladke bicyklov pri odchode.

The hotel is opposite an open bar which had nightly loud music and karaoke sessions until late which wouldn't be acceptable for some residents - the only downside to the hotel.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal, vor allem Alena und ihr Team im Restaurant waren sehr bemüht uns eine schöne Zeit zu machen! Sehr hilfsbereit an der Rezeption. Lage am Strand ist super. Und im Hotel ist es ruhig, trotz hohem Geräuschpegel am Abend draußen.

Zimmer leider etwas klein für uns mit Doppelbett und Kinderbeistellbett, kaum Ablage- und Staufläche im Zimmer und vor allem im Badezimmer.

External door to pool terrace faulty so had to ask pool attendant to let me out! Arrangement with beach loungers wasn’t made clear - a discount was available but no free access to beach facilities.

La colazione. davvero base e con prodotti non all'altezza. Pane e salumi datati e non di qualita' (prosciutto crudo lasciato a lungo all'aria aperta), uova strapazzate non fresche. Sovraprezzo per omelette, che considerando la struttura e i costi, stona parecchio. Peccato. Il servizio in generale comunque e' buono.

Cet hôtel est exceptionnel ! Bien situé juste en face de la plage. Dispose d’un parking souterrain, très pratique. La propreté et l’équipement de la chambre sont à un niveau très élevé. Le drap a été changé tous les deux jours. Un grand merci à part à l’équipe de restauration. Le chef nous préparait tous les soirs des repas exceptionnels. Le maître de restaurant Aljona est très sympathique et professionnelle. Grace à une équipe des professionnels de cet hôtel nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Merci beaucoup !

Avevo la stanza vista mare. Bellissima vista. Merita mettere la sveglia per vedere lo spuntare del sole sull'Adriatico. Uno spettacolo unico. Letto molto comodo. Piscina all'aperto molto confortevole. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Tutto nuovo e molto curato.

The hotel was very clean, with daily housekeeping. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and didn’t change from day to day. The dinner wasn’t particularly good value for money, although we appreciated that the staff prepared alternative meals for the children. One downside was that the sunbeds were not included in the price, which, considering the overall cost of the stay, I believe they should have been.

Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Da wir mit einem E Auto angereist sind habe ich eine Lademöglichkeit gebucht und einen Tiefgaragenplatz bekommen.

Some staff members did not understand our English, but apart from this, an excellent place to stay. Highly reccommend.
