시설, 서비스 모두 만족했습니다. 방 앞에 테라스/정원이나, 숙소 곳곳에 있는 정원에서 쉬기 좋았고 카운터 쪽에서 오후부터 밤까지 먹을 것 이것저것 두어서 가져다 먹을 수 있었어요. 직원 분들 서비스도 좋았고, 저나 다른 투숙객들 투어사 노쇼 때 직원분들이 직접 통화도 해 주고 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 이후에도 투어 잘 왔는지 계속 체크해주셨어요. 방에서 왓츠앱 통해서 물이나 커피, 필요한 것 요청하면 가져다 주셔서 편했습니다. 남미답지 않게 어메니티도 잘 갖춰져 있었고 방 정리/청소도 매일 해 주셔서 좋았습니다.

Todo ! El hotel es precioso y acogedor con una arquitectura que conserva la tradición local ;Está ubicado en el centro del pueblo y tienes todo a mano . Nada más llegar por la noche , nos atendió Nicole , con una amabilidad y simpatía extraordinaria nos enseñó el hotel y nos mostró todas las actividades a realizar , y la verdad que es fabulosa toda la oferta y opciones de picoteos , en sus salones tanto interiores como exteriores , favoreciendo el entorno social . Tiene también una piscina chulísima y las habitaciones son impecables con unas camas muy cómodas . Los desayunos están incluidos y son colosales . Todo el personal es súper amable y atento . Enhorabuena!

Os funcionários do hotel são muito atenciosos, além do hotel ser muito bonito e bem localizado. Também focam bastante em detalhes para agradar os hóspedes, como a degustação de vinhos que acontece todo dia.

O quarto parece não condizer com o restante do hotel. Além de ser pequeno, falta TV e um box no banheiro que impeça que o banheiro fique todo molhado após o banho.

First appearances are deceptive here. There is no frontage, just a footpath and the narrow road. We started to wonder what we come to. What awaits us inside? Franck was waiting for us and gave us a nice welcome and showed us to the breakfast room so we could eat even though breakfast had long finished. Then we were shown to our room at the back of the property. The room was rustic in a charming and characterful way. To the rear of the room was a small garden area with seats. In front to free room was a small pool and there is a large sitting area with tables under a permanent shade/roof. It is enclosed on three sides and really is a nice place to chill. Free wine tastings and nibbles took place each evening of our stay. There is no restaurant on the property, just a really authentic breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent. This is not a problem though as there are several restaurants within a very short walking distance. We were very happy with restaurants we used. On balance this is a small charming hotel that has excellent staff and we would not only recommend it but would happily book again if visiting San Pedro. The afternoon of the day before departure we realised we had no info regarding our onward collection/travel. We had been told we were no longer with one tour operator but now with another. Basically we did not know who was picking us up but importantly when we were being picked up. It took about two hours but between them Christian, Franck and Nicholas sorted everything for us.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location--right in town, close to restaurants and tour pickups. I especially appreciated the happy hour, tea hour, and other ways in which the hotel brought guests together and provided comfortable space to gather outside of our rooms. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were pretty, with comfortable bed and good shower, but small.

From the outside the hotel is very unassuming but when you enter you're met with an amazing, genuine welcome and enter a little oasis of peace and tranquility in the desert! The facilities, the service and especially the people were all amazing. They really made a difference to my stay. It's ideally situated just off the main street so within easy access of bars, restaurants, etc.

Our stay at the Terrantai Lodge Hotel was incredible. The staff and grounds were first rate. Highly recommend.

Localização excepcional, faz tudo a pé no Centro de São Pedro do Atacama. A pousada é um charme, super linda e muito bem cuidada nos detalhes. O proprietário sempre presente é um verdadeiro gentleman muito simpático que nos deu várias dicas. A pousada oferece uma degustação de vinhos no início da noite que é um momento único muito gostoso entre os hóspedes. Além de ter sempre um chá com uns biscoitos e outros acompanhamentos ao longo do dia a disposição dos hóspedes. Um elogio todo especial aos funcionários, sempre muito solícitos e prestativos. Não mediam esforços em querer ajudar e fazer o máximo para desfrutarmos o melhor possível da nossa estadia.

Por questões pessoais de conforto, não gostei dos colchões, muito moles.

A iluminação é bem ruim. Tem uma mesa na entrada do quarto mas nao tem lâmpada que a ilumine. O mesmo acontece com o armário para guardar roupas. Para ver algo , ligava a luz do banheiro e usava a lanterna do celular. São dois detalhes bem fáceis de resolver, se quiserem.

Quarto um pouco frio mesmo com o aquecedor, piscina linda mas impossível de entrar, precisa de um aquecedor, café da manhã pode ser melhor e principalmente disponibilizar um kit-café da manhã para levar nos passeios que saem mais cedo do que a abertura do mesmo (como ofertado por outros hotéis), custo benefício comparado a mesma categoria um pouco mais elevado

I couldn’t sleep because there is always a sound on the roof, like click or the water drops, for the whole night. Comparing to the price, the facility is old.

Tudo foi perfeito, desde a nossa chegada, com a recepção incrível do Cristian, até o final da nossa estadia com a gentileza de guardarem nossas malas até terminarmos o passeio. Excelente localização, café da manhã com ovos feitos na hora, ingredientes da melhor qualidade, chá no meio da tarde, degustação de vinhos à noite, quarto confortável e staff incrível! A cordialidade e gentileza das pessoas nos encantou!

It was a nice hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom we had was small and the bathroom was tiny.

Realmente não temos o que reclamar! Foi perfeito do começo ao fim! Tivemos todo suporte que precisamos. Todos sempre com um sorriso no rosto e de prontidão para ajudar.

I had a wonderful stay at Terrantai. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive—special thanks to Cristian, Llenia, and Ino for making the experience so memorable. The hotel is centrally located yet offers a peaceful and relaxing escape from the bustle. It’s an incredibly charming property, full of character. I would highly recommend staying here. Don’t miss the happy hour, which features tasty snacks and excellent Chilean wine!

La atención del personal fue maravillosa, tuve un problema durante mi estancia y me ayudaron en todo. La habitación es bastante amplia y las zonas comunes son super relajantes. Tiene piscina y hamacas para descansar. El desayuno es variado. A lo largo del día tienen diferentes detalles con los huéspedes, primero con frutos secos, luego tes y por último vinos, lo que hace que el ambiente sea genial y distendido. We had the best experience staying here. After a long day of travel we were greeted by Christian who was so accommodating and put us at ease. We were offered a glass of wine and it was exactly what we needed in that moment. Our whole stay was great because of the accommodations but largely because the staff was so lovely and caring. I have to mention Christian again because he was amazing and also gave us dinner recommendations that were incredibly helpful. I couldn’t give this place more stars but I would if I could

This hotel is perfectly located in the downtown area near all of the action. Breakfast, daily snacks and tea and a great happy hour too.

Really fantastic hotel. Great architecture, and relaxing courtyards, a mix of traditional materials with all modern features. Met by Christian who is extremely helpful and patient answering questions. He also hosts a very pleasant wine tasting session in the early evening. Really good breakfast, with cooked items and great made to order coffee. etc. Also a very helpful continental breakfast if you have to leave before 7am . Used the slippers for the rest of my trip to other places!

A beautiful, tranquil, well run hotel which is like an oasis among the somewhat chaotic San Pedro. Very well run by Christian and his team who were all really welcoming. Fab breakfast, lovely facilities and we were lucky enough to stay on the night of a wine tasting where we met and chatted with other guests. If you are not keen in staying in a hotel with bunk beds, we definitely recommend this hotel!!!

A well appointed hotel in an excellent location. Bedroom and housekeeping was of a high standard. Breakfast was available very early to assist with early starts on day trips. Additionally, hospitality was offered during the day, which further enhanced the stay.

So friendly and so welcoming and comfortable! We had only booked for one night sadly as this place was lovely. A real oasis and they make such effort to welcome you. On arrival we were given cheese and wine and there were complimentary chilly water bottles to keep in the rooms ( we left ours for sustainability reasons as we have them but a sweet gesture.) The breakfasts were excellent and the fresh orange juice the best. Thanks

Cannot begin to say how much I appreciated this beautiful boutique hotel when I visited in December. Beyond the terrific location and relaxing pool, the daily yummy breakfast and snacks and happy hour plus the little moments like doing my morning yoga while looking at the church bell tower were all lovely but the top off was how nice, friendly and helpful the staff were. I had arrived without my daughter because of a flight delay and the staff guided me through getting my car parked and making sure I was comfortable and set up after a long trip there. The whole experience simply made my first week in Chile perfect. Also the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

This is a beautiful oasis in the midst of the town. The location is mostly a major plus because it is within a few blocks of all the restaurants and tour companies. The one drawback of the location is that San Pedro de Atacama is a pretty honky tonk kind of place and the hotel is across the street from a bar with loud music. The rooms are somewhat small but comfortable, and the setting is quite pretty. The people who work there are very nice and go out of their way to be helpful. Also great are the snack time in early afternoon, the tea a bit later, and wine and snacks in the evening.

Lovely hotel with comfortable and pretty spaces to sit outside. The wine, tea and snacks were great— both in themselves and as a way to bring guests together to talk about our day, tours we had taken that day, and our travels more generally. Room was nicely decorated and bed comfortable. Staff went out of their way to be helpful, and I appreciated that someone was around 24/7. Hotel is located right in the heart of the town which is very convenient, especially for a solo traveler as it gets very dark at night

I wish the bathroom had more shelf space. I had a small room and this might not be such a problem in a larger room, but even in a small room the shelves could have been a little longer or wider. Also the lighting was a little dim.

Terrantai lodge is a gorgeous and very unique boutique hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. We were very warmly welcomed by Christian who gave us a little tour of the labyrinthine walkways and the overall layout. The rooms are very comfortable with a luxuriously large bed. They’re well designed to keep cool even when the sun’s at its hottest. The breakfast was the loveliest we’ve had in the 10 places we’ve stayed in South America, and the staff in the breakfast area are lovely. The pool is very nice with comfortable (though heavy) sun-loungers. Every afternoon tea and refreshments are served and available to all guests, this is then followed by a generous wine tasting with delicious nibbles which was such a lovely touch and really brought guests together in a convivial atmosphere. Meeting and chatting with fellow guests over wine was such a lovely prelude to going out for dinner. The hotel also has a pretty extensive library and guests are free to leave and take books. Overall we had a really great stay and the only thing that would make it better is if the reception desk staff were a bit more resourceful/responsive. On the two occasions we had fairly simple questions or requests (eg the most difficult request was that I asked if someone from the hotel could possibly pop out 1 block/30 secs walk to collect our laundry as our excursion was running late and the laundrette was closing and would be closed the following day before we left). Despite explaining the situation our requests were met with “I don’t know” or “that’s not a service we offer” and with no attempt to help or expression of empathy. I totally get it’s a small place and they don’t have capacity for a full concierge service, but we had a real need and the solution was simple, but the man I spoke to seemed to have an “I only do what’s in my job description” work ethic. This being said, I would gladly recommend Terrantai Lodge as a great place to stay and would happily stay again.

Dommage que, pour un établissement où le service est au top et dont le tarif reste tout de même assez élevé, les serviettes soient facturées pour la visite des lagunes. Il aurait sans doute été préférable de prévoir une caution ou d’appliquer une pénalité uniquement si les serviettes ne sont pas rendues ou restituées en mauvais état.
