L’accueil,la situation,la sérénité du lieu sur cette île moins fréquenté par les touristes .le restaurant est bien petit déjeuner agréable.

2 semaines ici en basse saison tout est parfait,bungalow,vue,personnels,coucher de soleil,plage,iguane,singes sans oublier « rich rich » le chat de la maison qui nous a adopté.location longue durée d’un scooter qui nous permet de visiter,manger en extérieur (street food)acheter cigarettes,fruits ….petite île pas trop touristique où on retrouve de l’authenticité l’hôtel est ouvert toute l’année car nombreux thaïlandais viennent passer quelques jours.balade sur la plage à marée basse pour ramasser des coquillages.

Rien .je ne vais pas dire comme beaucoup : la plage était sale.et oui comme de partout la mer tous les jours ramène les déchets de lointain horizons.le personnel la nettoie de temps en temps.

Rien, nous avons du écourter. Peut être les singes en liberté ? Mais ça n’a rien à voir avec l’établissement

Le site était en travaux : bruits, tas de gravas partout, en maillot de bain au milieu des ouvriers. L’impression d’être en vacances sur un chantier ou dans un lieu abandonné . La plage n’est pas nettoyée. Dans ce contexte , le côté rudimentaire des bungalow n’avait plus rien de charmant . Nous avons eu un gros coup de cafard en arrivant et avons immédiatement organisé le départ pour le lendemain . A savoir l’hôtel est au bout d’une piste défoncée rendant les sorties compliquées. Dépendant de la seule cuisine de l’hôtel juste passable . Après d’âpres négociations avec le manager qui m’a expliqué ne pas pouvoir me rembourser les nuits que je ne consommerai pas , j’a réussi à ne pas payer les repas pris au restaurant durant les 24h sur place. Fuyez !

Disappointing Stay at Koh Jum Resort One room had numerous issues from the moment we arrived. There were multiple openings around the doors and windows that allowed outside air, humidity, and insects to enter the room. The room should have been described as "open-air" rather than a traditional enclosed hotel room. It had a strong musty odor that never went away, and there were swarms of gnats gathered just outside the door. Adding to the frustration, there was active construction directly below the room for a new unit. Construction work continued on Saturday, creating noise that significantly impacted what was supposed to be a relaxing island escape. The room itself also appeared poorly maintained. The flooring was noticeably uneven, with slopes and dips throughout. To top it off, there was a dead bug roughly the size of a large coin sitting on top of the mosquito netting above the bed when we arrived. We decided to leave after the first night rather than remain for the remainder of our reservation. We requested a refund for the unused second night, but the resort declined to provide one, which added further disappointment to an already unsatisfactory experience.

Autentisk Thailand. Ro, venlighed, bjælkehytter, strand tæt på, thaimad til gode priser på stedet. Meget venligt og sødt personale på hele resortet.

Loved the location, we just chose the wrong time of year to visit. Staff were kind and helpful ❤️ Loved the sunset and being the only people on the beach. The views from our balcony were amazing 👏 🤩 xx We made the most of our time there xx

Nothing else open around as rainy/closed season. Road leading to the hotel wasn't in a good condition, so wasn't able to hire mopeds to tour round the island as planned. Resort was a bit run down due to out of season. Hot tub had seen better days. Cut our stay short 😔

I liked the resort, even though it's right on the beach, but I must say it's a bit isolated. Even with a moped, driving at night will be a little risky because the road leading to the resort isn't paved. This means it will be easier to have dinner at the hotel! The staff at the hotel are 5-star, especially the girls who work in the restaurant. For those who want a decent view of the sea, they should choose the rooms located higher up. Don't choose the Grand Beachfront villa; it's right above the restaurant and the view is very limited. It's close to the beach but doesn't have the best view, and the villa's roof is thatched or bamboo, but it's so dry that the room and bed have to be swept constantly.

If you like to relax and just sit by the pool of on the beach, this is the hotel for you. There is nothing else around it. Bungalows were great and a nice view over the bay. Lots of walking up or down as all the bungalow are built on the side of the hill. We hired a motorbike from the hotel for 24 hrs. The longtail boat comes everyday at 9am to.take guests to Phi Phi.

The track to the hotel is along a dirt track which gets eroded easily during the rains. We hired a motorbike from the hotel, but you take your life in your hands going along here to reach the tarmac and proper road.

Das freundliche Personal.

Es ist schon alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch das es auch in der Natur liegt, hatten wir durch ein Außenloch an der Klimaanlage nachts Besuch von einer Maus. Der kleine Pool hatte trotz nächtlichem automatischen Reinigen an den Wänden Algenablagerungen.

Das Hotel liegt an einem schönen Strandabschnitt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr gut und erschwinglich.

Um zum Hotel zu gelangen, muss man ca. 700 Meter über eine Schotterpiste. Es ist leider weit und breit kein Ort in der Nähe. Außerdem ist der Pool leider sehr ungepflegt und es gibt Leider keine Sonnenschirme am Pool.

Die Lage direkt am Strand. Die Aussicht vom Balkon, sowie die Ruhe am Strand. Wenn man Ruhe braucht und möchte ist man in deinem Hotel genau richtig! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Als wir uns Roller gemietet haben hat und der Angestellte sogar bis zur befahrbaren Straße navigiert und uns gezeigt wie man am besten auf dem Weg fährt.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel, da irgendwann die Straße aufhört, man hat sich wie auf Safari gefühlt. Das Hotel ist nicht für Leute geeignet die schlecht zu Fuß sind, da es viele Stufen und Treppen gibt. Die Zimmer sind nicht all zu gut isoliert, da kann es zu Kleintieren kommen, sowie das sich die Hitze in den Hütten staut.

Nice Resort, a little isolated but the settings is beautiful, the restaurant good and the beach nice. The swimming pool is a little smaller than I thought. But, I recommend this place ! The value for money is great !

Mein Bungalow

Enkel men god frokost. Middag på hotellet var veldig god. Nyfanget fisk hver dag. Øde beliggenhet noe som passet oss utmerket. Nydelig strand med god plass.

Siste del av veien inn til hotellet var svært dårlig.

This was my third stay at Koh Jum Resort, and it's safe to say this place has a special magic for me. When I travel alone, it gives me a quiet, spiritual reset. I think the place and the operations get better every visit. My first visit was a COVID fast-follow, and I've loved to see the place come back to life the past few years. I really appreciate the manager who really seems to care about the place and the staff. I always feel well taken care of. Need to know: The sea views are unmatched. Breathtaking. I also have to say, the pillows were amazing and I slept wonderfully. Koh Jum is easy to get to -- just a quick, casual boat ride from Krabi -- and worth the visit.

I like to be in nature and love the company of the lizards and all. If that's not your thing, it's good to know in advance. :)

Un hôtel isolé nécessitant une moto ou une voiture. Des motos sont disponibles à la location sur place. Le personnel est adorable, le gérant est plein d'humour. Les bungalows en bois sont assurément plus beaux que les constructions plus récentes dont les finitions intérieures sont un peu bâclées. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est très honnête.

The location is beautiful, the beach is so secluded and tranquil. Sunbeds always available. Food was delicious. Dinner bbq at the beach was very romantic. Lady managing lunch and dinner was super nice.

Gorgeous location and stunning views from the room. Staff lovely friendly and helpful. Quiet beach, lovely breakfast and lovely food available. Remote and paradise beach.

The room was modern but no ability to cool it down even with Aircon due to room size windows it was stifling hot and uncomfortable. The Aircon was very noisy. The pillows were very very large and hard. The cocktails were poor. No shade on room balcony or anywhere on beach/pool (no parasols).

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist grundsätzlich schön und ruhig.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, alt und wirkte ungepflegt. Es gab offene Spalten, durch die Tiere ins Zimmer gelangen konnten, was für uns nicht akzeptabel war. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme über Booking und der Bitte um einen Zimmerwechsel erhielten wir keine angemessene Reaktion. Aufgrund dieser Umstände haben wir die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen.

Der Bungalow war ganz wunderbar, auch wenn nicht alles auf dem neuesten Stand war. Allein schon, nur auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und aufs Meer zu schauen, war ein Traum. Man kann hier wirklich entschleunigen. Das Essen abends am Strand war immer sehr gut, und das Personal war immer sehr her.

Beim Frühstück hätte ich gerne außer Obst noch etwas Frisches (Tomate, Gurke o.ä.) gehabt. Der Sandstrand wurde immer gepflegt, der Weg ins im Wasser ist etwas steinig/felsig.

Very nce place when you want a stop for a while. No bussy street and the very nice beach with the sunset is breathtaking.

It is little bit expensive but the place and the staff is outstanding.

Sengen var virkelig hård, på trods af at vi fik extra topmadras Hytten var meget mørk og meget lille. Vi havde dårligt plads til vores tøj. Vejen dertil er MEGET dårlig, livsfarlig på mc

Et nedslidt resort med mange grimme områder. På mit værelse var der myrer i toilettet, skovkakelakker og ingen wifi (som ellers annonceret). Fra terassen var der lugt at skrald fra trashbunken, som var udsigten til den ene side. Personale i receptionen dårlige til at hjælpe og informere. Wifi og skadedyr blev dog udbedret næste dag. Kedelig morgenmad og dårlig kaffe. Ingen mulighed for at købe fresh coconut eller god kaffe. Mad kun muligt at købe i udvalgte tidsrum. Overprized kedelig mad med lang ventetid og ringe service. Beliggenheden er en meget lille bugt. Der er 25 min til fods på ikke-oplyst grusvej til landsby og minimart. Meget bumlet vej til skrænt – næppe en fornøjelse i regnsæson. ‘Tilbuddet’ med 75% rabat er tilsyneladende evigt tilgængeligt og derfor utroværdigt. Der er sten/klipper i vandet, som ikke egner sig til badning ved lavvande (morgen/formiddag). Madrester fra aftenen før fjernes ikke – tiltrækker aber, som gerne hopper op og hapser mad fea morgenmadsgæsterne. Stanniol samles ikke op fra stranden.

Beliggenheden var perfekt. Roligt og fredeligt.

Mit etwas mehr Investition in die Infrastruktur (Terasse beim Empfang, Sonnenschirme an Strand und Pool, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Bugalowterasse) könnte noch mehr aus der Anlage gemacht werden.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und der Privatstrand waren top. Die Anlage an sich war auch sehr gepflegt und ansprechend.

Das Restaurant war eine Zumutung. Das „Frühstück“ war immer Toast und Ei, zudem harte Kartoffeln und altes nicht ansprechendes Essen vom Vortag. Wir haben ursprünglich ein kleines Zimmer gebucht welches ebenfalls eine Zumutung war. Dann haben wir gegen Aufpreis ein größeres Bezahlt, bucht also nicht das günstigste Zimmer. Die Anlage als solche ist wirklich schön und insbesondere die Strandnähe (Privatstrand) macht diese Unterkunft besonders. Aber gerade durch die Abgelegenheit ist das Resorteigene Restaurant von Bedeutung, wobei wir hier leider enttäuscht wurden. Umliegend sind einige wenige Restaurants, die uns sehr überzeugen konnten. Tipp: stellt euch auf jegliche Art von Tieren ein: Skorpione, Schlangen und große Spinnen

-Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen -Sehr schlecht isoliert und grössere lücken, so das insekte leicht in Zimmer kriechen können. -Moskito Netz war sehr alt, teils gelb (vermutlich vom rauchen.) -Bad ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, überall flecken -Die letzten paar hundert Meter der Strasse sind nicht geteert, eine alte holprige Waldstrasse; wegen Wildtieren sollte man sie abends möglichst nicht zu Fuss benutzen. -Essen im Hotel war nichts besonderes, für dieses Geld lieber ausswärts essen, gibt viele lokale Restaurants.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage fanden wir gut und auch den Blick aufs Meer ansprechend. Es ist weit ab vom Schluss, aber wir mochten das und waren 6 Nächte hier. Das Abendessen und die Snacks sind sehr lecker gewesen und es gab eine große Auswahl. Vor Ort kann man einen Scooter und ein Kanu ausleihen, beides in einem wilden Zustand, aber hat den Zweck erfüllt.

Wir hatten das Bungalow am Weg bekommen, dadurch wurden wir auf der Terrasse ständig beobachtet. Die Ausstattung des Bungalows ist wirklich schlecht. Die Bettwäsche häufig schmutzig, die Möbel kaputt, oder auch zu wenig Ablagefläche, sodass man seine Sachen auf den Boden legen muss. Alles ist verrostet (Schiebetür, Minibar etc.). Es gab nur eine Badewanne mit Handbrause, sodass man im Sitzen duschen musste, um nicht das Bad zu fluten, wo unsere Sachen auf dem Boden lagen, da es keine Ablagefläche gab. Es gab Liegen am Strand und Pool, aber keine Sonnenschirme. Für helle Personen absoluter Mist, denn es gibt nur einen Schattenplatz am Strand und der war immer sofort weg. Das Frühstück war leider sehr dürftig. Es wurden Eier zubereitet, also wieder super Service, aber sonst gab es nur eine kleine Auswahl. Grundsätzlich haben wir kein Problem mit dürftiger Ausstattung, aber für den Preis von 135€ die Nacht finden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerecht.

Way over priced food. We had the seafood barbeque and I was shocked to pay 1500b for 1 fish, few prawns and carafle of red wine.

La gentillesse du personnel

180 Grad Aussicht aus den Seaview-Hütten vorne, unglaublich! Gutes Essen hatten sie auch, leicht teurer als auf der restlichen Insel, aber auch sehr abgeschieden. Ideal wer mal Strand und Ruhe mag.

Posizione da invidia, accesso direttamente alla spiaggia. Mare bellissimo. Le casette di legno, molto semplici ma ben fatte, si mimetizzano con la natura dell'isola. La colazione a buffet è varia, servito sia dol e che salato e frutta, rifornita in continuazione. La cena in spiaggia è gradita, il ristorante ha una buona qualità di quanto preparato.

Der Besitzer war etwas komisch. Er versuchte sein Resort gut zu reden. Das ganze Ressort wirkt ungepflegt, insbesondere die Bungalows. Der Pool war vier Tage defekt, das Internet hat nicht funktioniert. Auch nach der Nachfrage wurde es nicht repariert. Die gemieteten Mopeds sind sehr alt und schlecht gewartet. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Verhältnis. Alles ausgesprochen in die Jahre gekommen.

The most beautiful place we have been to during our 3 week trip in Thailand. Beach and sunset are incredible. The location is remote with only a few resorts around, so you can relax completely. The food is amazing, best fried rice that we've tried! Staff was incredibly kind and very helpful, they even brought my hat after me that I forgot in the room. Would absolutely recommend!

Nothing to dislike, just to note that the beach is quite rocky at some parts, so be careful when swimming.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer war sehr schön. Auch das Abendessen direkt am Strand war toll. Extra Handtücher für den Strand/Pool sind super. Am Besten war das Personal.

Das Zimmer ist veraltet. Die Türen und Fenster schließen nicht richtig. Zum Teil sind Spalten von mehr als 1 cm offen. Dadurch kann auch jede Menge Tiere in die Hütte. Der Pool war praktisch nicht benutzbar, da das Wasser grün war. Die Liegen am Strand gibt es leider ohne Auflagen.

Die Lage war perfekt. Das Hotelpersonal sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Bar/Restaurant-Personal könnte aufmerksamer sein.

Swimming pool was dirty - not possible to use. The resort is old. The staff was professional but the director wasn’t too helpful.
