Tutto, le camere ed anche il resto dell’hotel necessitano di una urgente ristrutturazione; la biancheria non era molto pulita, sia gli asciugamani che le lenzuola. Colazione , nonostante gli sforzi di Tarik era veramente mediocre

Quando cheguei ao quarto, na casa de banho o chuveiro estava partido e a torneira do lavatório não deitava água. Falei ao funcionário que se prontificou em arranjar e pouco depois disse que estava tudo ok. No entanto, apesar do chuveiro ter ficado arranjado a torneira do lavatório continuava a não deitar água. A cama estava cheia de formigas o que não permitiu uma noite tranquila.

Dobre śniadanie jak na Maroko.

Krásné a čisté ubytování. Velice ochotný personál. Uvařili večeři jen pro nás dva, v restauraci nikdo jiný nebyl.

Nešlo zaplatit kartou, museli jsme platit hotově v €.

Had everything we needed. Room heating. Tarek a most gracious host, very informed on local area. Tajine excellent, breakfast filling.

The building well worn, a bit dated. Toilet seat needs fastenings. Sink faucet loose. Didn’t get hot water from faucet.

My well-being during my stay excellent. With Tariq as my main contact, I received warm, competent, and honest advice, whether it was about restaurant recommendations, sightseeing suggestions, or route planning. Therefore, a big thank you to all the staff during my stay. There is private parking. The room was simply furnished but clean, with a well-functioning heater and Wi-Fi reception. The breakfast was typical Moroccan and good.

A loose toilet seat apart I had a perfect stay.

La chambre que l'on nous a donnée était très belle, cependant nous avons demandé à changer car l'un des murs porteur commençait à tomber ( fissure énorme qui se voyait de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur de la chambre,sur un mur en terre ), l'hôtel devait être magnifique à sa construction, mais on voit qu'il vieillit et n'est pas entretenu. La salle de bain était un peu limite ( robinet qui fuit, toilette non fixé au sol 😅).... Dommage que les propriétaires continuent d'agrandir au lieu d'entretenir.... Malgré que la personne de l'accueil soit très sympathique je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons, l'hôtel est trop vétuste....

Beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms with AC heating. Unique bathtub, hot water. Very good and abundant breakfast. Good location near the grand taxi to Todra and palmerie. But the real heart of La kasbah is Tarik, who always welcomes you with a big smile and gives good advice about the area. You don't meet such warm people often. Thank you Tarik for everything, we are very happy to have experienced your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel La Kasbah. The accommodations were excellent and provided a comfortable retreat after our daily excursions. The service we received was consistently polite and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the overall quality of the experience. It was a truly memorable and satisfying getaway.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magnifique. L'accueil a été incroyablement chaleureux : Tariq et tout le personnel ont été aux petits soins, avec une hospitalité exemplaire et vraiment chaleureuse. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux, on y retrouve tout le confort qu’on peut souhaiter, le tout dans une ambiance authentique à la berbère. En bonus, la vue panoramique sur l’ancienne kasbah de Tinerhir est tout simplement à couper le souffle. Bref, je recommande chaleureusement cet endroit !

Really open, welcoming, friendly, and genuine staff. It appeared to be their pleasure to receive guests and not a task. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bedding was refreshingly fresh.

The water temperature in my shower wasn't hot enough. It remained just warm (& it was January and evening temperatures were low)

It was not that clean but it s normal. It was cozy anyway. The staff was extremely polite

Hotel za velmi dobrou cenu. Pokoje byly čisté, přikrývky teplé a příjemné, oceňujeme také klimatizaci. Snídaně byla výborná. Největší poděkování patří velmi vstřícnému personálu, který nám zcela nezištně pomohl s problémem s půjčeným autem. Díky jejich ochotě se vše podařilo vyřešit – byla to pro nás obrovská pomoc.

Personale accogliente e cortese. Ci hanno accolto con il rito del tè e si sono resi disponibili per tutto, specialmente il ragazzo della reception. Parcheggio nella struttura molto comodo. Colazione buona.

Struttura fatiscente. Le porte delle stanze non si chiudevano. Le porte del bagno non si chiudevano ed alcune camere non avevano la porta del bagno ma una tenda quindi zero privacy. Le lenzuola erano sporche e non erano cambiate. La struttura avrebbe bisogno di essere rinfrescata.

Очень приличный отель. Остановился бы ещё разок если бы был проездом. Очевидные плюсы + Хорошая большая парковка крытая. + Дружелюбный персонал, говорит на английском + Хороший сытный завтрак + Очень необычная ванная комната, ванна и умывальник сделаны из красной глины.

Минусы: - холодно в столовой, но есть газовый обогреватель. - арахисовая паста, это ж только для американцев. Ну несъедобная она. - рестораны рядом слабенькие. Сходил в пиццерию Азиза и не пожалел. Дверь закрывается на подвесной замочек

Przemiły personel! Od samego wejścia czułyśmy się zaopiekowane. Otrzymałyśmy mnóstwo porad np. odnośnie dotarcia do wąwozu, czy do innej miejscowości. Pan z recepcji był uśmiechnięty przy każdym kontakcie. Spotkałyśmy się też ze sporą elastycznością odnośnie przygotowania śniadania. Lokalizacja, w naszym przypadku, była doskonała - podróżowałyśmy głównie autobusami Supratours i CTM, a hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko obu przystanków, jak i postoju taksówek.

Biorąc pod uwagę koszt noclegu (bazując na warunkach marokańskich), spodziewałyśmy się nieco wyższej jakości.

Struttura un po’ datata ma molto pulita. Il ragazzo che la gestisce è davvero gentile e disponibile: ci ha accolto con il tipico tè marocchino, un gesto molto apprezzato. La colazione semplice ma buona, perfettamente in linea con il tipo di sistemazione. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole.

Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique de bons conseils chambre confortable propre , bonne literie Bon petit-déjeuner, copieux et varié.

Like other reviews have mentioned as well it's not the most updated room, they have not invested in patching up the propperly in a while. Doors make a load of noise opening and closing them

Muy buena relación calidad/precio. Las instalaciones tienen sus años pero están muy bien. La amabilidad y la predisposición para aconsejar y ayudar en lo que fuese de Tariq fue espectacular. Fuimos a un restaurante de un amigo suyo en el que comimos de maravilla, y nos ahorró 2h de ruta con sus consejos, y siempre con una sonrisa. Muy recomendable, y las motos bajo techo a unos metros de la habitación.

L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dell'host, la comodità di poter lasciare le moto nel loro parcheggio interno e poi la chicca: un mazzo di fiori stupendi nella stanza, un palloncino con la scritta "I ❤️ Morocco" e tanti petali di rose nel bagno e sul letto con la scritta "Love". Per chi ama i fiori è stata davvero una bellissima sorpresa.

Se devo dare un giudizio negativo è solo sul fatto che mancava il tappo della stupenda vasca da bagno. Siccome io amo fare il bagno e prenoto volentieri in una struttura che ha la vasca, è un dettaglio che suggerisco al host di prendere in considerazione.

We spent one night at this hotel and everything was perfect. The staff were really kind and attentive, and the service couldn’t have been better. The hotel has lovely views and is in a great location for a nice walk around the town centre in the evening. Thank you very much!

Friendly, helpful staff. Good parking. But quite honestly, the place is close to being in shambles and needs major restoration, rooms and outside areas, or if not that then it should be closed down. It is obvious that the owner does not want to sink any money into the place.

I am a solo motorbike traveller, so my requirements might differ from the usual.My priorities are; Secure parking for my bike,AC which does its job and a nice clean comfortable bed. All 3 of my requirements were met in full at this hotel and at a very good price with breakfast included. I had the best nights sleep of my trip.

The hotel was very "tired" and could do with a major freshening up and investment.The bathroom in my room needs replacing as it looked original and was in a poor state. The door to the bedroom required a key and padlock to secure it, which wasn't the easiest arrangement.There was a slide bolt to lock the door from the inside but again this was unsatisfactory and didn't give me much confidence of security.I leaned a wooden coat stand against the door to give me some warning if anyone tried to enter.The coat stand had one foot missing so had to lean against something to stay vertical! The main meal, tagine kofta looked like it had been remade and then heated up,very dry and sticking to bottom of dish.This was despite being advised to order so meal can be cooked from fresh and ready for dinner booking time. The young lad on duty appeared to be the only member of staff on duty.He was covering reception and being waiter.He was also doing breakfast and reception the following morning.He was excellent,very helpful,friendly and accommodating when I requested boiled eggs rather than an omelette which is standard.

The location was close to the main town (a few mins walk) the environment and welcome was excellent. Although a little “lived in” it’s charm and hospitality was amazing. My fav hotel.

In three weeks of travelling so far in morocco this is by far the best hotel for value for money. Clean, comfortable, friendly, welcoming and more. So much so that we went back again

We had some lovely hotels during our two week trip to Morocco, but this wasn’t one of them! In fact, it was the worst hotel of the trip by far. Perhaps the nightly rate of €26 should have been a clue. I'm truly amazed that people have rated this place so highly - some rating it as a 10! I can't rate it any higher than a 2, and I considered a 1. On the positive side, it had secure parking - and we were only there for one night.

At first glance, the room looked basic but acceptable, but that opinion changed when we saw the bathroom and looked a bit closer. The bath tub was awful - to the point that we didn’t take showers that night and waited until we reached the next destination. The bottom of the tub wasn't flat, so water puddled there and couldn't drain out. The surface of the bath looked terrible. There was no shower curtain and the wall mount for the shower head had broken off. At least there was a drain in the bathroom floor for the water that would have obviously sprayed all over the floor had we used it. The wash basin didn't look much better. The beds and headboards were made of concrete (with mattresses on top) - and one of the beds had cracks in the concrete. The double bed was built against the wall, so whoever was sleeping on that side would have to climb over their partner, if they needed the bathroom during the night. There were no curtains on the window. The rug on the floor looked to be dirty. There was a large gap at the top of the door, that was an open invitation to mosquitoes and other insects. We stuffed a towel into the gap for the night, to keep insects out. The room door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months - but at least that was on the outside. The hotel was advertised as providing toiletries, but the extent of them was two small bars of soap (fortunately we travel with our own supplies). Overall, just a shabby and dirty place.

Wonderful staff, they'll help you with everything and make you feel at home. Beautiful inner garden with a great parking spot, the room itself is big and confortable. The dinner at the restaurant was very good, perfect chicken tanjine, felt like my grandmothers chicken stew. Breakfast was simple but enough. Really well located in the main street of Tinghir - right at the entrance of the town. You can easily walk to the souk, cross the palms tree to visit the ruins of Mosque Ikalalne.

Not really much to point out, considering the african environement, there's a bit of sand and dust everywhere. The room was a bit degraded, specially the bathtub and the shower.

everything was perfect and clean. Tariq was very kind and always willing to help. He told us about the sights and anything else we asked for.

Quite simple but comfortable. The rooms were cold, and there's a hole in the wall directly to the street; I didn't understand its purpose, so I had to cover it with a towel. The shower broke, but they fixed it promptly. The window has no curtains; it's just painted in various colors. Overall, I recommend it.

Great place if you're travelling by car or bike. It's right on the main street and there's free private parking. Even in this position, the room was very quiet and we rested well. Breakfast was nice, abundant, and served in a very nicely decorated room. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the room could do with some refreshing but it was still very nice.
