조식 부폐 평범한 수준

하루 이틀 정도는 괜찮음. 그 이상은 반복된 메뉴에 물리는듯. 어느 부폐나 마찬가지겠지만. 딱히 엄청 맛있다 그런 메뉴는 없었음.

大規模宿泊施設や遊園地などの付帯施設の為か宿泊料金が高いと感じる。 宿泊の外人が多く感じる。

Easy place to find by car GPS. Car park was big and free of charge. Room was big and bathroom was a bit bigger then usual Japanese hotel rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with helping us to move our few big luggage to the reception desk. Wifi, bathroom water pressure were good. Too bad didn't have time to use their laundry facilities and swimming pool.

The reception was 3 floors above the car drop off lobby. But staff were helpful to guide us to the reception. It would be good if there was internet TV in the room.

Amazing place! Great location, staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Great for kids, lots to do for them! Food was great, and so many different types of food for all budgets! Will definitely go back!

Food was fine, the onsen was nice. Overall a mid-tier hotel. It is huge and a local tourist attraction for skiing and i assume the amusement park in the summer.

Prime location and fantastic employees the non English speaking folk were very patient and attentive to serving our issues to the best of their abilities.

The facility is a maze and the front desk employees did a great job of filling us in upon arrival however more information/facility maps provided pre-arrival would alleviate a huge amount of stress and guess work. Things such as parking and arrival protocol would have saved my group a whole lot of dragging heavy expensive gear around.

Dinner & breakfast was good. Good quality & varieties.

Winter activities were expensive. Nothing special of the onsen.

Wenn man will, dass das Bett jeden Tag gemacht wird (Ich meine nicht frisch bezogen) wird muss man zusätzlich dafür bezahlen. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unser Zimmer wurde nie vor 15.00 Uhr gereinigt und auch das nur alle zwei Tage. Das Hotel wirbt mit "Ski in Ski out", das stimmt nur wenn man Anfänger ist. Alle anderen Ski- Snowboarder müssen den Berg mittels Gondel wechseln , die bereits bei wenig Wind nicht mehr in Betrieb ist.

スキーに来たのですが、途中体調を壊し室内で過ごす必要がありましたが、アクティビティが多く、スキーだけでなく、いろいろなことができて家族で楽しめるところが良かったと思います。

就是一個來滑雪的飯店，六樓大浴場的戶外浴場非常棒，但可惜沒有體驗到按摩

飯店很像迷宮，我們這次房間位置也非常遙遠。飯店各項設施(浴場、餐廳)也有可能是在跟主建築距離遙遠的地方 服務人員很難講清楚指路，滿困擾的。早餐如果是去Buffet 非常非常擠，經常拿不到甚麼東西吃，但是非常多選擇 趕著上滑雪課的話建議吃雪花亭

The 3 options were included breakfast. Ski in/ ski out. Onsen while a walk to get there was nice and tattoo friendly.

Rooms while good size for Japan were in need of updates. Staff could be rude at times. Check in was a maze to get to and difficult with gear. No help offered by bell desk / greeter. Equipment lockers did not have boot dryers.

Great location so ski in ski out and the onsen is lovely.

Can be expensive to dine in one of their restaurants but we discovered quite late there are others down the road but make sure you book.

The place is gigantic, we dont have hotels like this in Australia. Its like its own city. So much to do to keep you busy, dozens of restaurants, dozens of activities.

Organization for arriving skiers was excellent i.e temporary ski lockers and then full size lockers once checked in. Nice options for dinner, at the hotel and close by. Two convience stores close by, and one in hotel.

This was the second time at the property. Rooms are relatively big for Japanese standard. The included ski lockers are amazing. The resort itself is nice and well stocked with everything you need. The luggage delivery service is great, the staff is so so helpful, the included breakfast is okay.

It’s definitely old. The rooms have an old style, the shower goes from hot to cold very quickly and randomly. Rooms can be quite humid. I would say the rooms are due for an update, considering the price of a room per nights. $70 per person for a buffet dinner is a bit expensive, but everything in the resort is expensive.

This hotel (and the surrounds) provided an authentic Japanese ski resort experience. It was simply perfect. Everything about the hotel was enchanting! It's massive and self-contained! It has everything you need. I used the hotel gym and the gym is high end with new equipment and free weights, even a separate room that can be utilised for stretching/mobility or classes- there's pilates reformer machines and cardio machines. Great space! The staff were great! The locker system was great for storing my snowboard - so convenient and great for ski in/out accommodation. I ate out at a few of the restaurants and the food was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing. Rusutsu is one of my fav ski resorts globally. The Rusutsu Hotel is simply perfect!

You know that feeling when you arrive at a place and are surprised that it's better than expected? We had the opposite. Great location but just completely outdated and a horrid value / price ratio.

Better location and more economic choice than Westin for skiers. Very easy to get on gondola and chair lift. And more restaurants and choice of food. The fireworks and Xmas choir on Xmas Eve is wonderful

Facility is quite old. Dimly lit long corridors and strange music and unexplained noises make my whole family (and my friend’s family) feel the hotel is haunted. Compared to my stay in the same hotel 10 years ago, the hotel staff have become more commercial and less friendly. Cleaners are hired from south east Asia who are not well trained yet —— they left two pieces of used dish cloth on my coffee maker and tray.

Location to ski fields

Not enough seating for meals. Crappy open times of restaurants. Staff were so slow at serving. When you’re paying a huge amount for lift passes and hire but it takes two hours for lunch because food service and table availability was so bad, not good. The facilities are really old and not that clean. The rooms were dusty and if the room next door was showering the same time as you you would get scalded. For the price, it was pretty crappy

レストランに行くのに母が車椅子なのですがエレベーターがなかった。車椅子の人が行くことができないことがわかりました。車椅子の人には不便でした。

Perfect ski in ski out resort and amazing for family with kids. You will ave everything you need without getting out of the resort. Good restaurants, entertainment, family activities and more.

The hotel needs renovation and the ski rental staff was not friendly at all.

The ski area and the ski facilities

The hotel is very outdated, the serive is very limited, the toilet in the room stink, the buffet breakfast is very crowd and the foods are same everyday., no temperature control in the room. In terms of room quality and service etc. it's is very expensive and really not worth it.

Proximity to the ski fields, lifts. Gear rental process was straight-forward. Counter staff and bell captains were all very helpful. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet at OktoberFest reataurant were exceptional and reasonably-priced. Gym/wellness centre was well-equipped. A wide range of snow activities for patrons who are not skiiing. Free shuttle from Sapporo (needs pre-booking online).

The rooms are dated but clean. Heater settings in the room could do with some fine-tuning (even the low setting is super hot (room temp of 30 deg!) so we ended up leaving it off or open the windows even when it was -7 deg outside!). Magic carpet wasn't operational the whole time we were there so novices or beginners had to walk up the slope again and again which was tiring. Indoor climbing and bouldering facility were fairly rudimentary.

The dinner bed and breakfast was terrible. Only really two buffet restaurants we could use for dinner every night and every night the food was exactly the same. Food was mediocre and not brilliant. If you could use a certain amount of credit in the other restaurants this would have been much better.

主要目的是滑雪, 非常方便。人不多, 盡情享受滑雪活動。

比較舊, 附近飲食選擇少和貴。遊客區。

The onsen is great , the food is great and the rooms and locker rooms are great ,

The resort and the mountains are totally over run with school student travel groups with up to 150 students all over the mountains at beginner level totally chocking up the lifts , the narrower trails , then you go to the loscker room packed with students , then you go to the onsen packed with students , the management between school groups and full paying customers is handled very poorly, some days when there were limited lifts running some areas were restricted to students ONLY ! So all the full paying customers were squashed in to one small run which made shoulder season feel like peak season …..it’s my 3rd trip to Rusutsu, I love the place but I am now looking for some where else in japan , the place is destroyed by the crazy student mismanagement, in japan we love to IT CANT BE HELPED ! NO .. it can be helped , do something about protecting this piece of ski paradise !!

方便ski in and out但是買雪票要跑到1樓有點麻煩，有中文的服務員耐心的解決問題，尤其是大廳那位男士，協助非常多，大大加分，館內免費的旋轉木馬，水舞秀，3D投影秀，單軌列車，住5天都不會無聊

雖然連住5晚，飯店講求環保，一樣的價錢應該要補的咖啡包還是要提供給住宿者

早餐偏貴，可選擇樣式不多，也欠缺精緻。走廊隔音不好，天花板的隔音很普通，樓上跑跳能感覺到

夜中の隣客の出入り音（扉の開け閉め）が煩く、翌日のゴルフが寝不足となった。 扉音が出にくい様に改装していただけると、更に良いホテルになると思います。

The size of the room and also the indoor merry-go-round. We only had 1 night so did not get to explore the theme park.

部屋から各施設が動きやすい場所にあったので良かった。食事が美味しかった。
