Reviewed Sep 16, 2026I had a very short stay, evening to morning. Nice room, clean. Breakfast was okay. My room had a nice view of the station square, the castles, and the surrounding area.
I arrived by car, and even though I had requested it before arriving, I first had to stop by the front desk to pick up printed parking instructions, then drive around town to get to the parking lot on the street behind the hotel. There is not a fridge or mini bar in the room. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, but I wasn’t satisfied with the food.

Zimmer sauber, aber sehr simpel & ohne Stil. Frühstück war OK. Wird sichtlich zubereitet gekauft (Omlette hatte immernoch die gepresste Form der Transportbox). Auf Booking steht Preis inkl. Steuern etc. aber es muss noch zusätzlich eine « Kurtaxe » beglichen werden. Nicht viel, aber es gebt um’s Prinzip.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Die Nähe zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof und den Bushaltestellen ist sehr gut gelegen um Ausflüge etc. mit der ÖV zu unternehmen. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Gute Zimmer-Ausstattung. Reichhaltiges Frühstück-Büffet. Sehr freundliches, mehrsprachiges Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel- und Restaurant-Bereich. Angenehme Zimmer-Temperatur (trotz des schwül-warmen Klimas).
Das Kissen war für meinen Geschmack zu dünn. Da der Bahnhof und die Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Hotel gelegen sind, war es am Morgen etwas lärmig (Geschnatter von Reisegruppen). Nach dem schliessen des Fensters war es dank der guten Schallisolation wieder ruhig im Zimmer. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!

Die Zimmerausstattung ist veraltet und ein wenig lieblos. Der Fön ist gefühlt gegen 50 Jahre alt, die Lampen sind aus billigstem Plastik. Das Frühstück war ok, die Eierspeise aber aus der Tüte.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026We had a really nice stay at this hotel in Bellinzona. The location couldn’t be more convenient -you simply cross the street from the train station and you are at the hotel. The building is old, but this gives it a charming atmosphere and plenty of character. Our room was small but comfortable, with a large terrace, and the beds were really comfortable. The reception staff were wonderful - very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was good. There is also a restaurant at the hotel; we didn’t eat there, but it seemed very popular and was busy. A great bonus when staying in Bellinzona (or the region) is the Ticino Ticket we received from the hotel as guests, which allows you to use public transport throughout the region for free. We used it for our train trip to Lugano, which was extremely convenient.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026駅前でロケーションが最高によかったです。メインのお城であるカステルグランデにも近く、歩いて観光できました。またアスコーナ、ロカルノにもアクセスしやすかったです。朝食会場のスタッフが特に優しく、親切でした。朝食内容もイタリアンの料理も少しあり、楽しむことができました。
バスが下に停まっていることが多く、時々、排気ガスの臭いが室内に入ってきたり、エンジン音が気になりました。また駅の近くなので、乗用車の音楽のボリュームが大きい時にはうるさく感じられる時はありました。

Ho trovato i letti molto comodi. La macchina del caffè Nespresso è stata molto apprezzata da tutta la famiglia. Il personale dell'hotel è attento e cortese. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza varia e si può consumare anche in terrazza.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026De locatie was echt super, tegenover hjet station en midden tussen al het moois van Bellinzona. Daardoor konden we ondanks een wat latere aankomst toch nog genieten van het oude centrum en een leuk restaurantje. Zelfs nog het oude kasteel bezocht. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, we hadden een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en we kregen een kamer upgrade naar een suite met 2 verdiepingen. Niets te klagen dus! Prima ontbijt ook.
Jammer dat de receptie niet de uitstraling heeft die bij het prijskaartje en de online uitstraling past… de receptie oogt een beetje ‘low-budget’… Het hele hotel was echt schoon, ruim en comfortabel, maar gezien de foto’s en de prijs had ik een iets luxer hotel verwacht, op alle fronten. Maar we kwamen niets te kort, dus ik wil niet klagen. Het is gewoon een eerlijke kanttekening.

Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen, man könnte evtl. für die Klimaanlage im Zimmer eine Anleitung hinlegen, damit man weiss wie man den die ganzen Funktionen auf der Fernbedienung nutzen kann. 😀

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026A notre arrivée la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous surclasser pour une chambre plus grande et plus calme. La localisation de l'hôtel permet d'être rapidement sur les principaux lieux touristiques de la ville (forteresses, rue principale etc) mais aussi du tessin (lugano, locarno, ascona etc.) et à côté des moyens de transports (train, bus). L'endroit est calme malgré la proximité de la gare. La chambre est confortable, propre avec une vue sur la montagne et le castelgrande. Bon petit déjeuner.
