Very nice, cosy, great location, recommend it!

Location was spot on. The rooms on the front were outstanding. I have only marked the staff down for the breakfast room staff, they were a little rude . The others, cleaners and receptionist were amazing.

The location is just perfect by the river. Fresh and tasty breakfast and clean rooms.

An incident happened where the electricity went out and I was in the elevator with my son. We got stuck and it was very very scary, if it wasn’t for my husband who realized we are stuck I don’t know what would’ve happened. I would have appreciated more attention from the staff at the reception to come and check if someone is stuck. Thank god it passed. Other than that everything was perfect

Zentrale Unterkunft. Alles ist gut Fußläufig zu erreichen, egal ob es Restaurants, der Strand oder das Zentrum sind. Zimmer waren nicht laut, obwohl die Unterkunft zentral gelegen ist. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz Fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz war überdacht und sicher.

Comfortable room with excellent air conditioning as temperature outside was 35C. Good buffet breakfast. Good location if you do not have a car. Easy walk to ferry and train, buses stop outside the door.

Die Lage

Wir hatten von 14-23 Uhr kein Strom und kein Wasser. Dadurch das unser Zimmer kein Fenster hatte war es also Stock dunkel in unserem Zimmer. Wir mussten dann im Dunklen Zimmer uns für den Abend fertig machen. Und konnten weder duschen noch auf Toilette. Als wir es dem Mann an der Rezeption sagen zuckte er nur mit den Schultern und sagte er kann nichts machen. Als ich seinen Chef sprechen wollte sagte er nur nein er könne ihn nicht anrufen. Für mich eine komplette Frechheit.

Faultless stay. Everything was perfect. Secret little terrace on the first floor overlooking the canal was beautiful. Would recommend and 100% stay again.

We love all about the place. We stayed there for the third time and quality, cleanliness and kindness of staff stayed equally high over the years ❤️❤️❤️

Location location. Booked a room with balcony overlooking the lake. Fantastic. Breakfast was lovely fresh orange juice made from oranges whilst you watched. Lots of choice for both cooked breakfast and continental options.

Only one thing i didnt like and i really wish that they will fix. The smell in the toilet/ drain was really awful and im complaining just to let the managment know about the peoblem and take action it was room 304 and apart from that i would highly recommend iy was very pleasant. 10/10

Good breakfast, good beds, coffee maker at the room, new water bottle every day at the room, clean towels.

Noise from the cleaning staff early in the morning. We were not able to sleep because they where talking loud to each other at early hours. Window to an outdoor balcony both from room and bathroom so room was quite dark. We could never have anything open. Shower that spreads water all over the bathroom. I said it to the receptionist and they said all room were like that it was normal. We used all our towels every day to mop up water. We also had small ants at the room. That was also normal. They where Vacuumed but came again and again.

The location is great. It was a quite bedroom.

The explanation where we could park the car was not very helpful. There are several restaurants with discount for the hotel guests, and we just knew about it because we read it. The welcome desk could have been more enlightening.

Die Lage ist perfekt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr gut.

Beim letzten Aufenthalt gab es sehr leckere, gefüllte Cornetti, diese wurden nicht mehr angeboten. Sehr schade.

Location with views overlooking the waterways. Room is very comfortable and good size bathroom. Good storage and a safe too. Superb breakfast. Always friendly and helpful staff who remember you and your tastes, after only meeting you once. I feel very comfortable and safe in this hotel. Near to shopping, cafes, restaurants, waterways, and bus and ferries to take you all over Lake Garda and its towns, only 4 minute walk from front door. .

I can’t think of any. Hotel is great. But just a thought it is a shame they don’t offer train pickup and drop off service. That will be such a relief. Taxi service for the trains station is still appalling after a couple of years now. I waited 1.5 hours for a taxi on arrival in the high heat.

Great view and location to the Lakes, parking outside to load and unload car. Nice breakfast, and friendly staff.

The location was fantastic. The beds and room were comfortable and the breakfast was top notch for this level of hotel including fresh fruit and locally sourced pastries.

Our room initially had ants but this is not unusual for high summer and the hotel dealt with it promptly. Also Peschiera has a problem with tourists revving their souped up sports vehicles - and this did disturb sleep as the hotel is above the main road through the town. Not the hotels fault

O café da manhã foi excepcional, com muitas opções. Também havia a opção de tomar o café da manhã no terraço, mediante agendamento, com uma linda vista do Porto de Peschiera.

La struttura è mal tenuta. Ascensore vecchio. Stanza piccola e con una finestra senza alcuna vista se non un muro. Bisogna tenere luce sempre acccesa anche di giorno. In stanza viene fornito un phon che non funziona... un consiglio portatevelo da casa. La colazione poco fornita e di bassa qualità. Rapporto qualità prezzo non all'altezza.

The breakfast was nice and the location was excellent.

The Internet was not working when we arrived and took 3 days before it was fixed. Hot water wasn't available on one morning. I didn't like the fixed shower head above where you stood. I didn't like the sink unit as there was no plug to stop the water from escaping from it.

Breakfast room was not airconditioned and was uncomfortably hot but did have option to take a tray with breakfast outside but was equally hot Very few taxis in the town and was difficult to get one from Station when we arrived and hotel had to book a private taxi in advance for our return to Verona Airport

Tables in the restaurant for breakfast have been reserved upfront, so we were set in a tiny table not comfortable at all for elderly people (our parents were with us). It was not possible to arrange bigger table.

Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Lichtschacht in dem auch noch ein Abluftgebläse die ganze Nacht lief. Hat man das Fenster geöffnet roch es wie in einer Pommesbude. WLAN im Zimmer eine Katastrophe.

Es war in der Nacht sehr laut, Brause in der Dusche nur von oben. WC-Deckel hat gequietscht.

Its location, being in the heart of the town and near to the ferry terminal. Having breakfast on the outside terrace was a nice way to start the day.

Like other hotels we stayed in, the expectation regarding in room services (tea/coffee) were not great. However, we if asked for extras they were provided or we were able to go to the dining room to get items.

Great location if you are coming by ferry, bed was comfortable, quiet, good air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Expensive for the room we were given. We had the queen room but it wasn’t a budget price. After we booked they sent a message explaining the window was in an internal light well and if we wanted an external window we could upgrade. This should have been information on the booking site. Bathroom floor was not tiled, just painted concrete which is not hygienic, shower goes all over the bathroom floor, so it gets very wet. We had cycles and asked for storage and was told to take them to our room on the 3rd floor. So not cyclist friendly, there was a space next to the staircase they could have been stored, this was not offered.

Great location with a beautiful view of the lake. Room size was perfect. Breakfast was enough and with a great choice of options available.

The room was large clean comfortable, the breakfast was perfectly continental. The staff was cordial.

I had to change the first room, i had arrived to a room that smelled of sweat and the water boiler given for clients was tiepid, like it was used for something just before. The smell was seriously bad, i tried to open the window but once i did i noticed the 2 windows gave to the inside, so called cavedio, at a lower ground, not the best location for a single woman. I brought the boiler explaining the fact and they have allowed me to change the room. The only bad thing in my room was the fire alarm that flashed white every 10 sec when the lights were out. I had to apply a bandage because it kept waking me up.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal und doch mitten drin in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen. Umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Die Zimmer waren angenehm ruhig, obwohl abends rundherum viel los war.

Staff were lovely and location was perfect.

The shower flooded the bathroom, for some reason it’s an overhead shower aimed at the door and pushes water out of the bottom of the shower. The shower gel on the shower wall was also completely empty.

Die Straße ist rund um die Uhr recht stark befahren

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Stadthotel direkt am Wasser gelegen mit vielen Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Wir waren dort für zwei Übernachtungen dafür ist es perfekt. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht besonders groß, aber für einen Stadt Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend dimensioniert . Sehr schön war der winzig kleine Balkon, der zum Trinken eines Espresso (Kaffeemaschine und Pads sind auf dem Zimmer) einlädt um das Treiben in der Stadt zu beobachten.
