It had everything we needed and the staff was accommodating to our request which was nice

The bed was big and very comfortable, and the room was spacious, nicely presented and had lovely big windows. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the off-street parking was handy. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant place to stay — I’d happily stay here again.

A couple of little things could be improved: The shower rose also couldn’t be adjusted for height, which was a little inconvenient, especially when you’re not washing your hair. There were also two light bulbs that weren’t working, which meant the bathroom and kitchenette were quite dark at night. These are relatively small things, but fixing them would make the stay more comfortable.

Although we booked at the last moment, the receptionist helped us by coming to our location and giving us the key.

Everything was excellent, the rooms were very clean, did not realise there is a communal kitchen and laundry on the premises for use, the dryer requires $2coins x2 to use, washing machine is free, the Netflix and sky excellent service, free WiFi excellent, the people who cleaned our room and replenished our linen were excellent, the lady at reception was excellent at giving instructions when we leave etc. Across the road is Bosco's cafe, it had my favourite almond milk for my flatwhite, and next to lodge is a little shopping place that sold children's clothing and gifts as well as a store selling adult clothing and homewards too. Soundproof rooms but of course train going pass during the nite wasn't that bad either, slept like a baby.

Nice room, clean and tidy. Good location so easy walk to main shopping/restaurant area.

Just be aware that it is close to the train line. A few overnight trains that didn't take long to pass but if you're a light sleeper you'll know they are there. Didn't really bother us too much.

I wasn’t sure where the communal kitchen was and didn’t want to wander around at night looking for it. Maybe add that info into the booklet.

I always choose to stay here whenever I'm in the area. You can guarantee every room is clean, tidy and spacious. Exactly what we needed for our short stay. Love the fact that the carpark is on our doorstep very convenient when we leave very early inthe morning.

I've stayed here a few times and noticed a few changes that I missed but perhaps no-longer offer the water bottle and mini chocolate. It thought that was a great idea but disappointed the usual treat was missing.

Fabulous stay, easy to book online, friendly and helpful service, great communication throughout, room was excellent, so clean with everything we needed. Close to everything and so quiet and safe.

I only wanted to rest. I didn't use dishes I bought takeaways. I only used bed and toilet. It was comfortable and warm

It was very cold when I arrived. It was a cold night. Perhaps the heating could be turned on prior to arrival.

Unit 8... Two lights in the room weren't working, the bathroom basin waste plug didn't work, so you fill the basin and the water drains out! And there's no heating in the bathroom. In winter it was really cold when you hop out of the shower. Some simple maintenance would make all the difference.

It was great to have the heat pump on to give us a warm welcome on a rainy night. The unit was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hot water supply was excellent too.

Great location, lovely owners, photos on the web are true and correct. Spotlessly clean, very tidy. Basic essentials: microwave, jug, toaster, knives, forks, spoons, tea towel, plates, cups, glasses, bowls and milk in the fridge😊

Cups were rather small and although the bed was comfortable, it was two king singles pushed together with an odd ridge in the middle so snuggling up posed a problem🤔😆

Always a convenient stay as close to work. Property is always clean. Staff are always great to deal with and very accommodating.

The placing of the heat pump in the room was behind the curtains. Not really what I didn't like, but was an off position to have it.

Exceeded our expectations... spacious, warm, super clean, comfortable, definitely would stay again... the whole unit was modern with luxury amenities ... truly felt like we were spoiling ourselves for the weekend... easy parking, private and quiet... the host was friendly, and we were spoilt with a late checkout ... this would be the best Motel unit we have stayed at compared to others that are outdated... Highly Recommend 😀

We stayed in two rooms, the first one was right by the main road so when trucks went past it was like an earthquake. Second night was back away from the road and much better

O quarto era grande e bom. Havia uma linha férrea nos fundos do apartamento, mas não tivemos problemas com o barulho, era bem silencioso.
