Great location. Room was excellent with all the expected comforts and facilities.

We had to wait for someone to arrive to let us check in after 4pm. Hotel looks dated on the outside but the rooms are better than the exterior promises.

12 € pour un chien qui n'a bu que de l'eau et dormi sur son plaid, ça fait tres cher la gamelle d'eau. C'est juste le point négatif à notre séjour.

Chambre très confortable: décoration, literie, équipement, propreté, tout était impeccable. Excellent petit déjeuner..... peut-être un peu cher!

Very central hotel, very old, dates right back as old stable/store across from rear of building. As such being an older building it has character once inside and they have certainly done the best with what they have. Parking requires a blue parking clock purchased from the tabac next door

The room above our triple must have been where the washing machines were for the hotel. Heck, don’t the elephants start doing there laundry really early in the morning, not sure the sun was even awake

La taille de la chambre est très agréable et le personnel bienveillant L’ensemble est très bien tenu et de l’eau fraîche est a disposition Le billard est un plus, même si nous sommes rentrés trop tard pour y accéder )

Zimmer komfortabel, ruhig und geräumig.

Zimmer nicht klimatisiert, dafür aber großer Ventilator in Betrieb.

Personeel zeer vriendelijk, jammer dat de dame (kan ze niets aan doen!!) zoveel werk heeft om de 3 kamers in te boeken/registreren. Als gast denk je dat als je via Booking.com geboekt en hebt je maar de sleutels hoeft af te halen maar we hebben er ruim 30min gestaan om de sleutels te krijgen. Nogmaals de dame kan er niets aan doen ze moet nou eenmaal alles invoeren in haar systeem van Best Western en de paspoorten e.d. invoeren. Ontbijt was goed en is nog nagevuld naderhand. Om het hotel heen zijn genoeg bars/restaurants en winkels. De dag na onze overnachting was er markt overal. We hadden de motoren bij de kerk gezet (i.v.m. markt) maar er is een gratis parking op 150m (ook voor auto's). Kamers prima maar anders en minder dan op fotos bij booking.com (veel kleiner en standaard ingericht en helemaal achterdoor in het hotel met heel veel gangen en op/afstapjes voordat we er waren (achterkant gebouw/straat). Groot hotel wat je aan de voorkant als je ervoor staat niet zou zeggen! Mooi van binnen en leuke bar en pooltafel! AANRADER!

NIETS; Hooguit kamers op foto's matchen met booking.com, Wellicht bij duurdere kamer zijn deze wel correct wij hadden het bed meteen naast de deur en een hele kleine badkamer met harmonicadeur.

L' accueil, les renseignements donnés sur l'historique de l'hôtel et sur la ville,la propreté de l'hôtel ainsi que la possibilité de mettre mon vélo à l'abri. Emplacement idéal également.

La chambre familiale était très spacieuse, idéale lorsque vous avez de nombreux bagages. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et bon.

Un manque de confidentialité à la réception lors du partage d'informations personnelles alors que d'autres clients sont à côté de vous.

Voor een doorreis hotel vind ik vanaf 8.00 ontbijt laat. Let op ! Zaterdagochtend markt, hotel is in centrum dus je moet je auto een stuk verder zetten. Erg ver van de A1 autoweg, kost veel tijd qou omrijden

J’ai beaucoup aimé cette établissement, très propre, le personnel très agréable, malheureusement la douche était cassé et les contenant pour ce laver les mains n’était pas rempli, le petit déjeuner était parfait je conseille fortement !👌🏼

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab alles, was man wollte. Vielleicht könnte man noch besser suf Laktose Unverträglichkeit eingehen ... nur als Anregung.

Hotel ist nicht leicht zu finden, es liegt in einer Gasse, die von einem großen Platz abgeht, Zufahrt zum Hotel ist gesperrt, Parken nur auf dem großen Platz möglich

Nous apprécié l’adaptation du personnel et sa disponibilité quant aux arrivés tardives.

Rustige, ruime kamer. Het was heel warm warm (hittegolf!) dus we waren heel blij dat er een ventilator op de kamer was, die we voor het raam hebben gezet. Daardoor prima geslapen.

Not the hotel's fault, but there is a karaoke bar right underneath the room window, performing outside duringa heatwave. No aircon in room, so one needs to open the window in order not to suffocate. Going till half past one in the night. Not acceotable, a closing time should be enforced for the karaoke. Umable to sleep

Keine Garage, nur unbewachter öffentlicher Parkplatz. Aufzug defekt, Pech bei Zimmer im 3.Stock.

La situation de l'hôtel

Beaucoup de monde pour le stationnement, le dimanche.

Our room was at the end of long corridor but was comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel is located in a pedestrianised area which has numerous informal restaurants, and the locals seemed very friendly and approachable.

The lack of car parking was inconvenient. The closest car parks require the use of a "blue disk" but the hotel wwasn't able to provide these so we parked some distance away. Although modernised and well-equipped, the hotel building is quite old and the corridors aren't well suited to wheeled luggage!

Le personnel était adorable. D’une gentillesse folle. La propreté de l’établissement également.

Il faisait légèrement chaud dans les chambres. Attention, il n’y a pas la Clim. Mais la fenêtre ouverte permet d’aérer rapidement

Although the property advertised facilities such as pool table and bar, they were unavailable once the staff left at 9.30pm and the whole area was in darkness (plus unseen spiders webs in the open hallways)! Excuse given was security, but that made no sense as there was a whole security system in place that kept the hotel exclusive to guests only. Also for the price the hotel should have airconditioning.

Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast and cute location. Stayed here for a short stopover with a baby and they had already set up her cot. Highly recommend!

Pas du tout !! Très cher pour être sous les toits dans une chambre en pente entre 25 et 30 degrés avec uniquement un ventilateur. Douche exiguë qui coulait littéralement à travers la salle de bain … Mot de passe obligatoire pour entrer après 21:30 sans numéro d’urgence en cas de problème pour entrer et numéro de l’hôtel indisponible malgré un nombres d’appels conséquents. Bref mauvaise expérience malgré un cadre agréable de part le look de l’établissement

Very nice placed in the centre of town. The Saturday morning market was just outside the frontdore. Staff was very friendly.

Very helpful staff . One of our group had a medical issue and the night porter couldn't be more helpful . Thankyou. The morning staff also , a lady phoned the hospital for us and calmed the remainder of the group as our friend was ok , again ,thankyou.

This was a terrific place to stay. We are hiking the Via Francigena and stayed here for 1 night. The staff were all friendly, the shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was hearty and we had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was one of the best meals we have had in a very long time. We would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant!

The shower was only warm for 2 nights from the 3 that we stayed. We were on the third floor and we could hear floors creaking when people got up in the morning.
