Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Everything was clean, and the room was a really good size. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing, and the room was cleaned to the highest standard I have experienced. It was honestly much better than some extremely expensive hotels I have stayed in previously. A special thank you to Monica and all the other cleaning staff for doing such a fantastic job. Reviewed Jul 8, 2026A lot of space, a mirror and a chair with a desk so you can do makeup easily, the tv was easy to use and we managed to still check in to watch love island at the end of the day haha
I don’t believe there was anything to complain about, staff was lovely, place was clean and they were more than happy to clean your room while you were out, they were well mannered and very nice. The only downside is the area is kind of out the way a bit, it’s about 30-40 mins to most areas on tube but the place is nice and you feel more involved while staying in London.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026NAP Barnet is an ideal place to be when you don't want to stay or can't afford the expensive hotels in Central London. It's just a 40 minute drive with the Northern Line. NAP Barnet is a nice hotel with very clean rooms and nice bed. Contact was via phone only, but very convenient. I would recommend this place and maybe come back there for another time.
The only thing we missed was an air conditioning, but it was extremely hot.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Good location to drive to from the north and use as a base. 10 minute walk to the train station into London and about a thirty minute train ride. Some excellent pubs locally and a fantastic Indian street food restaurant on the high street.
Unfortunately we had the ground floor room where the key boxes were located directly under the window so when people are arriving late and receiving instructions on their phones it felt as though they were in the room with us.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The host was very friendly, she showed me around the room and explained the key system very well. The location, set just off the high street was great. The room was clean, well equipped with everything you'd need.
If you want to stay in the car park it's £10 for 24hrs, this wasn't mentioned on the listing. I managed to park on the permitted street as I was leaving early. The room was above the pub kitchen, the extractor fan was very noisy, as were the sounds of the kitchen staff packing down at 10.30pm. When the extractor was switched off there was still a very loud buzzing / humming noise, and my bed was vibrating. I can only assume I was above the fridge / freezers and I got very little sleep. Also the walls were thin and I could hear every word of my neighbours conversation.

Every morning at 4am someone turned up with a van and proceeded to unload items (boxes, crates etc) off and back into the van. Slamming, dropping, dragging and making no effort to be quiet and show any consideration for people asleep 10 feet above the restaurant door.

I stayed in the Travel Lodge in Whetstone originally where most of the staff (management to be fair) were extremely rude. Then came across this gem of a place. Great location, rooms are exceptional and the staff are a real credit to the establishment. 👍🙏
Parking is a bit of an issue.

Short stay, but with all the comfort and very close to my house! I would suggest NAP Barnet to everyone looking for an accommodation in High Barnet!

Reviewed May 24, 2026Hotel was easy to find, rooms were clean and welcoming. No one there to greet us but lady on phone was nice and communicated everything to us. Got the keys out of the box easy enough. Good location near to a variety of food options. The added fan and free bottle of water in room was a life saver in this heat.
My room would of benefited from somewhere to hang clothes with hangers. The doors are quite loud when they close. Parking was easy enough to find with the hotels instructions, but very limited on numbers, which didnt impact us luckily, however only being able to pay for 24 hours at a time was frustrating. We were in a festival for the whole next day with extremely horrid phone signal! Managed by the skin of my teeth to get another 24 hours parking. I know it may not be hotels fault but if they can change it or put it forward to people who are about being able to book for longer at a time would be great!

The room we had, has a sky light. It made the room very warm on a sunny day. And it was beginning of Spring. There s no air conditioner, but there was a desk fan. This room was quite small, for 2 Adults. Shower cubicle was also small.

The windows both in the room and bathroom were very high up, i was unable to open them and the room got very warm during the night, I also was disappointed about paying for parking as it wasn't stated on the website that we had to, it only said that it was limited parking.
