Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst. Även då vi beställde dryck i baren samt vid middagen. Maten smakade mycket bra. Mycket bra frukost. Rummet perfekt, mysigt och med allt man kan tänkas behöva för en övernattning. Fin utemiljö, perfekt att sitta i solen med ett glas vin. Vi har varit här en gång tidigare och kommer gärna tillbaka igen. Mysigt hotell med det lilla extra

Spazi comuni sia interni che esterni molto curati,ideali per rilassarsi o bere qualcosa. C’e’la presenza di una stanza per permettere ai bambini di giocare e disegnare. Colazione molto curata Possibilita’di prendere le biciclette gratuitamente e fare un bel giro sulla ciclabile che costeggia il lago.
La pulizia non era delle migliori,assolutamente da migliorare soprattutto nel bagno. Bagno molto piccolo e da rivedere:il lavello era troppo vicino al wc e anche lo spazio doccia Aumentare numero bici: in tutto ne erano presenti solo 3in struttura

The bathrooms were modified, the hotel was a converted boarding school. The shower stall was messy water everywhere even though I tried to contain the water. Just an observation not a complaint

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Wenn man die größeren Zimmer bucht, was ich jedenfalls empfehlen würde, dann hat man ein großes Bett u gut Platz für größere Koffer. Die Lage ist prima, zu Fuß in den kleinen Ort, ruhig, Natur u Grün, Airport Nähe.
Das Badezimmer ist winzig und wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt, muss man darauf achten, dass man sich nicht am Waschbecken stößt.

När vi skulle äta middag i restaurangen på fredagskvällen upplevde vi att personalen inte var så tillmötesgående. Kändes lite som vi störde. Vi kom visserligen efter klockan 20 och hade inte bokat i förväg. Men det fanns gott om plats i lokalen. Sen var maten väldigt god.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026When I went to the restaurant for dinner, the staff kindly advised me, “It’s quite busy at the moment, so it might be better to come after 8:00 p.m. when we can provide smoother service.” I followed their advice and came back after 8:00 p.m. As they had suggested, the service was excellent, the staff were very attentive, and the food was delicious!
It would have been perfect if there had been a bathtub in the bathroom!

Literie à ressort un peu fatiguée. Les prix des hôtels à Sigtuna sont élevés par rapport au pays. Mieux vaut visiter le village à partir de Uppsala.

Väldigt lamt bemötande av personen i receptionen såväl som när vi checkade in som när vi checkade ut. Totalt nollställd person som inte verkade så intresserad eller serviceminded. Trist!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet, die Lage gleich neben der Altstadt, durchgehend freundliches Personal. Sauber, eine große Terrasse mit kleinem Garten. Schön präsentiert die Geschichte des Hauses als ehemalige Schule.
Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer gewählt, Preis/Leistung in Ordnung, die Dusche war nur halb abgetrennt vom restlichen Badezimmer, eine größere Duschwand oder ein Vorhang wäre komfortabler gewesen. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, bei meinem Gewicht bin ich schon sehr eingesunken.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We loved our stay at Hotel Kristina. We were met with the warmest welcome at the reception. It didn't feel like we came to a hotel, it felt like we came to a family. My dog was so warmly welcomed and beside the goodie bag at the room she even got a little chewie stick at the reception. Even though the room was on the smaller size everything was super nice. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast in the morning was great and the hotel was so kind to let us leave the car at the parking when we were exploring the town during the day after checking out. The stay was amazing and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing by.

I loved the fact that there was a sauna available, the staff was super nice (especially the ladies at the reception, Jessica and lady who’s name starts with a - Amanda/Angelica? I’m so sorry, it just ran out of my brain, but she was so lovely!). The breakfast was also yummy and you could sit outside. And the best part? The hotel offers a bike rental for FREE!
I was a bit surprised that my room was not in the same building. Nothing bad, just a bit awkward to walk from one building to another in a dressing gown after a sauna. There was also no phone in the room, so you’d have to walk to reception or call the mobile number of the hotel if you needed something, which I thought was a bit odd. Other than that, everything was lovely!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Jättetrevlig personal. Välkomnande och hjälpsamma. Jag spillde ut juice på golvet och min klänning då jag tappade juiceflaskan vid frukosten.Personalen var snabbt framme och städade upp och erbjöd sig stt tvätta min klänning.
Lyhört både ut till korridoren och fönstren. Vi hade fönster utåt entré och uteplats där det spelades musik och människor rörde sig in och ut. Det lät som att vi hade fönstret öppet. Andra kvällen frågade vi personalen om de kunde åtmindtone dänka musiken lite då det jj faktiskt inte satt någon ute. De svsrsde stt självklart skulle de dtänga sv mudiken och önsksde oss en god natt ( det vsr fint gjort)

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Eenpersoons kamer, maar relatief ruim. Uitstekend, gevarieerd ontbijt. Sigtuna is een leuk stadje, centrum op loopafstand, toch is de omgeving van het hotel heerlijk rustig. Via het ov is Stockholm gemakkelijk bereikbaar.
Geen koelkast.

Zimmer klein und spartanisch eingerichtet, wir haben 7 Tage gebucht und es gab nicht mal einen Schrank für unsere Kleidung, sondern nur einen billigen Kleiderständer wahrscheinlich von IKEA (: Wir haben Doppelbett gebucht aber es gab nur zwei Einzelbetten zusammengestellt die bei der kleinsten Bewegung sich bewegt haben. Badezimmer max 2m² groß und die kleine Duschwand unten offen, sodass beim Duschen die ganze Fläche auch wirklich nass war. Dafür gabs aber einen Wasserschieber um das Wasser gleich selbst in den Abfluss zu schieben.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The staff were friendly and happy to help in English (although better directions than "the building round the corner" would be nice for anyone new to the property who's staying in Ateljén). The overall feeling was more of a conference facility than a tourist one. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee was great, and sitting in the little greenhouse with evening drinks was lovely. It was only an 8 minute walk to the town.
For 2000 sek, we thought we would be getting a nice hotel room for our 35th wedding anniversary. Instead we got a small one where you could barely walk along the side of the bed, especially the window side. The sheet did not cover the mattress topper so it kept slipping down during the night, and the pillows were really bulky. The floor was scuffed and the little desk was badly marked. Plus the dog-fee was 400 sek - twice the normal rate for anywhere we have stayed in Sweden, UK, Germany, Denmark, France and Belgium. Considering the basic-ness of the room, that extra money was certainly not justified.
