Não gostei pela demora do check in chegamos as 14e20 e casa ainda nao tava pronta tivemos que ficar quase 1h a espera pra entramos na casa, e o facto da casa ter formigas,na sala e casa de banho.

1. Damage on the wall to the WC that was patched up but not painted 2. Noise levels from 16:00 to 20:30 outside in the garden area in front and behind the room 3. Guests taking calls on their mobile phones in the passage/garden area that was very loud and on speaker 4. Guests shouting at the top of their voices at 4am !!... when coming back in a drunken state walking past our room with no consideration for otjer Guests 5. Parking across a main road from the establishment . When leaving, we had cross this main road with our suitcases and hand luggage p 6. Breakfast costs at R200 a person (which we chose not to have because of the costs) when this could have / should have been included in the price (R1400 per night) 7. ONLY Open View channels on the television and no DSTV bouquet to chose from 7. NOT a 4 star establishment because of ALL of the above mentioned issues WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN (travel to Nelspruit every 4 months for business). Would rather stay in a City Lodge !!!

Muy poco personal, la Recepción tiene que ocuparse de todo (recepción, restaurante, bellboy, doorman, etc.) y esto hace que no sea eficiente. El restaurante lo mismo, tiene un chef que además tiene que atender las mesas. Tardan más de 1 hora en preparar una hamburguesa. En mi habitación no funcionaba la caja fuerte, y no había personal de mantenimiento que la solucione.

Reviewed May 17, 2026I honestly loved everything about this place. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the overall experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was great, and the property truly met my expectations. The food offered here was absolutely amazing — from breakfast to dinner, everything was delicious and well prepared. I would definitely visit again.
The only small issue we experienced was with the TV connecting to streaming platforms like Netflix. The TV itself was working, but the streaming portal was not connecting properly. Also, it would be nice if the property could consider offering alcoholic beverages in future — just a small suggestion to make the experience even better.

Fui abordada duas vezes no quarto (batiam constantemente a porta), primeiro solicitaram o pagamento e informei que tinha efectuado pelo Booking. Na segunda vez, solicitaram o comprovativo e data do pagamento. Considero que esse tipo de informação poderia ter sido solicitado no check-in. O pequeno almoço tem poucas opções.

The lodge management does not support alcohol consumption on the premises but I feel they could have included the non-alcoholic bubbles bottle for our request. The quotation was not clear by just indicating beverage - only two cans were supplied.

The breakfast could have had more options. It has a set price regardless of what you want. So for my kid, who doesn't eat more than a bowl of yoghurt and muesli or cereal to pay that price doesn't make sense, even if it is reduced for kids.
