L'emplacement près du port et surtout sur la plage ! Le bar dans la piscine

Un petit rafraîchissement serait nécessaire mais n'altère en rien le séjour passé.

Grandes chambres, lits incroyablement grands. Emplacement agréable. Personnel serviable.

Piscine un peu vétuste. Carreaux cassés et coupants, l'un de nous s'est coupé sous le pied. Système de filtration sous dimensionné.

Tout! Chambres spacieuse et décorées avec soin. Piscine et pool bar de grand standing. Petit déjeuner remarquable et sur une terrasse face a la mer. Location de scooters bon marché et sans caution . Attention quand même à vous la conduite sur l’île est très dangereuse !

Le wifi. On s’en passe mals il est vraiment inférieur aux autres établissements de l’île .

Les professeurs de l’école de plongée sont d’un excellent niveau et très pédagogue.

Nous avons passé un très mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel. Cet hotel est très mal géré et les photos du site sont clairement trompeuses. La mauvaise tenue de cet hôtel se ressent à plusieurs niveaux: - équipements vieillissants, mal entretenus et dangereux: mon fils s’est coupé profondément au niveau du pied dans la piscine à cause des nombreux carreaux de carrelage cassés (voir photos) - la salle de sport est laissée à l’abandon, le tapis de course qui reste est cassé et fonctionne par intermittence. J’ai alerté la direction sur les risques de chute mais ils n’ont même pas pris la peine de l’indiquer sur la machine, j’ai vu une personne tombée devant moi et j’ai moi même été déséquilibré sur cette machine. Les photos montrent la différence entre ce que l’on s attend à avoir et la réalité. - le jacuzzi est en mauvais état, l’eau n’est pas chaude et il n’y a pas de bulles, - pour le déjeuner du midi, l’hôtel reçoit des groupes pour le déjeuner et ne peut donc offrir un déjeuner de qualité à ses clients, ce qui est proposé est tout simplement immangeable, - absence de wifi dans la plupart des parties de l’hôtel, j’ai dû me plaindre à plusieurs reprises pour avoir de droit à une clé wifi et ainsi avoir internet.

El colchón de la cama estaba un poco duro. La habitación estaba casi al fondo del hotel, y en una noche donde cantaban muy fuerte los sapos del estanque, fue muy dificil descansar

Absolument tout 💯 La localisation, l’élégance de l’hôtel, la chambre sublime avec un lit en bois exotique, un toit type pagode d’où pensait le ventilateur, la terrasse avec vue sur la piscine, la salle de restaurant avec vue sur la plage et le coucher de soleil, ainsi que la gentillesse et la diligence de tous les employés❣️

Lots of broken tiles in the pool. My husband got a nasty cut. We of course reported this as did not want others to be hurt. No action by staff. This on a busy bit of beach with boats etc. Not recommended for the location

Excellent pool, breakfast and location can't be beat. Restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, as well as drinks on the beach for sunset. Staff is superb and Uber friendly. Bed was enormous and comfy. Hotel provided a air dehumidifier in the room that I emptied every few hours. That was a godsend in August.

Only downside was poor wifi that kept going on and off, plus had less secure connection when it was working. If they fix this, I'd gladly come back again.

Staff in the restaurant is very rude. Water pressure is extremely weak. No hot water. Only warm.

Die Anlage ist teils etwas heruntergekommen, ist halt etwas älter. Dennoch ist alles sauber und vollkommen in Ordnung für den Preis

Breakfast , employee didn’t have a service mind. Restaurant for lunch and dinner is good.

Bon emplacement (non loin du Pier et un peu excentré du « centre vivant ») avec une piscine très grande et belle (qui mériterait quelques rénovations mais ça passe….)! Le club de plongée aussi est très bien, très pro !

Les lieux communs (couloirs) sans âme, sans deco juste du béton …. La TV fonctionnait très mal (mais pas grave on n’a pas utilisé du coup !) Le personnel n’est pas désagréable mais pas particulièrement serviable …. C’est un bel établissement mais ça ne vaut pas le rapport qualité/prix (à 120€ la nuit ya mieux !)

Oud hotel, stank buiten en in de kamers, zwembad met heel veel losse en de beschadigde tegeltjes

La chambre était très spacieuse avec vue sur la piscine. Cette dernière était très pratique avec possibilité de jouer à la balle pour les enfants. Le restaurant est décoré avec goût dans l’ambiance thaï et on y mange très bien le soir. Le p’tit déjeuner est servi au même endroit et on y trouve pour tous les goûts.

We were very disappointed with our stay. This resort is advertised as a 4-star property, but it feels more like a 2-star hotel. The biggest issue was safety: our son cut both of his feet in the swimming pool because several tiles were loose and broken. We also noticed frequent sewage smells around the pool area, which made it unpleasant to spend time there. The resort has potential thanks to its location, but poor maintenance and lack of attention to detail made our experience disappointing. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Das Hotel ist vom Pier aus in 4 min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Man ist zu Fuss in 10 min. am Sairee Beach, in 2 min. Mitten im Piergetümmel mit unzähligen Bars, Restaurants, Läden, Reisebüros und Tauchschulen und dennoch etwas abgelegen und hat einen ruhigen schönen Strand vor dem Hotel. Als Familie kamen alle auf ihre kosten.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool and a swim-up bar. The hotel is conveniently located close to the pier and approximately a five-minute walk from a 7-Eleven. Everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The reception staff and the rest of the team were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Lo mejor fue la proximidad caminando al puerto principal de donde llegan los ferrys. El hotel tiene piscina grande y gimnasio básico pero funcional (casi ningún otro hotel de la zona tiene gimnasio). La ubicación del restaurante donde se sirve el desayuno es espectacular, directamente en frente del mar (foto). Las habitaciones eran muy amplias. Precio económico.

Reservamos habitación con vistas al mar, y cuando la vimos, como mucho se veían 5cm de mar a lo lejos. En nuestra opinión, eso no debería haber supuesto una categoría/precio superior, en absoluto. Escaleras algo agotadoras para subir a la habitación. Desayuno bastante básico. No tiene restaurantes o supermercados cerca, encontrar donde cenar cada día fue un problema. El hotel no se ve muy moderno.

Location excellent with features views and beach access. Rooms were of good standard and size.

Food could be a bit better. As mentioned in other reviews there are a few tiles damaged in pool, but overall this did not impact enjoyment of the stay

Amazing time here! The place was lovely and the food was great, massive portion size! The best view for sunset and sunrise, so close to everything. Even the pier was only a 5 minute walk, this was the type of place to really relax and feel at ease all whilst doing so much! Would love to come back. The pool was the highlight also, it actually has a really good depth 2.5 metres!

Heel net hotel, net zwembad, vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijk ontbijt met uitzicht. Je loopt vanaf het hotel zo de drukte in, maar je zit er net buiten waardoor je wel rustig zit.

Als ik iets moet benoemen is dat er geen lift aanwezig is en je je koffer moet tillen als je boven zit, maar personeel wil graag helpen als je het vraagt!

Proximity to ferry was good. Not as many restaurants in this end but it’s the best spot for the sunset. Breakfast was great with cappuccino machine. King bed was huge!

Pool definitely needs an upgrade. Many broken and chipped tiles. Bad smell of drains around pool.

Good location and right on the beach. Away from all the busy parts so very relaxing but in easy walk. We were upgraded as the hotel was quite in to a massive room which was great. Breakfast in the restaurant overlooked the sea, you could sit there for ages.

Restaurant and bar very quiet, you need to go along the beach for a few minutes to where it is a little busier.

This property is very very tired and in desperate need of maintenance The rooms are very large, and the huge bed is. Wey cimfortable, however they are so out dated and in need of maintenance, chipped tiling poor quality fittings, showers, taps etc, all very worn out The pool is the worst, all grout missing from the tiling, lots of sharp corners and broken tiles in the pool, v easy to cut your foot if not careful Breakfast staff not particularly friendly

Good location, on the beahc and close to all amenities. Easy to walk around.

The room was extremely humid, nothing could dry there, clothes, towels and sheets were humid for a week, with a bad smell in the room. Sheets were dirty and we had to ask several times to get them changed. The team was not friendly and not helpful, we always felt like we were annoying them. Breakfast was okay. General equipment and hotel are very dated.

Gute Lage sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer gross.

Leider ist der Pool an mehreren Stellen kaputt und es fehlen Platten oder sind abgebrochen. Man kann sich da schneiden. Sollte dringend renoviert werden. Und mam wirdvom Pier abgeholt aber nach Auschecken wird kein Transport angeboten, man muss zurücklaufen mit allem Gepäck.

Wi-fi doesn't working one of saff told me to turn on hospot ? Its' really really bad I have stayed at many hotels on Koh Tao before, and their Wi-Fi was fast, stable, and easy to connect to. However, your staff claimed that the poor internet was normal because “it’s Koh Tao,” which simply isn’t true. Many hotels on the island provide excellent internet service, but unfortunately yours does not. Please contact your internet technician to investigate and resolve this issue. As for the bed, it seemed like there might have been bed bugs. I felt itchy throughout the night and could barely sleep. Overall, considering the price I paid per night, I do not feel that the hotel provided good value for money.

It’s not worth 4 stars at all. We relocated to different hotel immediately after check in. Reception that we shouldn’t expect the same as on the mainland what we didn’t, but new hotel was also 4 stars and much much better, cleaner and nicer then this one. Later they they told us that management agreed for refund. But via booking.com mail received that they didn’t come to an agreement with the hotel until now. Hopefully they get back to us

The pool was lovely and we used it every day. We also loved the location right next to Crystal Dive and the Drift bar. Our son is working there so it was very convenient for us to see him.

The air conditioning was just ok. At night it sometimes felt warm. This is partially due to the fact that we are not used to the extreme heat and humidity.

Sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit großen Bad. Perfekte lage, kann man überall zu Fuß hingehen.

Mir hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen das in meinen zimmer eine tür war zu einen anderen zimmer. Die tür konnte ich nicht öffnen, aber das andere zimmer könnte sie rein theoretisch öffnen.

Die Aussicht beim frühstück

Die Vielfalt beim Frühstück. Das meiste war kalt. Zum Zimmer, einfach nur Horror. Die Handtücher schmutzig. Das Bett extrem dreckig. Die Klimaanlage laut und defekt. Auch nach dem reklamieren kam keiner zur Reparatur. Im Bad kein Fenster zum lüften. Im Bad daher schimmel an der Decke. Das Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls komplett voll mit schimmelflecken. Wurde auch dem Zimmermädchen gezeigt nur der war die Rekla völlig egal. Auch hab ich eine Rekla an das Hotel geschrieben (heutzutage muss ja alles schriftlich passieren) keine Reaktion! ZIMMER 208 ISR DER HORROR! War deklariert mit Superior Room... völlig schlecht!

The first room was dirty, smelly and AC didnt work. Luckily after one night we got another room, wich was little bit renovated, more clean, and ac worked.

It is dirty. I asked them 3 times to change the sheets and pillow covers they didnt. When we first checked in, the pillow covers had dirt marks on them. Also the rooms are highly humid, dehumidifier in the room is not nearly enough.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß, aber viel zu dunkel. es muffelte, die Klimaanlage stank! Die Handtücher waren auch muffig vom Geruch her. Schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer, Personal war sehr laut vor der Tür. Fliesen im Pool waren teilweise gebrochen, alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen …

Die Tauchschule benutzt den Pool für Übungszwecke und Kurse, das sollte einem gesagt werden. Dadurch oft Unruhe, der Strand direkt beim Hotel nicht sehr schön, dort ist immer alles voll mit Booten. Man muss ein Stück weitergehen um ins Meer zu gehen zum Baden.
