Dioni Boutique Hotel

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Die Lage ist top, man läuft keine zwei Minuten und man ist in der Fußgängerzone. Der nah gelegener Parkplatz ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne geräumige Zimmer, ordentliches Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schlechte Beschilderung zwecks Be-und Entladens des Auto. Haben leider nicht rausfinden können, wie man mit dem Auto vor Rezeption vorfährt.

This hotel is looking dated. Breakfast is very poor quality and the roof garden could be so much nicer, at least remove the dead plants.

The room was excellent with a good shower room and also with a large balcony. The room was modern and very clean. The hotel is well located near the sea and with parking.

The price. We have been on a self arranged trip in Greece and the Dioni was about 50% more than all our other accommodation for similar levels of accommodation, ie. junior suites. Also the breakfast buffet needs improvement. The scrambled eggs were totally inedible, overcooked hard bits of egg mixed with lots of milk. Also the fried eggs were very hard and had been lying around for some time. A "fresh" lot were produced, but were just the same.

The breakfast. It was unimaginative and very poor. The rooftop terrace where breakfast was served. It could be lovely if there were some nice greenery, shrubs and flowers. Instead there was bare concrete.

The hotel totally suited our needs to stay in Preveza for a couple of nights following leaving our boat at Cleopatra marina. It was very clean and comfortable with good facilities of the pool and gym. The location is great being in the centre of Preveza close to restaurants in the old laneways.

Quite worn out, it definitely needs renovation. Also their private parking space is limited, it was always full during our stay. However, the staff did their best to accommodate us.

Breakfast was good and the rooftop dining area had a nice view. The bar area near the Lobby was a great place to sit with friends for a drink.

The furnishings are nice. The double glazing in the room does well to block sound from the street despite the central location.

Comparing Dioni to other hotels I've stayed in recently in the same range, here are the things that stood out to me: Room: - the room didn't have a hairdryer. You had to call reception for it. - the bathroom had no hooks or rails to hang towels. - you have to call reception to get an iron. Again, this is really dated. Breakfast: -the breakfast is average. We didn't have an option on booking.com to book without breakfast, which is a shame given the number of good alternatives there are in the town. Zero effort has been made to dress the roof terrace for guests. I honestly don't see how this passes as 4-star in 2026. Parking: Parking is advertised in the facilities. There are a handful of spaces that are constantly full. We observed double parking most times we passed the car park. I imagine when your car is the one that's trapped you have to go back to reception and then wait for someone to come and move their car to let you out..... hopefully you're not in a rush to be somewhere. The next car park is about an 8 minute walk away. It's also full constantly. Drivers circle it like vultures waiting for a space to free up. If you're lucky enough to find a space here the good thing is that it's free. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with a large vehicle, young children, or difficulty walking. Staff: The receptionist who checked us in saw that we were a group of 3 people and chose to give us 1 room card. I've no doubt that we could have asked for a second - but in so many other places staff are proactive in either asking the question as part of check-in or in just giving multiple cards. At breakfast, the milk had run out. Staff was absent for a long period. Various guests stood around discussing the milk amid growing confusion - it was quite entertaining. I saw one guy use the hot cappuccino milk for cornflakes. Eventually someone with enough confidence walked to the kitchen to inform staff and it got resolved.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our one-night layover. The location is perfect, right in the city center, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We also really appreciated the comfortable beds, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a lovely hotel and a perfect choice for a short stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Καλαίσθητο ξενοδοχειο,καθαρό,με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές,στο ψυγειο μας πάντα υπήρχαν διαθέσιμα μπουκάλια νερού χωρίς χρέωση, η τοποθεσία η καλύτερη που θα μπορούσε, στην καρδιά της τουριστικής περιοχής αλλά και συγχρόνως ήσυχο. Πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα καταστήματα εστίασης καθώς και στην παραλία. Ευχαριστώ προσωπικά τους υπεύθυνους που διευθέτησαν ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε στην κράτηση μας με τον καλύτερο τρόπο.

It's a beautifully renovated boutique hotel, they kept our bags till we were allowed to check in and advised we can use the pool till then. Rooms spacious and tidy with a big bathroom.

Service van het personeel, lekker even gegeten bij het zwembad en aan het zwembad gelegen op de lekkere bedjes.

Onze kamer op de begane grond direct naast de receptie was duidelijk aan modernisering toe. Het deed allemaal wat jaren 80 aan.

Breakfast buffet was good. Rooftop terrace for breakfast had a nice view. Pool was pleasant and staff was very freindly and helpful in setting up ground transport. A 2 minute walk to the waterfront and all the great restaurants.

The entrance lobby to the hotel was clean and peaceful with a luxurious feel and very friendly staff. The breakfast included a good selection of fruit and bakery products. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Location and parking was excellent. The provision of pool towels was a lovely touch and the sun beds were comfortable with shade provided from the umbrellas.

The pool water appeared cloudy and in need of a deep clean, the patio could do with a water jet wash down, debris from the overhead trees removed from pool and patio and a quick lick of paint given to the stained walls next to the pool.

The staff were very helpful on arrival also during are stay. We asked to be shown a room which could sleep 3 adults as we want to come back with my 92 year old mother in law. They accommodate us with our request which was fantastic. This makes it easier to know were we are staying next year. Thank you George and staff.

There was nothing we did not like even the cleaner were so polite.

Location was amazing. In the heart of the town and a quick walk to the Marina. Special mention to the staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

The photos did not reflect the hotel. Our room was a lot smaller than expected and did not look like any of the pictures. We were disappointed with the facilities on that front. Then the pool did not feel clean and was set out for a “boutique” hotel with the small number of sun loungers however the hotel its self was very big. For the price the breakfast was disappointing and not being able to sit on the so called “roof garden” apart from till 10. For the price the hotel did not reflect what we thought we were getting.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! Probablement l’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels nous ayons séjourné. Tout était parfait : équipements de grande qualité, personnel adorable et accueil irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, avec beaucoup de choix et d’excellents produits. L’hôtel est également idéalement situé à Prévéza, avec tout accessible à pied. Le parking est très pratique. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

A lovely hotel, situated in the heart of Preveza. It’s 20 minutes in a cab from the airport and steps away from the many shops, bars and restaurants in Preveza. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet. Our room was spacious and clean and we appreciated the free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and the daily bottles of water. Breakfast is served on the roof top and is varied - fruit, cereal, pastries etc. The hot food is limited but there is certainly enough choice for a light breakfast. Everyone working here is friendly and very helpful. We loved our stay and we look forward to staying here again.

It’s difficult to think of something to dislike about this lovely hotel. I’d say if you were thinking of a poolside holiday, you may be disappointed. The pool is lovely but small.

Το πάτωμα ετριζε, η πόρτα αν δεν την κλείδωνες δεν έκλεινε. Ζητήσαμε δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι δεν μας έδωσαν και δεν ήθελαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν λέγοντάς μας "δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι". Δεν έχει parking για όλους μόνο για τα πιο ακριβά δωμάτια λέγοντάς μας πάλι "δεν μπορώ να σας εξυπηρετήσω". Το πρωινό αδιάφορο πέρα από τους λουκουμάδες. Υπερτιμημένο για τα λεφτά του. Πληρώνεις μόνο την τοποθεσία...

Beautiful hotel and room. Lovely pool area, great location, moments from promenade/quayside with restaurants and bars. Short walk to a lovely beach. Really friendly staff and lovely balcony overlooking grounds. Excellent breakfast in the rooftop.

Το δωρεάν πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης ! Το εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου στον παλμό των γεγονότων, με ευρύχωρα και καθαρά δωμάτια, με κεντρικό air condition. Το πρωινό ήταν το αναμενόμενο για ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων , με τοπικά προϊόντα καλής ποιότητας.

It was in a great location. The young lady at the front desk was so accommodating to us, and she was very friendly!

I really liked the hotel's central location. It is within walking distance of the main shopping street, the promenade, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making for a very comfortable experience.

Although the hotel offers dedicated parking, it was not sufficient to accommodate all guests' cars. One evening, when we returned, there were no available parking spaces. I had to spend almost half an hour driving around the area before I found a place to park. In addition, the breakfast selection was quite limited and lacked variety. For a hotel in this category, I would have expected a wider range of options.

Ideal hotel for a short stay in Preveza. Close to the buzzing town centre and marina. Very helpful and accommodating staff. We really appreciated early access to our room. Good value.

a very nice hotel in a very good location, right next to the old town streets, cafes and restaurants, very nice and helpful staff. good breakfast with a nice view, though a little too hot.

our room was on second floor which was right under the breakfast area, it caused waking up early due to constant noise of dragging furniture above our heads. the room eas nice but the bathroom could really use renovation.

The room is small but more than enough for 2 people. Bathroom is modern and has so many facilities. Sleepers were so helpful. The breakfast made us so happy with eggs and preveza view on terrace. The fridge with water inside and nespresso machine with capsules were complimentary. The location is unique!

The only downside is parking. It is a big issue for the city itself. Prepare for this. The hotel has a parking place with limited spots. When We arrived, it was full. There is a near free parking area but it was full as well. We drove and could find a place at the end of the port, hardly. If you have big luggages, i recommend to leave them in the reception. You can drive in front of the hotel to leave your bags but you should be a careful driver as you have to drive backward to get out of the street. Other than, no complaints about the hotel.

The property was reasonably well kept. It was clean. The air conditioning was great and the beds comfortable. The pool was lovely. The reception staff were very helpful

When we checked in we were told we had been moved and the room was an upgrade. The room was ok but the view from the balcony was over a junk strewn back yard of a semi derelict house. I’m not sure what the original room was? Some basic maintenance was needed in the room. The soap basket coming off the wall in the bathroom for example.

За туристи, които обичат да се разхождат и посещават магазини е ок. Удобно за вечеря в многобройните кръчми в съседство. Климатикът работеше добре. Имаше немски и други международни птелевизионни програми. Асансьорът функционираше добре и беше достатъчен. Предоставяха кърпи за плажа и басейна. Имахме голяма тераса - стая 220. Всеки ден сменяха кърпите. Хотелът разполага с паркинг, което е предимство, но по принцип трудно побира всички коли и се налага да се обикаля из тесните улици с риск да си одраскаш колата, както и стана. По принцип дестинацията Превеза е повече за местни гръцки туристи, което епредимство, тъй като нямаше българи, както и да прозвучи. Поради това и цените са малко по-поносими, на фона на всеобщото поскъпване и в Гърция. Ако сте с автомобил може удобно и сравнително бързо да се посети Левката и дори Корфу. Близките плажове като Монолити и Канали са удобни и безплатни, разбира се срещу консумация, които е ок. В хотела имаше и басейн, който не ползвахме, поради наличието на автомобил и чудесни плажове на неголямо разстояние от града.

Стаята беше тясна и дълга, което е малко неудобно. В гардероба нямаше никакви регали и прегради за поставяне на дрехите. Закачалките недостатъчно. Паркингът като цяло беше ок, защото масто за паркиране в централната градска част е много трудно да се намери. При повече автомобили се оказваше недостатъчен недостатъчен. Закуската можеше да бъде по-разнообразна.

Great modern hotel in the town. Small pool but adequate

The location was exceptional.

Ligger i centrum, 2 min ner till hamnpromenaden. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Extra bra att man kunde låna cyklar gratis och ta sig snabbt till stranden, 5-7 min bort. Litet men trevligt poolområde.

Ingen torkställning trots två balkonger.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We always end up in Preveza as we love the seafood restaurants here. Staff were all great as ever. The receptionists are all so polite and helpful. George goes above and beyond to be around for pool towels, putting luggage into storage, ordering a taxi for the airport, sorting food orders around the pool etc. He works very hard and is always aware of what is needed by the guests. We were in the new part of the hotel where the rooms are lovely. Thank you Dioni for another great stay. I’m sure we will be back in the near future.

Prachtig hotel op een uitstekende locatie. Midden in het centrum van Preveza, op loopafstand van het strand! Mijn kamer was ruime en mooie met uitstekende airco en een ruime badkamer met een heerlijke waterval douche. Het zwembad was top! Net als de fitnessruimte met goede airco. Belangrijkste: de lieve medewerkers!

The hotel was well located , close to the marina and front. It was a nice room with outside space. It was well serviced.Breakfast on the roof terrace was really good as was the breakfast.

The pool was closed for the whole time and the bar never opened. It was early in the season but there were a good number of people staying.

Very comfortable stay following a week on a catamaran. Happy to have air conditioning and a big bed. It was also very nice to be able to spend the day poolside the day of check out while we waited for a later in the day flight. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

We liked Lefkada over Preveza. Wish there was a beach closer to the hotel.
