First day the guy at the reception just say here are your keys, you checked in online. He didnt tell nthg abt wifi, abt the breakfast, nothing at all. The mananger offered himself to help me to the room. Second day the guy at the bar was so rude i didnt know abt the breakfast, i asked and the answer was “ what so u mean by that, breakfast is there”. Very rude. I dont know if he was thensame gıy as thenfirst day.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Sheets on one side of the bed were wet when we went to lie down for a bit after arriving. I told reception said they'd have it sorted when we came back after an hour. It wasn't sorted had to ask again the lady owner was contacted she came and sorted it. There was no apology had to reiterate this is how we found it,

Das Frühstück war nicht adäquat: zu eng und zu laut für so viele Gäste, Personal unfreundlich, das Angebot unzureichend. Dass in einem italienischen Etablissement schon nach 1 Stunde keine Croissants übrig waren, ist inakzeptabel. Dafür viele Teller mit süßen Torten.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Convenient location, friendly staff……especially André and the young man who welcomed me on arrival. Well signposted, within a short walk of the Santo tram stop. The quirky artworks were fun. As a solo female traveller,I felt safe and secure . It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide range of options ( not just espresso and a croissant) Wifi was good.
There were a few mosquitoes at the time of my visit, but they kindly supplied a mossie repellant plug.

Piękny wystrój hotelu. Cicho i spokojnie. Jest klimatyzacja, suszarka do włosów i kapcie. Można zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu. Jak dla nas wszystko było na plus. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie i dziękujemy za miły pobyt.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Karaktervol artistiek hotel (met een hoek af waar je moet van houden), familiale sfeer, vriendelijk ontvangst, ruime kamer met goede airco, gezellige ontbijtplek op het terras achteraan het hotel, fijn ontbijt met streekproducten, veel zoetigheden maar ook yoghurt en fruit en heerlijke koffie.
Kleine lift en soms nog een tussentrapje te nemen, hotel is misschien minder ideaal voor wie echt minder goed te been is.

Abbiamo soggiornato in giorni caldi e umidi e in camera c’era qualche zanzara un po’ fastidiosa (tuttavia la struttura fornisce le macchinette da attaccare alla presa). Per il resto tutto bene.

STAFF: I'd like to commend Andrea for giving such gracious & warm welcome! He's very kind & informative. Thank you, Andrea! You're a star. FACILITIES: The bedroom's really clean, spacious with high ceiling, with a particular flair of art that's quite well-thought of, & the AC functions well. The bathroom's spotless & spacious as well & slippers & toiletries including shower caps are provided. The cleaning staff should be commended for doing their job well. LOCATION: PERFECT!✨ It's a couple of minutes walk to the Basilica of Saint Anthony, ca. 5 minutes to both the botanical garden and the famed Prato della Valle. (I recommend going there just before sundown for amazing photos.) The bus & tram stop going to and from the central station is a 3 min. walk. There are nice local restaurants, cafés, bakeries, mini-groceries & gelato shops nearby. One can also just walk leisurely to the town center as it's not far at all. Padova is such an underrated city and I loved every bit of my stay!❤️ P.S: There are art pieces everywhere in the hotel which is quite awesome!
Nothing really. The shower cubicle is a bit small for my liking but I kind of expected it. It's Italy afterall.🤭 But hey, there's a bidet so that compensates for the lack of space in the shower.

Завтрак мне показался достаточно дорогим, и на самом деле мы вышли и позавтракали в кафе рядом (30 метров), истратив денег более чем в 2 раза меньше по сравнению со стоимостью завтрака в отеле.

Das Personal ist unaufmerksam und konnte uns noch nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser bei Ankunft wie versprochen bringen. Man wird als Gast kaum wahrgenommen und auch so verabschiedet also gar nicht.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Siamo stati a Padova in occasione del concerto di Max Pezzali e ne abbiamo approfittato per visitare la città e fare un salto a Venezia. Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo hotel, è vicinissimo alla Basilica di Sant'Antonio e in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva al Prato della Valle e in pieno centro. L'hotel è davvero molto originale, ha un arredamento pieno di colori, dettagli artistici, quadri e mosaici che lo rendono unico. Pulitissimo e molto accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile, ci torneremo di sicuro! Un unico piccolo consiglio per la struttura, sarebbe perfetto aggiungere un mini frigo per tenere le bevande al fresco.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Familiengeführtes Hoten mit zentraler Lage neben der Basilika. Aussegewöhnlich nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir wurden extrem gut beraten, nett empfangen und erhielten Hilfe bei Kleinigkeiten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Handtücher flauschig. Klimatisierte Zimmer. Wir werden sicher noch mal kommen!
Kleines Bad, jedoch mit Bidet und Pflegeprodukten.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026La posizione è centralissima, a due passi dalla Basilica di Sant’Antonio. La pulizia era ottima e il personale accogliente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero incredibile. Inoltre l’albergo è dotato di ristorante.
Arrivando in treno in caso di bagagli pesanti meglio prendere un taxi, perché la presenza di sampietrini non rende agevole la traversata, che si fa a passo tranquillo in 20 minuti (senza bagagli)

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Sijainti oli erinomainen. Aamiainen oli poikkeuksellisen runsas ja sisälsi useita hyviä vaihtoehtoja. Henkilökunta oli miellyttävää ja auttavaista. Ympäristö nimensä mukaisesti taiteellinenja hot standardeista erottuva.
Huoneeni valaistus oli puutteellinen. Kaikki valaisimet eivät toimineet ja samoin pistorasioita oli vain kolme, joista vain yhdessä pystyin lataamaan puhelinta. Tämä pistorasia oli kylpyhuoneessa. Uskoisin, että sähkömies tekisi yhdessä päivässä tarvittavat korjaukset ja majoittujan olisi paljon miellyttävämpi ladata puhelinta esim sängyn vieressä ja jos vielä saisi valotkin päälle samaan aikaan

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to explore Padova. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home. One of the biggest advantages was the convenient parking located in the building—it was very easy to access and made traveling by car completely stress-free. The apartment was spotless, with exceptional cleanliness that really stood out. Everything was well maintained and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Padova and would happily stay here again!

Im Sommer nicht zu empfehlen. In den Räumen, v.a. in der obersten Étage sehr heiss. Klimaanlage kühlte nicht wirklich. Alles ziemlich alt und klapprig.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Uno de los pocos hoteles que sigue ofreciendo habitaciones para familias. Personal muy amable y servicial, nos ayudaron con un problema médico acompañándonos a la farmacia. Nos dejaron también una cuna para el bebé. Decoración peculiar, era interesante verla.
Días de mucho calor y la habitación era calurosa. Ducha son mampara y con niños se inundaba en servicio.
