The parking was charged extra, AND THE ENTRANCE TO THE SUB PARKING IS TOOOO NARROW AND STEEP, I HIT MY TRUCK ON THE WAY OUT AS IT WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE TRUCK OUT OF THAT HELL !!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, SHOULD WANR PEOPLE ABOUT IT!!!

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und sogar mit unserem Baby dort. Auf Wunsch wurde uns ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Alle waren sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. The jacuzzi in the room did not work. Also, the booking said complimentary airport transit and the driver charged me. When we called the hotel they did not honor the transportation that was included in the booking.

La cama asignada era demasiado pequeña a pesar de que la habitación decía que era para dos personas, era una cama semidoble y la habitación es pequeña. Aunque la atención de los empleados fue muy buena,pudimos observar como una persona,que al parecer es un jefe o superior de una trabajadora del hotel, la trató de manera grosera y con gritos, solo porque ella le preguntó "qué fecha es hoy" y este tipo de situaciones no deben presentarse en ningún trabajo así esa persona tenga mucha autoridad en el hotel, fue muy desagradable presenciar esa situación.
