Hotel est correct. Le décor est sympa.

Les prix au bar sont plus élevés qu’en Suisse.

Bien situé et familial.

Parking trop petit. Mon véhicule a été cabossé par un autre. La responsable qui dispose des numéros de plaques des clients + caméras, ne m'a jamais rappelé, malgré mes relances. Si vous tenez à votre véhicule, fuyez cet hôtel.

Nice hotel in the centre of town. Chalet feeling throughout with a lot of wood finishes adding to a very "wintery" vibe (stayed during summer). Good location in the centre of town. Breakfast is excellent with good variety. Parking onsite (free).

Whilst not an issue in winter, we stayed during a summer heatwave and the room has no AC. The beds are not the most comfortable - slightly worn. Service is the main let-down at this property, whilst friendly in general it was difficult to get any requests fulfilled. On arrival our room, despite being booked for 2 people, was only prepared for 1 person (singular towel, linen, slippers etc.) and despite multiple attempts to get the staff to rectify this it was never done during our two night stay.

Un accueil au top et un hôtel très bien situé dans la station. Mon kiffe : prendre un bon petit dej en terrasse ! Et quel bon petit dej !!!!

L’accueil, la décoration, le massage, c’est un endroit chaleureux dans lequel nous nous sommes senti bien.

Le repas au restaurant, devoir donner son menu à l’avance, alors que la qualité n’était absolument pas là (filet mignon aux morilles , ce n’était pas un filet mignon, il y avait deux morilles en tout, et pour tout la sauce inexistante, les pommes de terre farineuses, rien n’était bon). Aucun dédommagement de la part du personnel, du cuisinier ou des propriétaires lorsque nous l’avons relevé.. Le rapport qualité, prix du petit déjeuner trop excessif. De trouver deux hommes nus dans le spa, alors que ce n’est pas un spa nudiste.

L emplacement, la piscine et personnel très dévoués. . Très bon accueil à la réception. L hôtel a beaucoup de charme, esprit très familial. Très bon repas , cuisine fait maison. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end à l hôtel Macchi.

Het restaurant sloot op de avond dat we aankwamen. Het was einde ski seizoen. Heel spijtig. De parking is aan de kleine kant voor grote wagens.

las vistas y la amabilidad del personal. El desyuno es buenisimo! La ubicación es muy buena, a 2 minutos del autobus de las pistas.

Everything, it's super beautiful, every details. Staff is super nice. Facilities are all you need to have a perfect moment. Breakfast is amazing. Stunning pool and spa. Rooms are beautifully decorated, beds super comfortable. Location is perfect. View of the mountain is incredible.

Nous avons apprécié le coin salon/ bar près de la cheminée…. Très cocooning !

J’ai trouvé très dommage de prendre une planche de saumon mariné et de recevoir du pain dur en accompagnement !! Cela gâche un peu le moment.

Location, staff, food, room size. They even have a shuttle taking the guest to the sky slopes - as we had our stay during ski season. The spa center is a big +.

Different bathroom habits from what we are used to…. not having a bathroom door (just a curtain) was a bit stressful. Luckily the toilet had a door. :)

Hotel, facilities, location and staff were superb. I visited with some friends, but will be back with my family next year for sure.

The staff are the kindest and friendliest - always getting out of their way to accommodate! The fire place with the pool table was so cosy that we spent all our evenings there .

We were unlucky with the view from our room and terrace as most rooms on all sides have a view on the mountains but we were above the entrance and could see the supermarket (and it’s lights at night) :(

La salle de sport n’a pas été rénovée depuis 2 ans, il ne faudrait pourtant pas beaucoup de frais pour qu’elle soit acceptable Dommage Pourtant l’espace piscine sauna hammam est top et bien entretenu
