Reviewed Aug 2, 2026El apartamento está bien equipado y la ubicación es buena, ya que está cerca de la playa y tiene una parada de autobús cercana. Además, hay un Mercadona a unos 10 minutos andando.
Hay una discoteca alemana al lado que está de fiesta durante todo el día y parte de la noche, por lo que el ambiente que rodea esa zona no es de lo mejor.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant. Il est à proximité de la plage. Le petit-déjeuner dans l'hôtel partenaire est excellent.
Il s'agit de la deuxième expérience à Jade, et celle-ci est moins bonne que la première. En effet, La présence d'Allemands irrespectueux a un peu gaché notre expérience. Ces derniers sont bruyants, ne respectent pas les consignes aux abords de la piscine, mettent la musique très fort. Enfin, un allemand, sans doute ivre, a volontairement montré ses parties génitales depuis son balcon (chambre 2090, le 4 juillet) aux personnes à la piscine, personne ne l'a remarqué mis à part nous, et le surveillant de piscine, sur son téléphone, ne l'a pas vu.

The whole area is a sort of German area. People expect you to speak German, there a lot of drank German people (in most cases they are harmless). The biggest problem were beer bars around hotel with loud music and songs from 10 am until night (non stop). The hotel itself is very quiet but you can hear all the music from the street

Die Handtücher waren mit ein paar Flecken versehen. Nach der zimmerreinigung fanden wir unsere Klamotten lieblos im Kleiderschrank in der hintersten Ecke (nicht zusammengelegt) wieder. Unsere Bad Utensilien wurden auch allesamt in den Kulturbeutel zurück gelegt, die wir am Abend auseinander klamüsern mussten.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Die Lage war für einen Partyurlaub perfekt!! Am Pool hört man dezent die Musik vom Bierkönig und hat dann gleich wieder Lust zu feiern. Rezeption war super freundlich/Hilfsbereit und hat den Aufenthalt richtig angenehm gemacht! Konnten bei früher Anreise das Gepäck abstellen und am Abreisetag noch den ganzen Tag (bis abends) den Pool kostenlos benutzen.
Das einzig negative war die „Poolöffnungszeit“ ab 11Uhr morgens… könnte gerne 1-2h früher öffnen.

Maybe a few more plates and utensils needed. No plug in kitchen sink.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt hinter dem Bierkönig, aber man hört nichts. Die Appartements sind groß mit einer kleinen Küchenecke. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für einen Kurzurlaub würde ich immer wieder das Jade buchen.
Die Betten sind sehr hart und das Kissen ist zu klein und dünn, aber das ist ja leider in den meisten Hotels so.

We love everything about this hotel but the absolute best parts are the shower (unlimited hot water with amazing pressure) and the front desk staff. Dennis, Marian and Andreas are all delightful and provide outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Andreas for being so extraordinarily helpful and kind.
No complaints at all and we can’t wait to return to Mallorca and stay here again!

Super comfy beds with great pillows, fabulous shower with lots of hot water, excellent pressure, a free-flowing drain and handy shower gel/shampoo dispenser. Lots of vanity space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Daily towel change. Heating/AC unit worked great. Super clean apartment. Strong wifi. Lots of electrical outlets to charge devices. Easy check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff (Andreas was especially helpful), fast elevator, convenient street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to the beach. Super convenient location to drive to any part of the island. If staying here, don’t miss seeing the Cristal Church (“La Porciunculat” / “La Iglesia de Cristal”) which is only an 8-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the apartment.
Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers!

Etablissement situé dans un quartier peuplé à 95 % d'allemands de tous âges, tatoués de la tête aux pieds, buvant bières sur bières du petit déjeuner jusque tard dans la nuit, aucune discrétion, bars monstrueux à quelques mètres de l'établissement, on vous parle en allemand partout : bref l'Espagne est absorbée et envahie ! La chambre, au confort limité, n'est doté que d'un nécessaire cuisine réduit au strict minimum, la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas, pas de machine à café, ménage très limité, balcons en vis à vis où l'on découvre tous les voisins en train de boire sans soif. Bref un lieu à éviter absolument !
