ビジネスホテルなのでユニットバスなのは仕方ないのだが、ユニットバスのドアノブの位置が悪い。 トイレを済ませて立ち上がるとドアノブに頭がぶつかるのだけはいただけない。

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026富山名産の黒造り（イカの塩辛）や昆布などが付く朝食を美味しくいただいた。部屋はやや狭いが便利で必要十分かつ機能的でした。富山駅からは4分〜5分程度の距離にあり、平坦な道なので移動は楽でした。近隣にコンビニエンスストアが2件あり便利です。宿泊数分のペットボトルの水が用意してあり助かりました。

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026フロントスタッフが皆親切で感じがいい。 事前に高層階の部屋を希望したら最上階の14階の部屋のしてくれた。窓からの眺めが良くて最高でした！
朝食込みのプランにしたが以前泊まった他のAPAのようにホテルの朝食レストランではなく1Fのイタリアン酒場だったため量も少なく種類もあまりなく和食が多くあまり和食が好きではない私には食べるものが少なかった。

客室が多いのにランドリールームとは言えない。洗濯機、乾燥機とも1台しかなく上の階から2階迄の確認に行かなくてはならず、結局洗濯出来なかったです。 タオル交換、部屋の掃除と自己申告制。不便を感じました。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Location is good. Just a bit off from the station. Restaurant all around. Had a washer and dryer. Breakfast is basic and if you're not for that, breakfast outside of the hotel are readily available.
Temperature in the lobby was a bit warm (hot summer day) can be cooler. Just an observation.

Siamo state svegliate nel cuore della notte da un allarme rivelatosi successivamente antincendio, purtroppo è stato dato solo in giapponese, fortunatamente è stato un falso allarme ma se fosse stato vero non saremmo qui a scrivere questa recensione. L'hotel accoglie ospiti anche internazionali perciò sarebbe opportuno che le comunicazioni importanti venissero date anche in inglese. Ne va della vita della clientela!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026初日に入浴した時，風呂の栓を抜いて排水したところ，排水口からお湯が溢れて部屋の中まで流れてく感じで大変でした。排水状況の点検をせずに顧客を入室させるのはアパホテルのポリシーとして如何なものでしょうか？ 後日支配人から「ご迷惑をおかけしたのでカレーを如何ですか？」と言われて，これもまたビックリ！ 帰りがけに私の名刺をフロントスタッフに手渡ししました。（私のメールアドレスも書かれていたので支配人から何等のメールが来ると思って！） しかし，何の連絡もありませんでした。これはたぶん「日常茶飯事」なのでしょうかね？

Reviewed May 28, 2026The location. It was close to both my meeting centre as well as Toyama railway station.
I stayed on 7th floor of the hotel in a non smoking room. However, the corridor was always filled with the smell of tobacco smoke. The smell was so strong that it infiltrated into my room too. On one day there was a fire alarm in the middle of the night, which turned out to be a false alarm. Given that there were old people as well as foreigners staying in the floor, it would have been better if the hotel staff would use both Japanese and English for the announcement.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Hotel is very close to Toyama Station. Plenty of food and convenience stores close by. Ice machine and microwave available and trouser press but that didn’t work. Staff friendly and helpful.
Room was very small for a Double room. No room to open a suitcase except on the bed. Bathroom tub is super small and very high walks. Difficult to get into and out of for elderly. Room aircon had a mind of it's own would blow super cold then hot at strange times during the night. Bed mattress was sagged on on side as you sit on the bed to use the table and the mattress needed to be turned. The pillows were horrible and hard with no give at all. Checking behind the bed shows no cleaning has been done under it for many weeks. Carpets were dusty and dirty. Room only made up every 3 days.

Reviewed May 7, 2026【ロケーション】 ・富山駅から徒歩5分の立地で、スーツケースを持って向かっても問題ありませんでした ・近くにコンビニや有名なお寿司屋さんがあり、日用品の購入や名産グルメに困りまでんでした 【接客】 ・チェックイン、アウトの説明も丁寧でどちらも簡潔に済ませることができました ・同伴者が軽いケガをした際にフロントに相談したところ、応急処置に使える道具を貸してくださいました
良くなかった点はありませんが、あえて挙げるなら大浴場・温泉があると嬉しいと思いました。

Reviewed May 5, 2026駅に近くて食事にも買い物にも便利。バスツアーで大谷を観光したかったので、色々と都合が良かった。スタッフの皆さんはマナーもよく、親切でいい感じでした。また、部屋は清潔で安心して過ごせました。
バスルームでちょっと生乾き的な匂いがしたこと。どこから聞こえてくるのかよくわからなかったけれど機械的な異音がしたことなどが残念でした。あと、朝食は大阪梅田のAPA hotel & resortが良かったので期待してしまいましたが、そもそも料金が違いますね。納得はしています。
