Die Beschreibung von Expedia das diese Unterkunft trotz barrierefreier Zimmer keinen Fahrstuhl hat ist falsch! Das Hotel hat einen Fahrstuhl sodass die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken auch barrierefrei erreichbar sind. Wegen der fehlerhaften Angabe von Expedia buchte ich ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, hier war die Aussicht leider nicht so schön. Trotz Lage an einer Bundesstraße liegt das Hotel schön ruhig im Grünen. Das Frühstück ist eher originell als konventionell aber gut wenn man's mag. Das wenige Personal räumt eher ab als das es nach legt. Dafür ist das Personal an der Rezeption sehr engagiert den Gast zufriedenzustellen was ihnen sehr gut gelingt. Allerdings fehlen im Zimmer Informationen zum Aufenthalt (wie z. Bsp. zur Heizungsbedienung) komplett was Nachfragen an der Rezeption überhaupt erst nötig macht. 2-3 Sätze auf dem Schlüsselkartenheftchen zu Frühstückszeiten und Auschecken und ein QR-Code darauf sind eher modern denn persönlich, dabei hat das Hotel eine sehr schöne Broschüre von sich - im Internet als PDF. Warum nicht gedruckt im Zimmer? Insgesamt war ich dennoch zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt, für die fehlerhaften Informationen von Expedia kann das Hotel nichts und an dem Anderen kann man noch arbeiten, immerhin gibt es in der Lobby Informationsmaterial.

Nice albeit small double room. Hearing wasn’t working so night was quite cold.

This hotel has some wonderful features, such as the tea and coffee stations with water (available 24/7), cookies and candy, and a very eco-friendly commitment. Also, a few steps from a bus station, and - the best part - we were able to rent e-bikes! We rode 92km in a day! However, our room was a bit dated, and the layout of the building is a bit challenging for luggage and handicap access. It is an old property and they do the best they can with it, but you feel like you're going up and down steps a lot.

The hotel staff whether it be check-in or kiychen/bar staff were exceptional. Very warm and approachable. The only compldint would be that the room fekt cold, but this was addressed with an additional blanket.

Diese Unterkunft ist sehr schön.Tolles Personal und Praktisch wenn man zur Therme möchte 2min mit dem Pkw erreichbar .

Vier große Insekten im Zimmmer / Bad, die Heizung im Bad hat nicht funktioniert (Luft), der Haltegriff in der Dusche war lose, die Duschkabine ist sowieso schon sehr klein, wird aber durch den Haltegriff und die vorgesetzte Mischerbatterie nochmal enger. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, die Fenster kaum zugänglich. Sonst war's eigentlich OK. Aber für den Preis von 94€ ohne Frühstück überteuert, Das Frühstück für 17,50 habe ich mir verkniffen - nix wie weg. Im Hotel gibt es nichts, außer eine Bar im Haupthaus, ich war im abgesetzten Klostergebäude und Im Ort gibt es auch keine Infrastruktur (laut freundlicher Rezeption).

Nice hotel, great restaurant, awesome garden!

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente und freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war ein wenig klein (Einzelzimmer), aber das Bett war sehr bequem. Leider fehlte der Föhn im Zimmer, aber er wurde von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter gebracht. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die neue Bar/Restaurant mit toller Terrasse. Wirklich schön und großzügig designed!! Auch die Möglichkeit Tee und Kaffee jederzeit zu bekommen ist großartig. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

It was okay. The bed was hard and I had to walk in the dark through the parking lot alone. I thought I would be in the main hotel.

While the room was large enough, the building where the room was is a bit of a walk from the main desk. Butt there is a nice coffee machine downstairs from the rooms. Parking is plentiful. And it is just a short drive to Soesterberg and the surrounding villages/towns.

Des chambres certes petites mais propres dans un bâtiment historique en plein milieu d'un immense parc. Environnement très calme et reposant. Nous avons bien apprécié le café et thé à volonté avec des petits gâteaux dans le lobby

Well organised place to stay for a conference. Friendly staff, excellent restaurant, free coffee, tea and biscuits all day round. Hotel rooms are small but adequate. Comfortable beds. Nearby Spa at walking distance.

Rustig hotel op mooie ligging. Eenpersoonsbedden zijn krapjes maar slapen verder prima. Het hoofdkussen zou wat beter kunnen. Prima voor een kort verblijf!

Very confortable room. I got unlucky for the parking BTW, they were under construction taht day. The day after it turns to normal. The breakfast is good!

Ehemaliges Kloster bestimmt das Ambiente. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, toll der endlose Kaffe-Tee-Wasserservice. TV und Heizung schwach. Das Zimmer sehr sauber, Einrichtung nett aber schlicht. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

The room was on the small side but we expected that as this used to be a monastry. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fairly small too, but it had a nice walk in shower. Coffee and tea facilities in a modern and light, pleasant (shared) sitting area. Very friendly staff. Checking out during the week was 9.30, which was a bit early for us. The girl at the reception said to mention this next time and they would see if they could change it. We did not have time for breakfast but the breakfast room looked light and pleasant, also there was an outside terrace. Price 13 euros. We did not use the restaurant either but meals were served from 18.00-21.00 during weekends, no evening meals during the weekend, just breakfast. Nearby is an Mc Donald in case you are desperate:) We will certainly return to this hotel!

This is a very nice hotel. The room is rather small but very clean.

Mijn ouders hebben maar 1 dag gelogeerd bij het hotel. Ze vonden er erg vriendelijke mensen en heel correct.

Prijs - kwaliteit: acceptabel maar daar is het mee gezegd. De kamer is erg eenvoudig. Ook verouderd. Ellendig wordt het als er grote groepen mensen ( busladingen vol) verblijven die er een andere levenshouding op na houden. Resultaat: herrie op de gang, aanhoudend gesmijt met deuren om 6.30 uur, luide gesprekken op de gang ‘s avonds laat. Ontbijt was ok.

Ik zou hier zeker terug naar toe gaan. Het hotel is karakteristiek, schoon en sfeervol. Eten en bediening uitstekend. In-en uitchecken gaat zeer vlot. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding ook goed. Een aanrader!

Een prima hotel een aanrader. Vooral de louche was heel fijn en de koffie en thee faciliteiten zijn top.

Altijd vriendelijk personeel. Praktisch ingericht met vele leuke hoekjes waar je een kop koffie of thee kunt drinken. Ook de maaltijden ontbijt, lunch en diner zijn fijn, netjes en smakelijk geregeld. Rekening houden met gluten kunnen ze ook.

A overall clean,comfortable hotel with outdoor terrace and woodland.Excellent tea and coffee which is free with very crunchy,tasty biscuits 🍪 Staff very helpful and professional.Restaurant and bar area very relaxing.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay 👍

Great hotel in a very interesting building. Staff was super friendly and helpful; we even got a tour of the old church the next morning.

Nice hotel with its own style. Clean rooms, great amenities (free coffee, cookies, apples, nice library, lovely garden) and very friendly staff. As we arrived late, it was not possible to turn on the heater and the room was cold, but this issue was perfectly solved by the hotel management after all.
