Biggest turn off was the disgusting kids pool area which is the area we are most excited to see. There were feces floating in the water, moss everywhere and rust on some equiment. The dinner was underwelming for the asking price and did not even serve soft drinks just water. The tables and chairs on the room balcony was rusted and some areas dirrty like never been cleaned

1. لا يستطيع الفندق تحمل الزحمة .. حيث أن أغلب الأخطاء تقع اثناء امتلاء الفندق بالنزلاء .. ويبدأون في التأخر لتلبية طلبك. 2. كما أنهم دفعوني مبلغ عندما طلبت ماء إضافي (لأول مرى أرى فندقل يأخذ مبلغا على الماء) 3. بوفيه الإفطار يحتاج إلى تنوع أكثر وأفضل. 4. النت بطيء جدا. 5. أحيانا يغلقون الباب المؤدي من البهو إإلى المسبح ويفتحون بابا آخر من خلال بار .. تخيلوا زوجتي و الأطفال يمشون هناك وسط البار للذهاب إلى المسبح.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026الجانب الذي لم يعجبني هو صعوبة توفير خدمة شحن للسيارة الكهربائية، حيث واجهنا بعض التحديات في الوصول إلى نقطة الشحن واستخدامها، ولم تكن التجربة بالمستوى المتوقع من حيث سهولة الاستخدام والتنظيم. أتمنى تحسين هذه الخدمة مستقبلًا وتوفير آلية أكثر وضوحًا وسهولة لضيوف الفندق الذين يستخدمون السيارات الكهربائية.

The food was very cold in the dinner and the breakfast. The Rooms we requested for baby crib also arrangements for anniversary and we didn’t find any. Also in the room towels were not available until we requested for it several times. When we came for the check-in we waited in the queue for 1 hour and 45 mins.

You will see the profits and the number of bookings that will come to the hotel, as there is no loss because it's the same room and the same usage. They will manage the sleeping arrangements, and they will be happy if I lend them an extra bed for only 5 Omani Riyals. They will request two. Reviewed Aug 27, 2026اعجبني طاقم العمل وخاصة الاخ حيدر العجمي لم يتأخر معنا في المساعدة عند تسجيل الدخول وايضا اختار لنا غرفتين في موقع ممتاز مطل على البحر. وكذلك طاقم العمل كانوا الجميع متعاون معنا. الغرف نظيفة وبها كل الاحتياجات . يوجد مسابح وألعاب مائية وفعاليات بالفترة المسائية. كانت الاقامة ممتازة واستثنائية برفقة العائلة.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The room is basic but you have everything you need. On the positive side we had a beautiful view. The Ac was working fine. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was good. My 8 year old daughter loves the water slides here and that's the main reason we go to this hotel regularly. The breakfast is fine and we lucked out with the dinner during our stay as it was an Asian night.

The room service was very slow, requested for towels, they turned up after an hour. On day 1 we got to the hotel a bit later so missed the dinner half board it was not compensated with anything else at all. The receptionist at the time loved saying the word "No" to any requests we had.

بداية يجمعون اغراض النزلاء في رولي واحد لدينا أغراض تاثرت حقائب صغيره وبعض المأكولات خسرناها بس سوء نقل الأمتعة الغرف غير مفروشة والفراش ومناشف الاستحمام قديمة سخان الماء لا يعمل لتسخين ماء القهوة وطلبت اخر ولا في اجابة منهم الأسواء من هذا قبل الخروج ب4 ساعات ونحن نائمين الرسبشن يتصل بالغرفه يذكرنا بالخروج الساعه 12 وهذه اول مره تحصل لي في اي اقامة بحياتي جهزت للخروج الساعة 11:50 واتصل 6 مرات بالاستقبال عشان رولي نقل الاغراض وانتضرتهم إلى بعد الساعه 1 وشيء

لم تعجبني مكان الغرفة كانت ف طابق الخامس. ع اساس مقابل الحديقة ولكن عندما تشاهد من شرفه اسفل مطبخ وعمال وشاحنات

تجهيز الغرفة وخاصة الأدوات الصحية قبل دخول المقيم للغرفة..
