Location with bus stop and food court nearby.

Location because it is between Eunos and Payar Lebar train stations. That means not convenient if you need train. Super small room. Have difficulty opening and accessing the bathroom door because it is so close to the bed.

Walk about 10-15 minutes to the nearest MRT station. Very convenient in terms of having nearby restaurants and small shops. Room is clean. Room price is affordable.

I really enjoyed my week-long stay at hotel venue classic. The staff were incredibly friendly, I was attended to by Alph, Jeff and Malik throughout my stay. The hotel is at a great location as it was close to a 24hr hawker center, convenience store, laundromat, a short walk to the paya lebar train station and had several different bus stops nearby. This was a great affordable option for my first time Singapore, and I plan to stay again next time I visit.

Room whilst small was well maintained and modern. Location is ideal very close to many cafes and food outlets. Walking distance to MRT, plenty of buses nearby.

Room size is challenge with very little hanging space. We had a bit of luggage but managed to work it out over the 8 day stay

En transit entre Europe et indonesie, nous avons décidé durant cette longue escale avant notre vol du lendemain matin de visiter Singapour. Le personnel nous a expliqué où aller. L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du métro. Nous n'avons pas pris l'option petit déjeuner (vol à 7h). Parfait pour une nuit.

Alph, the host with the most. He was extremely helpful with everything, from giving up tips and tricks, to commute, to wanting to findout what we had in store for the day and guiding us through. Toh kept our room extremely clean and Jeff was really kind and helpful all evening. The rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, the location had eateries and the morning bus stop was close by. For the money and country, this was value for my money.

For Singapore standards, this was really worth the money. Since I got a room with a window, I kept wondering if the window was one way since they use blackout blinds, which made the room a little dark for my liking during the day

Hotel Classic by Venue is a great place to stay for a stopover in Singapore. It’s close to the airport but in an interesting part of town and also near a metro station. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Amazing and helpful staff. Good clean rooms. Bus stop is only like 5 mins away and Singapore has very good public transportation. We didn't face any issues travel-wise.

The "make up room" indicator light was out. The button itself worked fine—it just didn't show the status light from inside the room. Honestly, it was such a minor issue that we didn't even bother mentioning it to the staff, and sure enough, the room was cleaned when we pressed it and checked the sign from the outside while leaving 😅. The metro station is a 15-minute walk away, which feels like forever in the 30°C heat with zero shade for half the route!

フロントのCaroleさんはとても親切で、ユーモラスな人だった。近くのスーパーの情報なども教えてくれたほか、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりにも親切に対応してくれた。部屋も清潔だった。スリッパが用意されていたのがよかった。トイレットペーパーがないのには驚いたが、設置されたティッシュが流せるタイプだったので十分だった。

部屋が狭い。トリプルルームだとスーツケースが開けられない。トイレのペーパーが特殊であることの説明がなかったので、戸惑った。フロントで聞いたが満足のいく回答が得られなかったので、自分たちで解明するしかなかった。

De kamer was klein maar proper, de badkamer was ook oke, ik wist niet dat het een kamer zonder raam was en dat viel een beetje tegen maar vermits we hier maar 1 nacht waren was dat niet zo'n groot probleem.

The room was pokey.. one could barely swing a cat in it. I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

The staff were excellent, particularly Alph and Toh. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always very helpful.

We were on the second floor and experienced a fair deal of traffic and street noise during the night

Room was a little small but ok for one person. Room attendance sometime missed cleaning certain area in the bathroom. Location was fantastic, easy access to public transportation and abundance of good local food outlets.

There's no proper pick-up and drop-off point, especially on arrival when there is luggage to be unloaded.

Personál byl opravdu vstřícný a nápomocný při plánování výletů v rámci Singapuru. Pokoje jsou moderně zařízené. Oceňujeme filtrovanou pitnou vodu, která tekla přímo z kohoutku. Rozhodně bychom se zde ubytovali znovu.

We arrived at the hotel little ealier than checking in time but they could manage for us to check in. They were very helpful and kind. There is Fairprice supermarket close to the hotel and you can find Hawkers just a few minuts to walk.

The staff, especially Alph and Malik were exceptional. Alph was very helpful and kind, he helped us extend our stay due to flight delay and provided excellent supported for our family group of 6 people. Malik kept the rooms impeccable and is very friendly. Thanks and will stay again.

Its a classic looking building nice area surrounding it very clea and quite neighborhood. Close to MRT Paya Lebar and bus station that give you access to all touristy areas ( the mrt is like 10-12min walk not that close if you have luggage ).

I had my bidet hose rupture by itself when i was out on the first day informed the reception and told me will be fixed next day. Next day i reminded them again told me will fix it came back night still not fixed unfortunately.

Reasonably close to Payar Lebar Metro station and mall so an easy hotel to reach by MRT from the airport. A comfortable bed at a reasonable price for Singapore.

The room is very small but I also know that is to be expected in Singapore.

L'accueil du personnel et leur aide (Carole et Alph), l'emplacement très proche d'un grand marché. Quartier populaire très propre et sûr. La chambre (sans fenêtre) est très calme, aucun bruit. La literie était confortable. Propreté parfaite de la chambre. Très bon choix pour une escale d'une nuit.

Surprise, la chambre sans fenêtre ! La salle de bains très petite mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Amazing location - easy to reach from the airport, right on the road from were each bus will take you to the center, also close to metro (15 min walk). It’s a very authentic area with lots of food options (both more « local » as food stalls as well as westernized with avocado toast and flat whites). Very good cleaning, great staff.

Be prepared to have a super small room without any option to open the window and window blinds. I felt really trapped. It’s constantly dark because of the window blinds and you cannot really get any fresh air from the street. Also without certain room rearrangement you will have issues to fit your luggage: as a couple with two big backpacks we had to be creative.

Otel ana caddeye çok yakın, tüm otobüsler otelin olduğu caddeden geçiyor, metro çok yakın, havalanı otobüsü otele çok yakın yolda geçiyor. Odalar çok temiz, her gün nevresim ve havluları değişir. Çalışanları çok güler yüzlü. Banyo, tuvaletleri çok temiz ve konforlu.

All the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. The transition was smooth and well organised, and the excellent service made the experience pleasant and stress-free..

The only concern was the late check-in time. Although the staff were exceptional, an earlier check-in, such as 10:00 am, even with a small additional fee, would greatly benefit guests travelling long distances.

The directions on booking.com took me to a different hotel. I then had to walk around the block to find it. The hitel was fine, just nothing special stood out.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Super friendly staff and the room was modern and clean. If you have suitcases there’s not much space to open it but that’s normal for this city. Especially given the price we were very pleased with our stay
