Es la primera vez que voy a villavicencio siendo justo pues la cuidad como tal la ubicación es algo retirada del centro el transporte colectivo tarda demasiado les recomiendo uber 100% se va la luz osea energía eléctrica casi todos los dias se fue ya eso no es culpa del hotel es mas por el servicio gubernamental llovió mucho por ende no es culpa de ellos tampoco el restaurante tiene comida en la noche pero no hay variedad

La cancelación de la habitación sin posibilidad de ayudarnos siendo un fin de semana festivo.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Nos quedamos en la suite familiar y estaba muy limpio y ordenando. Tiene grandes ventanas con vista al jardín y la piscina. Nos recibieron muy bien. Cuandi nos fuimos no alcanzamos a desayunar entonces nos dieron frutas para llevar.
Sería maravilloso si el jacuzzi tuviera agua caliente :)

Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y cuando entramos habitación tenía olor a cigarrillo. En el baño nos tuvieron que cambiar la toma de la ducha porque se salía todo el agua. No hay mucho espacio o repisas dónde poner las cosas.

No volvería, para comenzar la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, ducha caliente, nevera, el tv no servía, pese a que son servicios básicos de cualquier hotel, y solo te avisan cuando ya hiciste la reservacion y si intentas cancelar no te dejan o te cobran todo completo. El recepcionista es super pedante, el resto del personal es bien. El desayuno es básico. La entrada y salida del lugar es muy incomoda, es un porton, hay que estar timbrando y esperando a que te abran, si es de noche te puedes demorar esperando. Realmente para lo que vale la habitación, hay muchas mejores opciones, no solo mas economías, sino mas equipadas.

Special thanks to Mrs. Nubia, Zayra and Sebastián, they were really wonderful to us, they even gave us tips for tourism around the area. The spa session was really healing for me. Going during a low season was perfect, I even had the swimming pool just for myself.
I think the rooms and linen need some renewal, specially the bathroom.

The staff looked after us really well and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, plus kitchen made an effort to create vegetarian meals. The water pump broke down for 2 days, which meant certain parts of the hotel were without water. However hotel did everything possible to enable showers at requested times of the day.

the shower in the villa Ángela (family room) was not working properly since the moment we arrive, we reported and no one gave a solution to the problem. it was leaking water all night and we had difficulties to take a shower. we had to take care of the problem ourselves to be able to sleep. manger kept saying that there was no maintenance crew available which was increíble for this 4 star hotel.the manager did not want to compensate our inconveniences at the time of checkout neither changed our room. he just said “Que pena” ( I am sorry). for the money we paid and the general tourism courtesy, we found the management of the issue very innapropiate

The pool is deeper than most kids can stand (although with a very shallow border area toddlers can wade in), but the two jacuzzi tubs (one that they heat at night) offered another comfortable space to hang out. They should upgrade their small playground, and that would provide another nice kid space, but overall, very nice!

The breakfast size was small and we had to get out to find something else to eat and the water for the hot tub was blocked so we had to wait until the receptionist came to open it. Otherwise it was pretty nice.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2022This beautiful property is located in the middle of lush gardens with a large swimming pool. The property compound has excellent security, and the staff is helpful. We stayed in a nicely decorated and very comfortable junior suite with a huge balcony. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. The only drawback was that our room was quite noisy due to the fact that it was located near a high traffic road.
