Everything. Not once was the bed changed notice they only had one change of clean bedding that took half the wardrobe. Staff unfriendly, call downstairs to ask for something they are unhappy about having to get up from the coach to go to the desk and pick up the phone do not come up to your room to deliver toilet roll when asked for more. Mould in room and windows and shower rod. For the price you’re paying not worth it. Am not expecting 5 star but this is sold to be better than staying in a commercial hotel like ibis but please just stay there it’s the same experience you will get but cheaper

Maybe the shampoo was not my favourite but since I am particular about my hair I should just learn to bring my own shampoo :P

The hot water in the bathroom was turned off due to pipe being fixed in the immediate area.. and streets around d the Hotel As it was a holiday on Sunday nothing could be fixed before I checked out.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026El hotel es pequeño, clasico con moqueta. Las habitaciones no son amplias mas bien justitas, limpieza buena en la misma. El barrio es tranquilo con bastantes restaurantes y con un parada de metro a cinco minutos para poder moverte por todo París. En la recepción tiene una maquina de agua fria gratuita que te llenas tu las botellas ( en agosto es necesario). Cumple con los requisitos de tener un lugar para descansar para visitar Paris. Hay que destacar el precio, fue de lo más barato que encontré cerca de Porte Maillot que era donde debia coger el autobus para el aeropuerto de Beavois.
El desayuno es un Petit desajoneur, es un pequeño desayuno. No esperes un buffet bestial. Por lo demás me pareció todo correcto y cumplió con lo que se pretendia.

Okropne śniadanie, jajecznica z proszku, nieświeża wędlina, ogórki i pomidory stare. Bardzo mały wybór I wszystko najtańsze i nieświeże. Szczerze mówiąc nigdy nie spotkałam się z gorszym śniadaniem. Zatruliśmy się z partnerem. Hotel jest na serio fajnym miejscem, nie rozumiem jak można doprowadzić do takiego zaniedbania.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Reception staff were nice, friendly and approachable. The location is just outside of the city centre but the metro station is close by and takes less than 10mins to be in the heart of Paris. The bed was decent.
My stay was ruined when I found a large bed bug in my room on the headboard (room was on the 6th floor). I immediately went downstairs to reception and asked for another room. The young lady at reception was friendly and apologetic. The hotel manager was almost dismissive and made me feel like I was being a burden. I was given a new room. The new room could have been cleaner, the bathroom was clean but the actual room could have done with a more thorough clean. The floor and skirting board were dusty and had crumbs. The curtains were old and ripped and the room was in need of a general makeover. There is only so much paint can cover. The shower was also slow to drain. The hotel needs an overall makeover (reception sofas are old and stained, breakfast area feels like a school canteen), it looks tired and old definitely not 4star quality. I was unable to feel comfortable at this hotel due to the bed bug issue I experienced when I got there.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Круглосуточно и постоянно на рецепшене есть дежурный, в холле автомат с питьевой водой, как простой, так и газированной.В номер эту воду можно брать в специальных стеклянных бутылях, при возвращении их моют и чистые всегда в доступе.очень хорошая система кондиционирования, не шумит и не дует, температуру регулирует плавно. В номере есть миничайник, и кофемашина.Вкусные завтраки, все время пополняются соки и продукты, есть большой выбор сыров. Номер был на первом этаже, но улица,куда выходили окна, очень тихая. Не было никаких насекомых. Слышимость низкая, и соседей не слышно практически. Выезд из номера до 11, но можно оставить багаж в отдельном запираемом помещении, багаж перед этим маркируют, и доступ в помещение только у персонала. В холле есть кондиционер, кресла и столики, кофе и круассаны.красивое оформление. Близко метро, да и пешком недалеко до центра и главных достопримечательностей.Множество вокруг магазинов с приемлимыми ценами, ресторанчиков, недалеко Сена для вечерней прогулки.из минусов- электронные ключи часто разряжаются, но персонал их обновляет без проблем

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Le personnel - une équipe polie, accueillante et serviable. Petit bouilloire dans la chambre - un petit plus qui va loin. C’était propre ! Shampooing et apres-schampooing c’est agréable.
Il manquait des yaourts naturels au petit déjeuner et on pourrait avoir d’autres pains.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Location was nice - lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and a market. Hotel was clean - rooms were clean and air conditioned. My room had a balcony, which was an extra bonus! Staff are amazing - Treated us with utmost respect, polite and friendly, especially receptionist Eric.

- douche qui fuit - chambre très petite et très peu confortable pour deux personnes. - petit dejeuner pas top : viennoiseries de la veille. Nous avons été malade après le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons donc pas faut le deuxième jour.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Het bed was prima. De omgeving heeft een fijne franse vibe en is erg rustig. Je bent wel dichtbij het centrum. Het is omgeven met leuke winkels en restaurantjes.
Het ontbijt is vreselijk. Zou je aanraden lekker buiten het hotel bij een lokale bakker te gaan zitten.
