The staff are friendly, professional and polite. They are always a minute away to serve you. My experience at this place was good. Unfortunately, the premium room which I was staying did not have any windows which preventing natural light in. There is one light that could not go off due to this issue my sleep quality was affected.

Booked this hotel only to rest comfortably for one night before our next day flight, but the experience turned into a NIGHTMARE immediately after check-in. Paid a premium price for a “premium” room with an extra bed, yet the room quality and service were far below basic standards. forcing us to keep shifting rooms late at night instead of resting. • No windows in the room, • TV doesnt work • No ceiling fan in any rooms, • the centralised AC was locked around 26–27°C in peak summer heat, making the room extremely uncomfortable. The AC barely worked, and instead of resolving the issue, we were handed a standing fan while repeatedly being told, “Don’t worry, the AC will start working, it’s centrally load-managed.” • Imagine paying premium tariffs and then being expected to sleep in extreme summer heat with one standing fan. Which hotel charging these prices cannot even provide functioning AC? ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. • Dirty sheets, dirty carpets, outdated uncomfortable extra bed, and a very poorly maintained property overall. • Checked in around 10 PM and spent the next 2 hours only dealing with issues, changing rooms, and shifting luggage. • While the ground staff was still comparatively helpful, the reception team was completely unhelpful, indifferent, and hardly bothered despite repeated complaints. • The only good thing about this horrible hotel is that it’s close to the airport, unfortunately, that convenience comes at the cost of comfort, cleanliness, and basic services and hospitality.

The hotel was absolutely filthy and should be just a 1 star hotel. Its a blot on the name of Sarovar Portico. What an absolutely filthy hotel. Room was bad bathroom was worse and dirty as hell. It was old and smelled of death and garbage. Food was ridiculously expensive for the shittiest hotel i have ever been to. Photos are grossly misleading.

Very bad

I had stayed here before and I had really liked it. But this time it was a really bad room. I had booked an Executive room. While the room was large, it was extremely basic. The bathroom was really really bad. It was terrible. The bathtub looked like it was placed on bricks. If I remember correctly, my room number was 203. The room attendant knocked on my door at 11.30pm asking if there was an issue with the hot water in the bathroom. I had not asked for it. I had slept earlier because I had an morning flight the next day. Breakfast was ok. But the room did it for me. I would not recommend this place at all. I paid INR 7,000 for the room and was utterly disappointed.

Great experience with Sarovar Portico hotel. This is the second time am staying here and will recommend it for family stay any day. Ms Ankita helped us through breakfast quick, fast and efficient. With the price we paid, breakfast spread was quite substantial !!

Felt like we paid more for basic things but its okay

I had two nights stay at Taurus. The proverb "oonchi Dukaan Feeka Pakwan' is befitting for this hotel. Right from reception to resturants, the service is third class. Rude and inconsiderate staff will make your stay so uncomfortable. Mr. Pradeep at the restaurant shouted at me after having me wait for my meal for 90 mins. I am never a demanding guest. Neither do I share experiences. This one being exceptionally terrible, I shall strongly advise all to think twice before booking this property. Even the rooms were very average. But the insensitive and rude staff will leave you with a miserable feeling.

Não tem nada que seja destacável. É um hotel simples, sem grandes comodidades e só me hospedei para aguardar um voo noturno. Se tem algo de positivo seria o hotel não ser tão distante do aeroporto.

O assédio do bando de taxistas na porta; o elevador falha; o hotel não faz câmbio nem te ATM por perto. E o pior de tudo, recebi uma cobrança de no show desse hotél totalmente indevida. Tenho registro de pagamentos em CC tanto do pagamento da diária quanto de um serviço de quarto.

The staff is extremely lazy. The shower in the room does not function properly, and water flow from all the taps is poor; the fixtures, in particular, are of very low quality. At the reception, they make you wait for a long time and are slow to process both check-ins and check-outs. Yesterday, after having breakfast, I checked out and headed to the airport; shortly thereafter, I began suffering from vomiting and diarrhea. A doctor confirmed that I had contracted food poisoning due to consuming contaminated food. While the hotel looks impressive from the outside, paying such a substantial amount only to end up falling ill was a truly distressing experience.

The rooms are old and badly maintained. Wallpaper is peeling off, toilets are unkept, furniture has stains and chips all over. The room didnt even have a window and we had booked an expensive room too! The area around is very shady. Pimps are walking around and will approach any men (including my dad) for their services

Excellent first stay in New Delhi This was my first time visiting New Delhi, on a business trip. Staying here made the experience very comfortable. I felt good throughout my stay, and the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with hot water available in the bathroom. Also, the room temperature set at 24°C was ideal — I slept very soundly at night. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a good balance between Western and Indian options. I enjoyed a Western-style breakfast with eggs, espresso, pancakes, herb potatoes, grilled tomatoes, and curd. At the same time, there were also Indian dishes such as sambar, suji upma, and other local selections. Everything tasted good and felt well prepared, so I really cannot complain about the food. Overall, it was a very positive experience, especially for a first visit to Delhi. I would gladly stay here again.

Horrible experience. Very bad hospitality. Old rooms, smelling bad. Reception and housekeeping doesn't answer calls. Room 324 and 317 We were told our room was cancelled even though we paid much in advance. After many calls the receptionist finally checked with back end team and gave us rooms. The receptionist was very rude.

Rooms were smelling because of old future, matterress was uneven, due to which I had back ache. No Hot water in shower, inspite of compalint at Recepition counter, Not resolved. Guests requested for smoking at rooms & the recepitionist approved it do so.

Not clean. Room we were originally given had a used pair of boxers in the bed… so the room was not cleaned properly and the sheets clearly had not been changed from the previous guests. We were moved to a different room very quickly (which we appreciated) but it ruined it for us.

Hotel Staff…professional and friendly. I interacted with Moh Saad at front desk, Ankita at buffet service, Rajkumar at the bar…all of them made my stay amazing.

I stayed at room 206…I can comment only on the room…the upkeep of the corridor that led to the room, and the feel of the room was a little musty for the lack of better word.
