Hotel De Paris Sanremo справляє дуже гарне перше враження. Готель красивий, стильний, доглянутий і дійсно виглядає як місце високого рівня. Інтер’єр, атмосфера та розташування створюють відчуття майже luxury-відпочинку. Окремо хочу відзначити чистоту. У номері було дуже чисто, прибирання проводили регулярно й якісно. Видно, що за станом готелю та номерів добре стежать. Особлива подяка працівникам, які прибирають номери, — за уважність, акуратність і чудову роботу.

Найбільше враження від готелю знизила невідповідність між його зовнішнім рівнем і деякими деталями сервісу. Візуально Hotel De Paris Sanremo виглядає дуже статусно, тому й очікування від обслуговування та комфорту були відповідними. Сніданки, на жаль, не відповідали рівню готелю. Вибір був доволі звичайним, а сама їжа не залишила приємного враження. Для готелю такого класу хотілося б більш якісного та різноманітного сніданку. Також здивувала відсутність кондиціонера для волосся у ванній кімнаті. Це дрібниця, але саме з таких деталей складається відчуття продуманого сервісу, особливо коли йдеться про готель високої категорії. Щодо персоналу — спілкування було ввічливим і професійним, але досить стриманим та холодним. Не вистачало теплоти, уваги до гостя й тієї щирої гостинності, яку особливо очікуєш від перебування в Італії. У результаті залишилося відчуття, що сам готель виглядає дорожче й розкішніше, ніж відчувається його сервіс.

Très déçue par le petit déjeuner qui n est plus du tout comme avant. Mal reçu par le monsieur du petit déjeuner. Il a fallu demander des œufs des pancakes congelés de surcroît car pas de réassort. Le café imbuvable La jeune fille a fait ce qu elle a pu mais a 25 euros le petit déjeuner !!! Les femmes de ménage qui parlent dans les couloirs des le petit matin et donc qui réveillent les gens qui dorment

The staff was very nice and helpful They were very accommodating with my dog. Although pets are not allowed in the breakfast area (which I understand), they have a seperate area to have breakfast with your dog or they offer room service instead Great location

Situation proche du centre et de la plage

Impossibilité de trouver un parking ou un stationnement. L’hôtel indiquait un parking partenaire gardé mais il n’y avait pas de disponibilité. Le SPA était fermé les 2 jours où nous résidions à l’hôtel ce qui est très surprenant étant donné la période estivale.

Huone oli hyvän kokoinen, melko iso. Erittäin siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Aamupala oli oikein monipuolinen ja hyvä.

Hotellissa oli spa-osasto, joka ei kuulunut hintaan. Muutaman tunnin käynnistä olisi pitänyt maksaa lähes saman kuin huoneesta.

Le positionnement de l'hôtel est parfait. stratégiquement central à deux pas du casino, et devant la mer. C'est sa plus grande forceLes chambres spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner sympa.

La décoration est à la fois froide et vieillotte. Du marbre impersonnel. Des fauteuils et des canapés faussement Versailles... Et le personnel est plutôt sympathique, mais extrêmement jeune. En fait on a l'impression d'avoir à faire uniquement à des stagiaires... Clmim très efficace, mais bruyante.

This hotel is a gem. Perhaps on the outside it won’t impress you but once you step inside it’s true Italian decadence at its best. Check in is smooth and staff is friendly. Rooms are huge! Breakfast takes place in the most charming and elegant room (in relation to what you pay,that is). Foodwise a wide selection, unlike some of the hotels that only serve continental breakfast. A very charming hotel, centrally located. We have been here 4 times and will definitely return.

Beautiful spacious rooms, clean with comfy beds and we had a lovely terrace with gorgeous gardens.

Honestly it was pretty great all around…no complaints and that says a lot!

Italien! Richtiger Cappuccino zum Frühstück. Frisch gepresster Orangensaft zum Frühstück. Ein äusserst reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel, direkt neben dem Casino. Angenehme Klimaanlage in den Zimmern, nicht zu kalt eingestellt. Elektrische Verdunkelungsstoren die den Namen verdienen.

Nur öffentliche Parkplätze für die Motorräder, aber dafür ist man ja mit einem ABUS Kettenschloss ausgerüstet.

The room was exactly what we liked, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and the service on all levels was perfect. Special mention to Alessia who runs the spa and practically all its services. She's calm, professional, kind and very good at her job. We loved the lymphatic massages and the manicure. The breakfast room is bright and pretty and the buffet is extra delicious with choices for everyone and very good choices too. The service there is quick and thoughtful. It's central to every activity in Sanremo, so very well situated. The parking they recommend is a 10.min walk at best but VERY secure.

There's nowhere to lounge away from the rooms, except the huge entrance lobby with the front desk which is light but uninviting or the "bar". I would have used the front desk room for a nice sitting room and eliminated the bar entirely and made that smaller space into the front desk/concierge area. It's on a busy road but we had a quiet room. However it's practically impossible to park your car as it's at a crossroads. Not great if you have luggage for 3 weeks.

Location is top, rooms are spacious and confortable. It is clean and the staff is helpful

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in May 2026. The hotel is in a great location just at the end of the main street and across the street from the sea. Close to the Casino and the bars, restaurants and shops. It is directly in front of the Coptic Church which you can view from the glass wall in the lift. I had booked a junior suite with sea view and requested a suite with the balcony that you could sit out on (some only have balconies that you can stand on but not big enough for chairs) as it was my husband's birthday and this request was granted (Room 204). I had also booked Champagne to be brought to the room on the morning of my husband's birthday and this was delivered with some pastries. Breakfast was ample and suited us. The room was spacious but basic. There is no Nespresso machine however there is a kettle and tea and instant coffee - unusual for Italy. The SKY Gold package that is advertised on their website is not in English. When we asked we were told only the News Channels are in English. As we were there for 7 nights we had to sign in to our streaming service in order to watch any English language channels that weren't News. The bathroom was spacious with a good modern shower. We felt the website was somewhat misleading. There is NO bar, lounge or restaurant at this hotel. The bar is only available for breakfast as is the restaurant. There are photos on the website of a couple enjoying a drink at the bar - this is not possible. We arrived early and the room was not ready so we said we would go to the bar only to be told there is no bar. This hotel felt very much like a large Bed and Breakfast rather than a fully serviced hotel. I wanted to put some laundry in mid -stay but no laundry available at the weekend and as it was a national holiday on Tuesday 2nd June the 1st and 2nd were not available either so I couldn't get our laundry done. There was no suggestion of another option - an offsite laundry for instance. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs as there was no concierge to help us. We saw a guy there in the late afternoons only. This hotel is on the main road so traffic noise is inevitable but once the windows are closed it was fine. There are also blackout blinds. There is a market across the road on a Saturday and Tuesday. The Flixbus stop is directly across the road. This hotel has old world charm and is clean and comfortable. I have listed our personal pros and cons but this may vary with others personal preferences. Pros: Location Cleanliness Views from rooms at front of hotel Beds are comfortable Good shower Cons: No Concierge during the day for help with luggage up the staircase. No Nespresso machine No Sky Gold English speaking No Bar or Restaurant

La propreté l emplacement la décoration la grandeur de la chambre et les équipements chaussons peignoir cela fait 2 fois que nous retournons à l hôtel de Paris et certainement pas la dernière

Il manque un coins véritable avec fauteuil et table pour le bar car toujours vide et le spa 100 euros l entrée un peu cher pour pour utiliser uniquement le sauna

La chambre a été décorée avec très bon goût, avec une magnifique vue sur l’église russe.

Pas de parking, aucune solution n’a été proposée. Pour le spa, il faut réserver avant d’arriver. Le service de la réception n’est pas très accueillant, manque de sourire et de gentillesse.

Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll, Mansardenzimmer für eine Nacht perfekt, Ausstattung mit Badewanne sehr schön. das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich mit frischen Beeren und vielen geschnittenen Früchten, beeindruckend reichhaltig, tolle Aussicht im Speisesaal. Garagenservice. Promenade, Altstadt und Casino vor der Türe.

Waren voll zufrieden.

Excellently situated for the town and the beach — very central location. All of the staff were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The room was large and immaculately clean. Breakfast was in a fabulous room overlooking the sea. I would definitely stay there again !!

Because it is in the centre, there is some road noise but this did not affect our stay.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé à San Remo. Le personnel est très professionnel. On sent que l’établissement est parfaitement entretenu, jusque dans les moindres détails. La chambre et le petit-déjeuner étaient impeccables.

Rien en particulier, il faudrait juste proposer une alternative parking plus claire. Par exemple le parking public en face de l'hotel n'est vraiment pas cher!

Отсутствие парковки, и довольно высокая лестница, гостей не встречают и надо самим по ней тащить чемодан. Как оказалось, что там есть задний лифт для чемоданов, но об этом мы узнали только при выселении, когда спросили сами.
