Frukosten hade alldeles för lite innehåll. Saknades färska grönsaker som ex tomater samt ägg, grovt bröd saknades också. Bara söta saker genomgående, inget nyttigt. Sängarna lite hårda och mycket trång toalett.

Super clean room and bathroom with AC, simple but tasty breakfast, very nice staff who clean the room, location is 3 min walk fro metro. Room is a bit small but ok to only stay at night.

It was near the metro station, and had air conditioning

It was an incredibly small and unpleasant room. The price seemed outrageous for such a shoebox. The hostel was also very noisy, and I was woken up every morning around 6 a.m. by people moving around.

The location was convenient for us, it's easily accessible via metro, the station is very close. There are many stores close by, open even later at night if you need to buy something, several restaurants, pubs, nice cafes despite the neighborhood not looking the most attractive. The staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had, there are lockers in the lobby you can use to store your luggage if you come early. There is a TV in the room, and AC, which is great especially during warm weather. Clean towels and sheets were provided.

The room was very small and had almost no storage space, the few hangers on the wall and the small table aren't really sufficient, it would be good to add some shelves or hangers where you could put your stuff. There are only sheets to be used as covers on the beds, and while there were extra blankets there, we didn't use them because they were clearly not washed. The bathroom was also very small and it was difficult to move around when using the toilet/showering. The walls are extremely thin, we could hear everything from the street as well as all of the neighbors who were very noisy late into the night (at 4am even) and kept banging the doors and talking loudly so it was practically impossible to sleep. I personally find it a little odd that you need to leave the key at the reception whenever you leave the hostel, and then one of the staff simply gave it to us when we came back without checking if the room is actually ours - on the next day, another staff member at least requested our name to confirm it was, in fact, our room. Overall, it's convenient when you don't have expectations and only need a place to sleep and nothing else (but maybe bring earplugs).

Location is great. The staff is really nice.

The room was terrible. It was small, the furtniture was in bad state and there was only one small window that after opening faced some industrial looking mess, so I kept it closed for entire stay which made me feel a little claustrophopic. The staff requires you to turn in the key to reception every time you leave the hostel. The breakfast had very limited options (no veggies at all). Would NOT recommend staying here.

Il semble que l’établissement soit en travaux, les chambres vieillissantes (portes abimées, lampe bureau qui ne marche pas et rouillée…. Serviettes de bain trop petites…), le quartier pas top.

This was booked fairly last minute about 3 weeks before my trip and so options were limited and after booking I was worried after reading the Google reviews. However it did the job for a 3 night stay for one person, and check in was 24 hours meaning no stress when my late flight was delayed.

They ask you to hand in your key at the desk every time you left the hotel, which made me feel uneasy. As other people have reported, the walls are thin in terms of noise, but I put white noise playing on my phone which solved the issue.

The availability of the reception and niceness of the staff

The room given was very different from the photos. It was an interior room, next to the cleaning room, with a minimal improvised bathroom whose wall divided the window, that when opened, had an emergency staircase right in front. No natural light.

Der Frühstücksbereich war leider überhaupt nicht ansprechend und nicht sauber. Man hatte auch keine wirkliche Auswahl (Toastbrot, Croissant, Käse, Schinken….kein Gemüse, kein Obst, keine alternative zu Toastbrot etc.)

Υπήρχε καθαριότητα καθημερινά και αλλαγή πετσετών . Η τοποθεσία δεν ήταν κακή, στις παρυφές του κέντρου, δε συνάντησα κάτι επικίνδυνο όπως έχει ειπωθεί σε άλλα σχόλια.

Το air condition χάλασε το πρώτο βράδυ, μου δώσανε έναν ανεμιστήρα αλλά το πρωί μου χτυπούσαν την πόρτα στη μοναδική μέρα που μπορούσα να κοιμηθώ. Όπως και να χει το επιδιορθωσαν αλλά και πάλι είχε πολύ προβληματική ισχύ. Η μαξιλαροθήκη μου είχε ένα μαύρο σημάδι το οποίο παρέμεινε μέχρι την τελευταία μέρα άρα δεν αλλάχτηκαν τα σεντόνια. Υπερβολική φασαρία το πρωί, καμία έννοια ηχομόνωσης σε ξυπνούσαν ήθελες δεν ήθελες. Το δωμάτιο εξαιρετικά σκοτεινό, αλλά και πάλι χωρίς μια παχιά κουρτίνα για να μη μπαίνει το πρωινό φως.

Everything thing was bad other than washroom. Blankets and towels had bad smell, room was not the one shown on picture. Stairs and whole hostel was smelling really bad. My stay at this hotel is one of the worst hotel i have ever stay. I dont know why price was so expensive for no reason could be just because of center location. My stay at this hotel was really bad. I would rate 0.5 out of 10.

La habitación y el baño son muy cómodos, limpios y ordenados. El personal es atento y amable. La ubicación también es muy buena, a unos 15 minutos a pie del Monumento a Colón. Después de las 00:00 había silencio en la calle.

O banheiro é pequeno; o box é pequeno; sentar no vaso sanitário sem esbarrar na pia é um desafio. De modo geral, o quarto é pequeno. A vazão do chuveiro era fraca. Não tinha um frigobar para resfriar uma garrafa de água.

Lo pasé muy bien con mi hermana y nos gustó mucho la habitación de arriba que tenía una terraza coqueta!

A mi y a mi hermana no nos gusto que no habiera nevera en la habitación y la tv muy pequeña.

Alcune cose da rimodernare o rendere più efficienti, ad esempio le docce e gli impianti.

Foarte bine amplasat, lângă mijloace de transport și într-o zona plină de viață. Curățenie de nota 10. Personal foarte amabil. În jur e plin de restaurante și magazine.

Micul dejun a lăsat mult de dorit — puține opțiuni și calitate modestă.

It is centrally located and convenient in the city center.

There’s ongoing construction which can be disruptive, loud, and chaotic. Since it’s in the city center, you must be aware of your surroundings much more as pick pocketing is frequent in this area.

Great location, beds were comfy, room was clean. Staff were helpful. Aircon !!

Es ist schade, dass man für das Frühstück nochmal extra zahlen muss.

Удобное месторасположение в туристическом районе. Не далеко остановка. Рядом бары, магазины, достопримечательности. Каждый день клининг, чистые полотенца, смена постельного белья. Кондиционер, что немаловажно для такого климата. Приветливый персонал. Вайфай без перебоев

Старые двери. Нет хотя бы мини холодильника для напитков и чайника.

The rooms were very well kept and had everything you might need for your stay.

It is next to a very lively street so you can hear some noise inside but it didn’t disturb my sleep personally.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; they assisted us with everything we needed.

The window faced a narrow air shaft, and there was a constant humming noise coming from it.

EL HOTEL ERA BASTANTE ACOJEDOR, CENTRICO Y PARA MI TENER LA RECEPCION 24 HORAS TE DA MAS SEGURIDAD. ES VERDAD QUE ESTABAN EN OBRAS Y LA HABITACIÓN QUE ME TOCÓ NECESITABA UMA REFORMA ,PERO NO NOS DESGUSTÓ . VOLVERÍAMOS SIN DUDARLO ,EL METRO LO TENIAMOS A 10 MINUTOS CAMINANDO TODO MUY CERCA .

Le fait que c'est proche des transports e commun

La baignoire déglinguée et rouillée partout, la seule fenêtre de la chambre ne se ferme pas donc j'ai du entendre le son du groupe de refroidissement de la clim qui est accroché a 5cm de la fenêtre. Imagine dormir à côté d'un moteur qui marche avec beaucoup de bruit non stop pendant la nuit. Les draps étaient sales la première soirée (tache marron, taches blanchatres ) mais ils les ont changé a la fin. La porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas et le ventilo d'air ne marche pas dedans , du coup après utilisation la chambre va sentir les....toilettes

No he podido dormir NADA. No tiene sentido pagar por un alojamiento en el que no se puede dormir. Se oye todo de las otras habitaciones y es que he topado con los peores vecinos posibles. De madrugada dando palmas, cantando, con videollamadas... Yo no pago para no poder dormir, es lo mínimo que espero de un alojamiento. Desde recepción muy simpáticos, pero a la hora de la verdad realmente solo les tocan a la puerta para llamar la atención, y ya. Y quien cumple las normas y no hace ruido es el que se fastidia.

Buena hubicacion serca de la estación de metro L3 y era facil llegar a cualquier lugar donde pensé en ir. Al ser Hostal me gusto que la habitacion fuese privada.

No me gusto tener mas dias para poder quedarme mas tiempo.

Lokalizacja jest dobra jak na moje potrzeby podczas pobytu w Barcelonie. Uprzejmość i pomoc obsługi hotelu,- szybkość działania gdy pojawil sie problem z klimatyzacja. Jeszcze tego samego dnia została naprawiona :) Jeśli będę mogła wrócić do BCN pewnie znowu zrobię rezerwację w tym hotelu.

La posizione, vicino alla Rambla, alla metro e alla fermata del bus che in 15 min porta direttamente in spiaggia. Comodo arrivare in centro anche a piedi. La camera sebbene un po' piccola è dotata di condizionatore.

L'unica cosa negativa era il poco posto dove appoggiare la roba e forse un po' di rumore proveniente dalla via sotto la camera.

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój był czysty i wygodny. Świetna lokalizacja – wszędzie było blisko, zarówno do atrakcji turystycznych, jak i komunikacji miejskiej. Hostel jest dobrym wyborem na pobyt w Barcelonie.

Słabo działa Wi-Fi. Ale Pan na recepcji bardzo pomocny w tym temacie.

In general, the hotel is good value for money. As long as the expectations are set appropriately it can be a great stay, I think. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the 24-hour check-in was extremely useful, especially since our flight was delayed coming in - we ended up checking in at 5 a.m. The rooms were cleaned every day and there was very little noise to be heard from the neighboring rooms, though we didn't spend that much time in the rooms admittedly. The water pressure was great and leaving the AC working as we left for the day was a blessing. We stayed during the heat wave, so coming back to a cool room was definitely a relief. Another bonus - the luggage lockers inside the property. We checked out, inserted one euro into the locker, and spent another 5 hours walking around the city worry-free. Finally, the location is great - it's a 5-minute walk from a metro station (that hosts stops for 2 lines!) so getting around was super easy. The neighbourhood is filled with bars and little shops, so it got a bit rowdy on the weekend, but not excessively so and it felt very safe.

Not much, but the room was pretty small and there was little space to store our things. The most inconvenient part was probably that there was nowhere to hang our clothes out to dry, which meant damp swimsuits the day after. The breakfast was also bit of a let-down: repetitive and kind of sparse. We didn't go hungry or anything, but for a longer stay it might make more sense to pay for breakfast once you've arrived and had a chance to sample it to be sure that you'll be satisfied with it.

Lamentablemente necesite información y asesoramiento por algo personal en la zona cercana al hotel una noche a la madrugada, y el encargado del turno noche llamada Alex, fue una persona nada servicial, ni atento ni nada interesado en ayudarme y/o asesorarme. A tal punto, que me ocupé solo de solucionarlo y al regresar cerca de las 5 am de la mañana, me encuentro con esta persona utilizando la aplicación en su monitor de la recepción, donde me solucionaría todo lo que le había solicitado. Sinceramente me dió tanto malestar su actitud que opacó toda mi estadía en ese hotel! Lamentable que tengan a un encargado turno noche con esas características y perfil!

Bad wifi connection.

The absolute best part of Hostal Barcelona is its strategic location. It is just a 3-minute walk from the Paral·lel metro station, giving you a direct link to the Funicular up to Montjuïc and making it incredibly easy to get to Plaça d'Espanya for the airport bus. The neighborhood (Poble-Sec) is a food lover's dream. The rooms are basic but very clean, comfortable. The staff at the 24/7 reception were friendly and helpful. For the price and the unmatched transit connections, it offers very good value for money. Perfect for anyone looking for a reliable, well-connected spot to crash after a long day of sightseeing.

However, keep your expectations realistic. The hotel is quite old and basic, definitely not fancy. While the room and bathroom are small, they are at least kept clean. The biggest downside is the soundproofing; the walls are so thin that you can clearly hear a louder conversation from the next room, so your comfort heavily depends on who your neighbors are. It is a decent budget choice if you just need a clean place to crash and don't mind the lack of space and thin walls, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Pokój był bardzo mały i dla tego też nie było wystarczającej liczby półek na ubrania. Śniadanie - mały wybór. Brak warzyw.

Die Duschkabine war defekt. Sie wurde demontiert und ich hatte dann einen Duschvorhang. Das Angebot zum Zimmerwechsel habe ich nicht wahrgenommen. Für diesen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet

La ubicación súper céntrica para el metro y principales lugares, si van a hacer mucho turismo recomiendo al 100%. Además, por la zona hay varios lugares para comprar de todo a buen precio. Por último el hostel me sorprendió porque tenía un gran desayuno, atención amable y me dejaron hacer checkin 1 hora antes sin cobro adicional.

El personal de limpieza tendría que tener un poco más de cuidado y respeto ya que entraron a mi habitación sin tocar pensando que ya nos habíamos retirado solo porque mi mamá salió con una maleta, pero yo todavia me encontraba dentro. Adicional, en las noches, si había un poco de bulla o gritos por turistas o gente externa de la calle que sé que no es del control de hostel, pero es importante sobretodo si viajan con personas mayores que se les corta el sueño con los ruidos.

Ottima la colazione con le torte fatte in casa senza lattosio posizione perfetta per visitare Gradara e il suo magnifico castello struttura immersa nel verde con camere super moderne. Bellissimo tutto

La clim.

Probleme de réceptoin satelitte TV.

Výborná lokalita. 5 min pešo na dve linky metra. Hneď v blízkosti skvelé reštaurácie plus obchod, lekáreň, kaviareň so skvelou kávou. Klimatizácia, čistota, každodenne upratovanie. Raňajky ponúkali aj rastlinné mlieko čo premna s alergiou bolo skvelé.

Na raňajkách nám chýbala zelenina. Menší výber, ale každý si nájde svoje. To čo ponúkali bolo chutné.

Camera molto piccola, ma con bagno e condizionatore quindi si può sorvolare sulla dimensione della camera. La colazione che molti criticano, io l'ho trovata buona e abbondante: scelta di dolce, salato e frutta fresca, distributore di bevande calde e uno di bevande fredde. La posizione vicino alla metro permette di muoversi tranquillamente, anche se io e mia figlia ci siamo sempre mosse a piedi.

Camera un po' troppo piccola e vecchiotta, si potrebbe sistemare un po'

Our rom was very clean and the shower was excellent! I was surprised they even had cleaners come in and clean the room and the bathroom daily! There was even an elevator for taking big luggage up the stairs. The location was great as it was very close to a metro line and we felt very safe here. The breakfast downstairs was nice and we would definitely stay here again!@
