We had problems with hot water for 2 out of the 3 days spent in this hotel. Breakfast not included but can be added for 350 baths.

There was a day where housekeeping missed out our room despite us indicating that we would like our room cleaned - no big deal but this was the only miss really. Wish the gym had towels for us to use too.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Location was really good, near Central Mall, cafes, restaurants, pool and gym on the second floor, kind stuff that can help with everything.
The only thing I didn't like was the laundry, exactly that they do not have their own laundry, but they can order for you, I gave them twice, but the clothes were not ironed, but also I think you can ask them to iron too.

Pillows were pretty awful, and breakfast was a bit disappointing so we skipped eating there for breakfast.

Le service au restaurant à été déplorable, nous avons commander une première fois, on reviens 30mn aprèspour nous dire que ce n'est pas disponible, nous recommandons, 30mn plus tard rebelote, ensuite une heure d'attente pour avoir les plats, plus de 2h avant d'étre servis Dommage que l'hotel soit situé relativement loin de tout, il vaut mieux viser la partie Ouest de Phuket qui est plus active et sympa

Reception staff were nice but at times little annoying. One day we ran out of drinking water at night and requested 2 complimentary bottled water which they blantly denied. When we offered to pay for it, they told it will be charged 75 THB per bottle( 500 ml)!really . We end up ordering 12 litres of bottle water through the GRAB app for just 120 THB delivered at the hotel.

الموقع بعيد عن الشاطئ والمحلات التجاريه وان هناك مجمع سنترال قريب من الفندق ولكن العبور اليه مشيآ على الأقدام فيه خطوره لكثرة السيارات في الإتجاهين مع سياقه مسرعه
