Des chambres non climatisées, avec deux ventilateurs brassant de l’air à 35 degrés. Avec plus de professionnalisme, l’hôtel nous aurait avertis la veille a minima qu’il n’y avait pas de clim et aurait pu nous proposer une solution alternative, ou un changement de date: rien n’a été proposé.

Difficult to get to by car. Not the hotel's fault but it is in the pedestrian area so we needed rescuing by the staff both to unload the car and find the car park.

There is no lift to the upper floors so you will need to lug your bags up stairs and parking is a short walk away from the hotel. This wasn’t a problem for us, but worth bearing in mind if you have mobility problems.

Persoana care a servit la micul-dejun si care a sprijinit cu check out-ul duminica, 24 mai 2026, a fost neprietenoasa, atat la micul-dejun cat si cand am dat cheia cat si cardul de la parcare. Nu a fost aceeasi persoana ca la check in. Orice solicitare, inclusiv unde gasim tacamuri pentru micul dejun, a fost intampinata cu o atitudine negativa, care nu ne-a facut nicio placere sa o intampinam.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Das im Zentrum gelegene Hotel hält im Inneren, was es von Außen verspricht. Schwarzwälder Designe und Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksangebot war mehr als ausreichend. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Wir hätten uns über Infos im Voraus gefreut, die uns den besten Weg zum Hotel gezeigt hätten. Dann hätten wir nicht mit dem Auto durch die Fußgängerzonen irren müssen.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The location was very good. Our room was nice once we got in the right hotel.o the original hotel, explained what had gone wrong and the rest of our stay was very good.
When we arrived we were told we would be staying at a different property owned by the same company across the street. No one told me why they just sent me on my way. We had several issues with our room. Extremely hard mattress, wi fi didn’t work, drain in sink wouldn’t close. Finally I was told it was because I hadn’t booked my room for all three nights which wasn’t correct. The next day I spoke with a manager and they moved me back

Reviewed May 1, 2026La posizione è perfetta sia per girare il centro sia per andare alle terme. Ti consegnano un voucher con cui avere degli sconti comprese le terme. La stanza era molto grande e pulita ed anche il bagno.
La colazione era un po' scarsa, si potrebbe migliorare. Il letto non era molto comodo ed il kit di cortesia in bagno quasi inesistente.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Lo stile di Laterne è inconfondibile, grazioso e davvero tipico. La posizione è perfetta per poter raggiungere a piedi o con il bus tutti i luoghi di principale interesse. Il personale è molto gentile, nomino Cordelia per tutti. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante e abbiamo trovato tutto ottimo.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Die Anfahrt in die Fußgängerzone ist etwas schwierig zu finden mit dem Auto, man muss zur Orientierung erst zu Fuß schauen, Google Maps hat auch nicht geholfen , Parkplatz im ganz in der Nähe liegendem Parkhaus für 15 Euro o.k.. Zimmereinrichtung ist schön, Hotel auch, Öffnen der Fenster morgens wegen Anlieferung etc. eher schwierig

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Very clean and comfortable. A large room on the front was very quiet at night. The property is interesting and well placed in the middle of town. The service was friendly and efficient despite our shameful lack of German. Breakfast had good coffee and a range of hot and cold food. We ate both nights of our stay in the restaurant and enjoyed our meals
The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room though there was complimentary mineral water so I don’t know we would have used it. Maybe they would have had one if we had asked.

Take your time to look at the details in the décor. Breakfast is good, with smoked salmon and other treats.
