Es hatte sehr viele Tiegermücken im Zimmer und der Zugang in den oberen Stock war eher mühsam über eine steile schlanke Treppe. Die Badetücher rochen etwas muffelig was an einem alten Trockner liegen kann.

However, the only window was high up, so you had no view at all. Perfectly adequate for a short city break, but there are no frills, and probably wouldn’t stay there for my honeymoon.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Nous estimons au prix demandé que le confort y soit réellement. Le matelas une une planche ! Niveau petit déjeuner pas compris non plus que nous avons re payer les taxes ! Et franchement, allez plutôt sur l' extérieur de l' hôtel et sera bien meilleur ! Finalement les 4 étoiles ça ne les vaut pas. J' ai eu des hôtels bien moins chère et nettement mieux .

Pas de serviette dans la chambre! Il faut demander!! Minibar vide, une petite bouteille d'eau eut été un minimum le matin, une seule personne pour gérer la réception et le service du petit déjeuner où le café n'est pas en acces libre; Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles

The only thing was, we were expecting parking onsite. I guess we miss read it, as it said parking but it didn’t say onsite. The accommodation was great, would stay again.

Onze kamer had hoge ramen en daardoor geen uitzicht. We waren er voor 1 nacht dus dat was geen probleem, langer zou ik me daardoor wat opgesloten voelen.

Das Zimmer ist klein und minimalistisch. Die Minibar (winziger geht wohl nicht) machte Geräusche die ganze Zeit. Das Hotel hat gar keine Stimmung: Kommen, schlafen, gehen.

Tutto molto curato ma poi trascurano i dettagli tipo la tenda oscurante che arriva a 20 cm da terra e non chiude lateralmente. Sveglia non voluta alle 6.00!! La camera , al piano terra, era progettata per accogliere anche i disabili. Nessun problema ma se non avete le gambe lunghe, come me, il wc è troppo alto e non toccate per terra !! Un pò scomodo !!

Sino en zona de pago de la calle en los alrededores siempre hay sitio..el hotel es pequeño, tiene una agradable terraza en la entrada y el checkin fué muy rápido.. el personal amabilísimo, hay un chico q habla español y se agradeció para nuestra comodidad. La habitacion que nos tocó en última planta, muy bonita y moderna. Las almohadas muy cómodas y el colchón una maravilla. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

We stayed in room 101 & were disturbed during the night when toilets flushed on the floors above with excessive noise ( ie soil pipes not sound insulated ) . Decoration could do with a touch up / refresh . No on site parking.

Accueil pas très chaleureux, Indication pour le Parking pas très clair et loin de l’hôtel , non pratique. Nous avons tourné 10 min pour le trouver. Endroit réfrigérée (frigo) minuscule et ne fonctionnant pas Pommeau de douche qui fuit et réglage difficile (eau brûlante)

Car parking was in a public car park and due to traffic layout could take 20-30 minutes to drive from the car park to the hotel. Hotel is cramped and the bedroom, while quite large is really badly laid out, poor wardrobe storage.

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Tatsache, daß das Bad kein separater Raum war, sondern im Zimmer integriert. Für ein verliebtes oder verheiratetens Paar bestimmt nett, aber wir waren einfach nur Freunde m+w 65 Jahre , die eine gemeinsame Reise unternommen haben. Da will man ja vielleicht nicht unbedingt vom anderen alles mitbekommen. Auch die Sauberkeit war an vielen Stellen absolut nicht in Ordnung. Für den Preis, und bei einem 4 **** Hotel hätte ich mir das anders gewünscht.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Altstadt. Es ist stylisch und das Personal super freundlich. Das Frühstück hat uns positiv überrascht.
Das einzige Manko sind die Duschen in den anderen Zimmern. Man meint man hätte einen Wasserfall bei sich.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Originelles Zimmer mit Kaffee Maschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee, Tee und Mineral sind auch dabei. Ruhige Lage zwei Gehminuten von der Altstadt und zehn Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Feines und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Diciamo che mi è piaciuto tutto è una bellissima struttura! Se devo fare proprio il pignolo c'è da dire che in francia hanno la mania di "scomporre'" decisamente troppo i bagni; avevano 2 lavandini dietro la testata del letto e la doccia in camera sul lato (eta una specie di cabina davanti alla finestra. Il vero problema però è la stanzetta con solo il water senza finestra dietro il letto. C'è una piccola ventola ma nn è affidabile. Ovunque dai 5 stelle lusso ai 2 stelle più tristi, dalla costa azzurra alla Normandia c'è sempre questa stanzetta minuscola. Anche quando vivevo a chambery il water era in uno stanzino del genere e poi vabbè.. non c'è il bidet, ma quello è preventivato nei paesi francofoni. Ma ripeto nn è una critica e torneremo l'anno prossimo!!!! Se nn siete pratici di colmar siate nel posto piu comodo e semplice per raggiungere il centro (che inizia a 20 metri!!!!)

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Excellent location, at the border of old town so my senior parents could walk quickly into the most beautiful part of the town immediately to enjoy by themselves as well. We had two rooms and both had unique layout, beautiful, spacious and modern with big bathtubs (although some rooms don't have them?) . Comfortable beds. My parents had a terrace which was nice !
My bathtub wasn't cleaned properly (so I had to clean it myself before using) and the fridge in my room didn't work which was very inconvenient and should not happen in 4 star hotel. My parents room had a fridge but a strange one which was really shallow and installed on the wall... at least it worked.
