Wat een mooi hotel en de locatie is perfect, kort bij het openbare vervoer en men heeft een ruime parkeergelegenheid. De kamer is groot genoeg met alle voorzieningen en een mooie badkamer en het bed heerlijk zeg ! Dan het ontbijt dat is trouwens in buffetvorm en zoiets heb ik nog nooit gezien wat een keuze en wat een moeite dat men zich doet om de gasten te verwennen. Personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dit hotel is dan ook een echte aanrader.

Property is right outside of Anif proper with a cornfield across the street. People walking or jogging and felt safe. This was our 14th night on the trip and for 10 euros you got the laundry room to yourself. Electrolux washer and dryer, wash basin, iron board/iron, drying rack if needed and laundry tablets and dryer sheets. Breakfast is extensive.

No air conditioning, but I knew this when I booked. We kept the door to the balcony open as we were on 2nd floor.

Klidná lokalita nedaleko Salzburku. Při příjezdu jsme obdrželi zdarma jízdenky na městskou dopravu, které jsme využili. Zastávka autobusu je pouhých 500 m. Vynikající snídaně.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück mit einer sagenhaften Auswahl. Nicht unbedingt mehr Fleisch oder mehr Käse sondern an Salaten, vegetarischen und veganen Auswahlmöglichkeiten, etc. Richtig gut!

Unser Zimmer war zur Autobahn was das Zimmer bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut machte. Ein schlafen mit offenem Fenster nur mit Ohrstöbseln. Dafür war das Zimmer bei geschlossenem Fenster aber sehr gut schallisoliert. Bei sehr warmen Temperaturen war es dann doch unangenehm Nachts bei geschlossenem Fenster. Hier wäre eine Belüftung oder Klimaanlage eine Alternative.

Echt een fantastisch ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel, vlakbij een bushalte (gratis bus richting Salzburg), voldoende parking, eigen balkon.

Bed is vrij hard, maar dat is persoonlijk. Er was geen airco.

Location is central, spacious family room, big balcony and operational small size kitchen. Hotel. Hotel manager is friendly.

Breakfast: The breakfast was tasty, but the selection was less varied compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Austria. Vegan options in particular were very limited. Kitchen: The kitchen has no range hood or extractor fan. While cooking dinner, this caused the smoke alarm to go off. Bathroom: There was only one bathroom/shower for 4 guests, and the shower has clear glass, which compromises privacy. Access: The family rooms are on the 3rd floor, but the elevator only reaches the 2nd floor — plan for an extra 15 steps with luggage and equipment.

Een geweldig mooie locatie, mooi gebouw en ruime parkeerplaats, het interieur uitermate sfeervol en schoon, hetgeen bij aankomst bij mij hoge verwachtingen kweekte, en die verwachtingen in alle opzichten overtroffen. De kamer, het balkon en het terras met uitzicht, geweldig! Het ontbijt behoort tot de beste en meest gevarieerde ontbijtervaringen die ik ooit heb gehad. En dan het personeel, zo geweldig vriendelijk en service gericht, op een manier die zo natuurlijk is, dat het voor volledige gemeend en geloofwaardig is,

Das Hotel liegt ca 1km von der Abfahrt Salzburg/Süd entfernt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern nachts kein Problem. Im Hotel gibt es ein tolles Frühstück, daß keine Wünsche offen läßt. Der Kaffeautomat und Tee ist den ganzen Tag betriebsbereit. Für Kinder gibt es einen Spielplatz mit sicheren Spielgeräten. Erwähnungswert ist das vom Hotel ausgestellte Guest Mobility Ticket der Salzburger Verkehrsbetriebe, mit diesem kommt man schnell und kostenlos bis Salzburg und auch zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Haltestelle ist ca 150m entfernt und die Busse fahren alle 15 Minuten. Das Personal, ob Service beim Frühstück oder an der Rezeption oder die Reinigungskräfte, sind freundlich und helfen bei Problemen sofort weiter. Ausserdem geben sie gute Tips für Ausflüge.

Ligging vlak bij Salzburg, moderne kamers, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, prima parkeerplaats, mooi buitenterras met hele dag gratis koffie en thee, vriendelijk personeel, mooie verbouwde oude boerderij. Vlak bij bushalte en snelweg

Soms was het buitenterras al vroeg in de avond gesloten. Vanuit de richting Anif is de bewegwijzering onopvallend ( misschien kan het bord groter/ beter geplaatst)

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich habe die Nacht aus einer Notsituation gebucht und werde sicher wieder kommen. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich und mit viel Liebe angerichtet.

Hot indoors when in it is hot outside. We had fans but didn't really help. The hotel is perfect for good or rainy weather.

La colazione era ottima e davvero abbondante e varia. Non mi era mai capitato di trovare così tanta varietà e "insalate" diverse e tutte buonissime. La posizione comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada , ma questo comporta che si sente tanto rumore con le finestre aperte anche se non si vede la strada. La nostra camera era spaziosa e pulita. Mobilio sufficiente per mettere via tutto anche se per 4 forse sarebbe mancato un altro armadio. Il bagno davvero carino e la cucina piccola, nel disimpegno, ma con tutto quello che serviva per piccole cene. Se mi capitasse di tornare da quelle parti penso che guarderei la disponibilità e i prezzi di questa struttura. Soprattutto in inverno dove si possono tenere le finestre chiuse.

Di divetti, superabili, sono: rumore dell'autostrada vicino in caso di finestre aperte o relax nella terrazza, mancanza di aria condizionata e porta della doccia che non era della grandezza giusta per chiudere completamente il box doccia. Questo ha comportato un po' di più di bagnato del dovuto.

Удобное расположение, если ехать авто. Просторная автостоянка. Красивый интерьер, современный. Возле отеля есть площадка для детей. Разнообразный завтрак. При заселении предложили сити-кард для проезда на городском транспорте. До озер - 25 мин ехать авто . Очень разнообразный и вкусный завтрак

В номере был чайник , но не было чашек . Возможно для кого-то будет важной информация: отель находится близко к автотрассе и есть характерный фоновый шум, но нам он не мешал.

Struttura immersa nel verde in una zona tranquilla e rilassante. Vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada e quindi facilmente raggiungibile. Stanza dalla giusta dimensione dotata anche di piccolo angolo cucina per un eventuale pasto in camera. Terrazzo con vista montagna. Pulizia ottima. Zona colazione ampia e confortevole. Per descrivere la colazione direi che più che una colazione a buffet era un buffet a colazione. Tutto fresco e preparato ogni giorno e di ottima qualità. Lodevole! Ottima anche la scelta di offrire i biglietti per i mezzi per raggiungere Salisburgo. Fermata a poca distanza e in 20 minuti si arriva in città. Consigliamo di sicuro questa struttura.

Piccola nota sul letto che aveva una anomala gobba centrale che ci faceva scivolare sul bordo.

Schöne Lage mit direkter kostenloser Busanbindung an Salzburg. Sehr tolles Frühstück mit außergewöhnlich guter Auswahl. Saubere modern eingerichtete Zimmer.

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss, sehr klein und dunkel. Auch die Terrasse war nicht einladend, da sie von allen Seiten einsehbar und mit unbequemen Mobiliar ausgestattet war.

Meget imødekommende modtagelse. Fantastisk morgenbuffet. Tæt på offentlig Bus til feks Salzburg.

Frühstück war sensationell und sehr vielseitig l

Dad Hochbett im Familienzimmer wirkte so klapprig und man hatte bedenken, dass es nachts zusammenklappen könnte. Deshalb haben wir das untere Bett nicht benutzt. Küchenzeile durfte nur zum Aufwärmen benutzt werden wegen sensibler Feuermelder..

The location was really good, you can go easily whenever, because the highway was near. We got card for public transport, as an option, if we don’t want to look parking place in Salzburg. The breakfast was varied, lots of salty and sweet options. If you have time you can sit in the terrace, with the view of the mountains.

The bed was too soft for me, I found a spider in the room, and the bathroom don’t have a normal door only sliding door, that doesn’t insulate properly.

It’s a bit near the main highway, so you could hear the sound of it I suggest the use of fly screen because of the mosquitoes

호텔근처에 버스정류장이 가까워서 잘츠부르크 시내 이동도 쉽고 방도 깔끔해요. 주위엔 옥수수밭밖에 없는데 전 오히려 더 좋았어요. 옥수밭에서 야생 토끼도 봤답니다ㅎㅎ 그리고 조식이 이번 여행 중 가장 풍성하게 나와서 대만족!

Das beste Hotel rund um Salzburg für meine Geschäftsreisen. Das P/L Verhältnis ist überragend. Alles neu, stylisch und bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Spacious rooms. Clean apartment. Nice view to the mountains. Lots of parking space. Various and good breakfast. Kind and helpful staff.

All the staff were courtesy and professional. The evening receptionist was especially cheerful a d helpful. She gave excellent advice in a concise and welcoming way. The room was compact, but perfectly satisfactory, and also had a large balcony. Free parking was useful. The bus stop to the city is only 5 minutes walk away with a regular 15 minute connection. Breakfast is fabulous with a large variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes alongside the more standard items. These changed each day and the hotel should really be commend for the relaxed atmosphere of the breakfast area and the quality of the food on offer. Free coffee and tea was also provided in the evening.

Just a minor issue, but given the quality of the hotel in general, the mattress seemed a little less luxurious. An insect screen at the door would also be nice because without air conditioning it is nice to leave the door open.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr verkehrsgünstig für Ausflüge, da ca. 5 Min von der Autobahn entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle für das kostenfreie Busticket war in ca. 5-10 Min zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze ausreichend und kostenlos verfügbar. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und vielfältig; der Gastraum und die Terasse angenehm. Das Zimmer verfügte über einen sehr guten Schallschutz.

Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein und wenig komfortabel bzw. direkt vor dem Speisesaal gelegen. Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage musste man die Tür abend offen lassen, wodurch es laut war

Das sensationelle Frühstücksangebot, das wahnsinnig schön präsentiert wird … es gibt kein „zerrupftes“ Buffet … sondern es wird stetig frisch nachgelegt. Auch für Abwechslung insbesondere bei den Salaten ist gesorgt. Chapeau für das Frühstücks-Team! Im ganzen Haus herrscht eine gute Stimmung! Gastfreundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben! Das gesamte Angebot ist mehr als FAIR! - freier Parkplatz - kostenloses Busticket - tagsüber Kaffee/Tee und Wasser frei - abends Getränkeangebot aus dem Automaten zu fairen Preisen - schöne Sitzplätze um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen

Wir konnten abends noch mal kräftig durchlüften … nichtsdestotrotz wäre eine Klimaanlage sicherlich von Vorteil!

Està situat als afores de Salzburg, però hi ha un autobús molt a prop que et porta directament al centre de la ciutat. El cost dels bitllets de bus estan inclosos al preu. L'hotel està molt cuidat amb zones comunes fantàstiques per descansar. Molt apte per anar amb nens.

My room only had a small window in the roof. Since we had very heavy rain for 2 days, it was impossible to open it to get fresh air. I tried once, but there was too much rain coming in. A small table ventilator was provided, but the room was extremely hot nonetheless.

In den heißen Sommermonaten nicht zu empfehlen: es gibt leider keine Klimaanlage. Zum Schlafen musste ich daher das Fenster öffnen - starker Verkehrslärm. Und wegen des fehlenden Insektenschutzgitters wurde ich auch noch von Gelsen umschwirrt. Schade, wenn man deshalb nicht schlafen kann.

Možná jsme měli smůlu na umístění pokoje, ale pobyt byl zrovna v období veder a pokoj nešel vůbec zchladit. I když jsme měli celou noc otevřeno na balkon, tak v pokoji bylo hrozné vedro (byl tam sice stolní ventilátor, ale to je nedostačující na ochlazení a navíc hlučné na spaní). Další věc byl hluk z dálnice 24 hodin denně. Pokud by v pokoji byla klimatizace (a tedy mohlo být i zavřené okno), nebylo by hotelu co vytknout. Možná pokoje umístěné na jinou stranu jsou na tom lépe. Ale v létě už bychom do tohoto hotelu nejeli :)

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Hotel Das Essigmanngut und es wird nicht das letzte Mal sein. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist phänomenal, sehr viel Auswahl und lecker. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Die Salzburger Altstadt erreicht man mit dem Bus in ca. 25 min.

Le bruit de l autoroute et le manque de climatisation sachant que l hotel est moderne.

Il soggiorno è stato complessivamente ottimo. La struttura è pulita, il personale accogliente e la colazione è stata indubbiamente il punto di forza: davvero superba, freschissima e ricca di una grandissima varietà di opzioni sia dolci sia salate. L'unica pecca, purtroppo importante in questo periodo, è l'assenza dell'aria condizionata nelle camere. In stanza è presente solo un ventilatore che, per quanto utile, non è bastato a contrastare il caldo anomalo di questa stagione. Se venisse installato il condizionatore, la struttura da cinque stelle passerebbe a dieci! Consigliatissimo nei periodi meno caldi!!!

Le personnel était très accueillant, l’emplacement était idéal pour visiter les alentours, le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié tous les jours. Le cadre et la décoration étaient magnifiques !!

The location, the breakfast spread, the rooms, the staff. Everything was fantastic.

WIFI was spotty.

An extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I had been at the hotel for less than 10 minutes when a skylight/window mechanism suddenly fell and hit my finger, causing an injury. In my opinion, this was not simply an unfortunate accident, but a serious safety issue with the hotel’s facilities. A properly maintained and safely secured window should not suddenly fall and injure a guest. What made the experience even worse was the way the hotel staff handled the incident. Their response was very unprofessional, and I did not feel that my injury was taken seriously or dealt with appropriately. I was subsequently told that the matter would be handled through the hotel’s insurance. However, the insurance company has still not contacted me, and I am still waiting for proper follow-up. I had been in the hotel for less than ten minutes, yet this incident completely ruined my impression of the property. Unfortunately, when I think of this hotel now, I remember being injured by its defective facility, the unprofessional response from the staff, and the lack of follow-up afterwards. For me, this was not just a bad stay. It was a serious safety concern, followed by very poor handling of the incident. I cannot recommend this hotel.

+ das Frühstück war super und sehr abwechslungsreich + die Lage zu Salzburg und verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Natur + es gibt einen Fahrstuhl + sehr nettes Personal

- es gibt zu wenige Haken im Bad, bzw. die vorhandenen sind an unvorteilhaften Stellen - die Kaffee und Teestation ist nicht im Zimmer, sondern im Speisesaal und auch nur bis 20 Uhr verfügbar

Dicht bij het centrum van Salzburg Met de fiets ben je zo in de stad Nog nooit zo’n mooi ontbijt gezien !
