Reviewed Apr 14, 2026The lodge and its views were absolutely beautiful! I visited in April, so the autumn landscape was especially stunning with Alamos all around. We booked a spacious lodge for a family of six. It was on the pricier side for Coyhaique compared to an Airbnb, but it was completely worth it. The mountain views from both the lodge and the hot tub were breathtaking. The beds were large and soft, with comfortable pillows, and each room had a lovely en suite bathroom. There was plenty of space for a big group, and the whole lodge felt cozy, welcoming, and —most importantly— warm. Breakfast was included and served at Borek. It exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of tasty options. I especially appreciated that the staff was well-informed about the group's allergies. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel welcome — service was exceptional throughout our stay.
If I had to suggest improvements, it would have been helpful to display the prices of the refreshments on the fridge at the lodge. At first, I assumed the initial ones were complimentary, but later realized they were being replaced. That was my mistake, of course, since it’s common for them to have a cost, but I’m used to seeing a price list. The oven unfortunately didn’t work, which we didn’t know beforehand. Luckily, we hadn’t planned to cook, but we did want to warm up some food. The staff kindly helped by heating it for us in the restaurant kitchen, which we really appreciated. My family was also a bit disappointed with the coffee served at breakfast. These are minor issues, though—overall, I was very happy with our stay and would definitely return!

La calefacción se apagó en la noche y hacía frio en la habitación. El personal fue amable, pero les envié un mail antes de llegar, porque tuvimos un inconveniente con la camioneta; lo leyeron y no tuvieron la deferencia de responderlo.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2026La habitacion estaba muy comoda y tenia al estar en segundo piso contaba con un balcon/deck muy lindo. La habitacion contaba con frigobar lo cual no es comun encontrar en los hoteles del sur.
Subir por escaleras con el equipaje. El lugar esta ampliandose entonces esta medio desprolijo por la obra. Los dias q estuvimos llovio y era bastante molesto tener que salir a la intemperie para poder ir al comedor para desayunar y cenar. La comida excelente.

En Patagonia se pueden vivir todas esas cosas. Se cuidan todos los detalles para estar-bien. Buen gusto, comodidades sencillas como tener un espacio para prepararte un café o calentar agua; lugares pensados para descansar con mucho verde y flores hermosas por todas partes: amapolas, lavandas, árboles frutales. Het ontbijt is minder dan je op basis van de foto's zou denken. Het personeel voor het avondeten werkt hard en is goed echter de eigenaar/manager is niet goed en helpt niet echt mee. Al met al maakte het een rommelige indruk terwijl het niet echt goedkoop was. Wij aten ook een avond in restaurant CB Gastronomia in het centrum voor dezelfde prijs maar met echt professionele bediening en voortreffelijk eten.

The room was modern and well designed, with a great layout and a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable, the heating worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast was delicious, and overall the place just had a really good, welcoming vibe.

Staff rude. Já haviam cobrado a hospedagem pelo booking e insistiram que era só uma garantia (mas já estava aparecendo na minha fatura com 20 dias de antecedência antes da estadia). Ao relatar isso, me trataram com desdém, como se fosse loucura minha. Se eu pagasse na hora, tenho certeza de que seria uma cobrança duplicada.Foi bem desagradável... Atendimento no checkout ficou bem abaixo do esperado para o padrão do local. O cardápio do restaurante disponível no local é limitado e no dia em que estive lá metade do cardápio não estava disponível....

La experiencia en las tinajas fué genial. Las habitaciones bien separadas aprovechando el entorno natural. El restaurante es muy bueno. Desde cada rincón del hotel se ve el verde de la cordillera.
Los precios del restaurante nos resultaron un poco excesivos.

La variedad de platos y picoteos para la cena era muy poco, podrían sacarle más provecho al bar. A los más jóvenes les faltaba un poco de experiencia en atender pero eran cordiales. Agregar en el desayuno buffet las etiquetas de lo que está servido, por ejemplo cuál es el termo del café o de la leche o qué tipo de mermeladas hay disponibles

Reviewed Dec 20, 2025To start the location is a little outside the city but not much, with beautiful nature around. The hotel is very very well done. Beautiful interior, very comfortable beds and overall hotel. The dinner and breakfast were top notch and exceeded my expections. The staff who worked in the kitchen were super nice. Really enjoyed everything.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025Muy bien todo en general. Una habitación de gran tamaño, bien iluminada y con grandes ventanas. Además todo estaba limpio e impecable, muy bien cuidadas las instalaciones. Cabe destacar la cama que era muy cómoda y el baño espacioso. En cuanto al desayuno era simplemente maravilloso, tienen de todo y de muy buena calidad. Tienen un restaurante con una variedad de platos muy interesantes, me comí un lomo vetado muy bueno. Todas las personas que trabajan en el hotel y el restaurante son muy amables. El entorno del hotel es muy tranquilo y es ideal para desconectarse.

Dogs around the propery barked quite alot - I think because the restaurant was very busy so lots of people coming and going.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025This hotel is build on a patch of land outside the city so outside the walking distance to most of the places. The room is not large but with a sizable patio with the mountain view. Also, you can see all kinds of birds in the yard. The restaurant attached to the hotel is fantastic. The hotel owner is knowledgable and helpful for our travel.
would be nice to have more power sockets, especially universal plugs, in the room.

El desayuno es variado, fresco y preparado con dedicación, algo que se agradece muchísimo por las mañanas. El entorno es maravilloso: tranquilo, natural y perfecto para desconectarse. Además, valoramos muchísimo el enfoque en la sustentabilidad, especialmente el uso de paneles solares, lo cual demuestra un compromiso real con el medio ambiente. Y por supuesto, una mención especial para Ruth, quien está en todos los detalles. Su calidez, amabilidad y preocupación constante hacen que la experiencia sea aún mejor. Es un verdadero plus del alojamiento.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en bood alles wat je maar wenst. De keuken heeft ook de mogelijkheid om te dineren dat is soms prettig als je niet Coyhaique in wil. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement/kamer is prachtig richting bergen en Coyhaique. Niets is teveel voor ze, mijn vrouw was ziek en er werd meteen een dokter geregeld, een prima service. De ligging van Patagonia house is net aan de rand van het dorp en voor je gevoel in de natuur.
