Daira was a darling! Super accommodating and communicated very well with me for arrival. And arranged dinner for me the moment I arrived, showed me around and provided all the info I needed. The property itself is beautiful! The jacuzzi is 100% a nice add on for winter season! I throughly enjoyed it! Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. The dinner I had with them turned out to be one of my favorite. The steak was perfectly cooked and wine recommended by Daira was great. They also do very reasonable laundry service by per bag! Thanks for a nice stay. Will return

Estuvo todo muy bien. Como mejora la ducha del hidromasaje no tenía agua caliente cuando la fuimos a usar y en la habitación no había tanta presión de agua y casi no abrimos el agua fría para bañarnos.

Colchão excepcionalmente confortável. Limpeza impecável. Banheiro excelente. Localização ótima para quem busca conhecer as vinícolas de Lujan de Cuyo. Melhor atendimento que já tive de funcionários em um hotel.

Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación del hotel es demasiado estratégica, especialmente para recorrer bodegas en Luján de Cuyo, ya que está cerca de muchísimas y facilita mucho la movilidad. La atención fue realmente inmejorable. Mauricio y cada una de las personas del equipo nos hicieron sentir súper cómodas a mi amiga y a mi desde el primer momento. Siempre estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras consultas, pedidos y necesidades, con muchísima amabilidad y predisposición. Creo sinceramente que lo mejor del lugar es el servicio y la calidad humana de quienes trabajan allí. Además, cada vez que pedíamos recomendaciones de bodegas, restaurantes o actividades, nos orientaban súper bien y con mucha paciencia. Eso hizo que disfrutáramos muchísimo más el viaje. El lugar también es hermoso: mucho verde, muy tranquilo, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bien equipadas, con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Volveríamos sin duda.

Como punto de mejora quizás agregaría algunos pequeños detalles de modernización en ciertos espacios, pero honestamente nada que opaque la experiencia general, que fue excelente.

The property was beautiful, very private, well appointed, large, swimming pool and glass enclosed hot tub. It’s surrounded by huge trees and an expansive lawn, with many sitting areas in which to relax and enjoy the peaceful tranquility, The duplex bungalow rooms are placed strategically amongst the property. The closest duplex rooms are linked to the dining building by a patio. People with mobility issues find these units to be most desirable. The staff are most amazing, and absolutely the most helpful of any place we’ve ever stayed! Mauricio, Daira, Agustin. Natasha, Mario and the rest of the team worked together to create the perfect stay for us. Their knowledge Mendozas wineries and restaurants is vast and they put together an incredible agenda of top wineries and restaurants for us for four days. As well, they arranged for our drivers so all we had to do was immerse ourselves in this incredible wine country.! We also enjoyed the properties two beautiful German Shepherd dogs, Pauncho and his three legged daughter Mila. We will definitely return

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. If there was anything that could be improved., I would perhaps add a separate clothes closet in the spacious wood lined open beam ceiling rooms.

The staff was great (Daria, Mauricio, Augustin, and Natasha in the breakfast room). They made bookings for tastings, lunches, and tours for me. They also arranged my rides from and to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent with eggs to order. The dinners were excellent as well. My room was large with a very comfortable king size bed. There was a table for making coffee or tea. The bathroom was large with a walk in shower. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The parklike setting made relaxing in the afternoon very enjoyable. Pancho and Milo were very friendly German Shepherds. The location is great too. I found it very quiet and didn't hear the cars on the road from the room. It is a 20-minute walk to Mendel Winery and another five minutes to Martinos. Uber was easy to use for wineries further away. Frat is a general store that is across the street.

Eine kleine friedliche grüne Oase die zum Ausruhen einlädt und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist. Unglaublich nette Atmosphäre und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

La tranquilidad del lugar, la atención del personal y la limpieza de todo el hotel.

Excellent facilities- pool+jacuzzi and lots of games to play in the common area. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the amenities needed. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but there were lots of options- eggs, cereal, fruit etc. The dinner (and wine) was delicious! rented a car and it was easy to get around and Ubers were easy to get too. However the highlight was the excellent communication with staff well before arrival (via WhatsApp). Agustin at the front desk helped with anything we needed and went above and beyond. The other staff (sorry I didn’t catch their names) were also incredibly friendly.

A very minor point that (the owner?) lives just next to the hotel and given all his windows and doors were open it was a bit confusing whether that was part of the hotel or not. I’d suggest putting a sign up saying ‘private’ so they don’t get people walking in there like I did, which was a bit awkward.

Excelente la atención, el parque y la ubicación (al frente hay un supermercado muy completo). La cena en verano es en el parque, un ambiente hermoso y todo riquisimo. Muy amables, nos tuvimos que ir muy temprano y nos dejaron el desayuno listo la noche anterior para que no lo perdamos. Vamos a volver seguramente

Amazing facility, swimming pool!

Me encantó el alojamiento . Impecable organizado y distribuidas las habitaciones hacia un parque , la piscina y yacuzzi.

Le falta un cartel que indique el ingreso en una llegada por primera vez. Después no tuvimos problemas.

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay. The first was a bit nicer as the second one had a slight smell of cooking gas. If I was in the first room for the entirety of my stay I probably would have rated higher. Staff really nice. There are two lovely dogs on the property that were so friendly and nice. Food served on site was very nice. Great value for money. There are two very convenient shops just across the street which was also very useful.

The smell of natural gas in the second room we stayed in (there was a cooking hob in this room). This was unpleasant and concerning however I think the smell may actually have been coming from the vent system.

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena, no tenemos reclamos. El complejo está muy bien cuidado y el servicio fue correcto en todo momento. El buffet es excelente: desayuno variado y abundante, y por la noche la comida es rica y de buena calidad.

Como detalle a tener en cuenta, es un lugar que se percibe más orientado al turismo extranjero que a un ambiente familiar. De todos modos, nunca nos sentimos incómodos y disfrutamos la experiencia.

Huge thanks to Agustin, who waited for us until 0:30 to check in! All the staff were very caring and welcoming. Overall - private quiet place 10 minutes driving from Mendosa, with garden, pool and spa on the territory. A great place to stay, will come avain, for sure. Dinner was delicious, and very affordable.

Not really a downnside, but breakfast could have more different options from day to day.

Un havre de paix, familial, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de gens différents et interessants.

We liked the attentive staff. The breakfasts and dinners we had there were excellent. They made reservations at 2 of the wineries for us that worked out great.

It is a little off the beaten path. We didn't have a car and between Uber and the bus we made out fine. Having a car would have made things a little easier.

My favorite place in Mendoza. If you stay there you know why.

L accueil a été très agréable d autant plus que notre hôte parlait français. La chambre est très grande et ne manque de rien. Le personnel est très chaleureux. Les propriétaires nous ont organisé un super barbecue et ont dressé une grande table dans le jardin où nous avons dîné avec d autres vacanciers. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux

O atendimento desde o início foi muito cordial, não medem esforços para lhe dar uma estadia agradável. Piscina climatizada e uma jacuzzi quentinha fizeram toda diferença.

Os funcionários são prestativos e muito gentis, o local é lindo, o quarto que ficamos é bem espaçoso!

O chuveiro desregula a temperatura quente e frio. Eles possuem dois cachorros que são super tranquilos porém a noite latiam muito.

Not very clean, super noisy as the place is on the main road. We could not sleep at night at all. The poorest breakfast we have ever had. I should give them even less that 5 stars, but I give them 5 as the staff was kind. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The grounds are spacious, well decorated, and the staff is wonderful! We had dinner on site twice and the food was delicious... some of the best food and wine pairings in the region! The rooms were comfortable, we loved the pool and hot tub, and the location is close to lots of wineries.

There was some traffic noise from the street that we could hear from our room.

We had 2 very good nights, the place is beautiful and cozy, the rooms are clean and stylish and the service is great. Maurício welcomed us very well, explained all the tourist attractions and helped us with everything we needed.

This group goes out of their way to ensure travelers are taken care of. They can help with tours, give great advice on vineyards, have an excellent cellar themselves. The rooms are comfortable. The pool was open, even early in the season. Lovely places to gather and enjoy end of the day conversation. I also appreciated the travel guides in their bookcase. It was helpful to have our own water bottles with us.

We had such an amazing stay, I can’t wait to go back again already. The staff were amazing and knew the area really well, recommending us small boutique vineyards we would never have found by ourselves Having the hotel book the vineyards and organising taxis for us was like having a private concierge service. They even organised someone extra our dollars to AR which (if you’ve visited Argentina before) is a total in the arse to sort out usually I would 100% stay again as it’s amazing value for money compared to staying in an Air BnB and having to book all this by yourself Breakfast is also great!

The rooms were pleasantly spacious and very clean. The heating cooling systems worked great. Sundays asado dinner was awesome. Maricio the manager was watching everything ensuring guests have a great experience from3 weeks before arrival setting up our wine tours to morning of leaving wishing us well.

The attention and care worth every minute in this hotel. Mauricio gives you an excellent explanation about the place and area. Breakfast and dinner are the best. Very comfortable excellent shower, strong water, hot water. We ate dinner couple of nights, excellent food and service. The grounds are beautiful, and the place is in an excellent location, close to wineries, restaurants are short Uber away. Thank you Mauricio and Augustine

From the moment we checked in, I knew we had made the right decision. Mauricio welcomed us with open arms and delicious wine. Not only was he able to set us up with an immediate reservations at a local winery upon checking in, but he drove us as well! Along with Mauricio, Nacho, Mario (forgive me if I misspell any names), the whole staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was fantastic, the B&B grounds were beautiful, and we were the first people to try out the new heated pool. Another huge plus was the beautiful family of German Sheppards, cat & turtles that lived on the property. Whenever we return to Mendoza, we'll 1000% be staying here again! Thank you guys for such an amazing stay!
